通过PISO方法求解非定常不可压N-S方程,研究小展弦比反齐默曼机翼在低雷诺数下的流场特征,并分析其对气动特性的影响.结果显示前缘分离涡在反齐默曼机翼上表面形成一对集中涡.分析表明这对集中涡是影响反齐默曼机翼气动特性的主要因素,给机翼提供了较大的非线性升力和较大的失速攻角,前缘涡之间的相互影响使得机翼出现非定常现象和大攻角的非对称现象.与矩形翼相比,反齐默曼机翼有较好的稳定性. 相似文献

Step-stress experiments are performed in this paper to investigate the degradation mechanism of an AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor(HEMT).It is found that the stress current shows a recoverable decrease during each voltage step and there is a critical voltage beyond which the stress current starts to increase sharply in our experiments.We postulate that defects may be randomly induced within the AlGaN barrier by the high electric field during each voltage step.But once the critical voltage is reached,the trap concentration will increase sharply due to the inverse piezoelectric effect.A leakage path may be introduced by excessive defect,and this may result in the permanent degradation of the AlGaN/GaN HEMT. 相似文献

With Laser Reflective Tomography(LRT),the near fields of ultrasonic transducers were measured and analyzed.The principle of LRT measurement of ultrasonic field distribution was introduced and an experimental system was set up.Acoustic pressure of a multiple element piston transducer was measured by using of a laser vibrometer.Its distribution in amplitude and phase was obtained.The acoustic pressure in the same region was measured with a needle hydrophone to validate the LRT method.Furthermore,through reconstruction of acoustic fields,it indicated that LRT method is suitable for predicting the distribution on transducers'surface and conditions of active elements. 相似文献

It is of engineering importance to accurately predict the surface cooling characteristics in bath quenching of metals and alloys. In this investigation, the surface cooling characteristics in quenching of Wolfson probe are estimated with reasonable accuracy by solving an inverse heat conduction problem. Regularization method is used for smoothening the input temperature measurements at probe center, for superior inversion estimates. The reverse pool-boiling curve is captured on bath quenching characteristic, plotted as cooling velocity versus surface temperature. The prime advantage is the bypassing of convection coefficients, which are uncertain in pool boiling. 相似文献

A numerical/experimental inverse procedure was employed to estimate the temperature-dependent thermal conductivity of a solid body in which 1D heat conduction in a top heated cylindrical sample is assumed. The emphasis is focused on the issue of sensitivity of results to selected assumptions made in inverse calculations. It has been found that the accuracy of heat capacity evaluation brings the largest contribution to final errors (up to 74%). Density accounts for one-fourth to one-third of the total error of determination. The failure to ensure unidirectional heat conduction in a sample during an experiment is important only at elevated temperatures. 相似文献

Flame shape is an important observed characteristic of flames that can be used to scale flame properties such as heat release rates and radiation. Flame shape is affected by fuel type, oxygen levels in the oxidiser, inverse burning and gravity. The objective of this study is to understand the effect of high oxygen concentrations, inverse burning, and gravity on the predictions of flame shapes. Flame shapes are obtained from recent analytical models and compared with experimental data for a number of inverse and normal ethane flame configurations with varying oxygen concentrations in the oxidiser and under earth gravity and microgravity conditions. The Roper flame shape model was extended to predict the complete flame shapes of laminar gas jet normal and inverse diffusion flames on round burners. The Spalding model was extended to inverse diffusion flames. The results show that the extended Roper model results in reasonable predictions for all microgravity and earth gravity flames except for enhanced oxygen normal diffusion flames under earth gravity conditions. The results also show trends towards cooler flames in microgravity that are in line with past experimental observations. Some key characteristics of the predicted flame shapes and parameters needed to describe the flame shape using the extended Roper model are discussed. 相似文献

NIFTy , “Numerical Information Field Theory,” is a software framework designed to ease the development and implementation of field inference algorithms. Field equations are formulated independently of the underlying spatial geometry allowing the user to focus on the algorithmic design. Under the hood, NIFTy ensures that the discretization of the implemented equations is consistent. This enables the user to prototype an algorithm rapidly in 1D and then apply it to high‐dimensional real‐world problems. This paper introduces NIFTy 3, a major upgrade to the original NIFTy framework. NIFTy 3 allows the user to run inference algorithms on massively parallel high performance computing clusters without changing the implementation of the field equations. It supports n‐dimensional Cartesian spaces, spherical spaces, power spaces, and product spaces as well as transforms to their harmonic counterparts. Furthermore, NIFTy 3 is able to handle non‐scalar fields, such as vector or tensor fields. The functionality and performance of the software package is demonstrated with example code, which implements a mock inference inspired by a real‐world algorithm from the realm of information field theory.
