Refraction of light in media

The roles of the magnetic field and electric field of the light are investigated when the light is refracted in the medium. The model of the electron cloud conductor is presented. Electron cloud in a molecule is treated as a conductor and the Faraday’s Law is applied to this conductor that is in the alternating magnetic field of the light. dB _M/dt of the light gives rise to an alternating induced current on the electron cloud conductor, and the light exchanges energy, i.e. the refractive energy, with the electron cloud conductor. Formulas of refractive index, which is the ratio of light speed in vacuum to that in the medium, are derived with this model. These formulas are tested with several mediums and Langevin’s diamagnetic susceptibility of helium gas, and the results are in good agreement with the measured data. The anisotropy and the nonlinearity of the refractive index are explained with the theory described in this work. 关于由衍射片的背面反射光形成的衍射图样的讨论

在光的衍射实验中,我们看到的一般是由通过衍射片的直射光形成的衍射图样,但在衍射片的另一面,同样存在着另一个衍射图样,它是由衍射片的背面反射光形成的,两个衍射图样关于衍射片对称.本文给出了这种实验现象,并用巴比涅原理解释了这种现象.     

Characterization of spherical particles using high-order neural networks and scanning flow cytometry

We retrieve the radius R, real n and imaginary k parts of the refractive index of homogeneous spherical particles using angular distribution of the light-scattering intensity. To solve the inverse light-scattering problem we use a high-order neural-network technique. The effect of network parameters on optimization is examined. The technique is evaluated for noise-corrupted input data at 0.6 μm<R<10.6 μm, 1.02<n<1.38, and 0<k<0.03. The errors of retrieval for nonabsorbing particles do not exceed 0.05 μm for radius and 0.015 for refractive index. The experimental verification is fulfilled by experimental data retrieved by means of a scanning flow cytometer. The light-scattering profiles of polystyrene beads and spherized red blood cells are processed with the high-order neural networks and a non-linear regression at Mie theory. The parameters retrieved by the high-order neural networks correlate well with the parameters retrieved by the least-square method.     

塑料闪烁体的辐照特性

利用⁶⁰Co放射源分别对3种塑料闪烁体(BC-408, EJ-200, BC-404)进行辐照损伤研究, 比较辐照前后的透射谱、发射谱及光产额的变化, 发现3种闪烁体在低剂量具有较好的抗辐照性能; 当照射剂量超过1.44×10⁴Gy时,透射谱明显变坏, 光输出减少很严重, 但发射谱却保持不变.     

两种蓝色有机电致发光材料

重点研究以两种蓝色OEL材料蒽类衍生物JBEM和联苯乙烯衍生物DPVBi分别作基质，以perylene作掺杂剂的器件的电致发光性能，特别研究了它稳定性，在这度和效率方面，两种器件并没有很大差别，然而在稳定性方面却有很大差别，蒽类衍生物JBEM的器件在100cd/m^2初始亮度下，半亮度寿命可达1035h，而DPVBi的器件在同样条件下，半亮度寿命为255h。通过分析两种器件的能级图，认为稳定性的差别可能源于两种蓝光材料本身的热稳定性不同，JBEM优于DPVBi，是一种很有前途的蓝色发光材料。     

The effect of ITO films thickness on the properties of flexible organic light emitting diode

Indium tin oxide (ITO) thin films were deposited on cyclic olefin copolymer substrate at room temperature by an inverse target sputtering system. The crystal structure and the surface morphology of the deposited ITO films were examined by X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy, separately. The electrical properties of the conductive films were explored by four-point probing. Visible spectrometer was used to measure the optical properties of ITO-coated films. The performance of the flexible organic light emitting diode device with different thickness anode was investigated in this study.     

双轴晶体Nd^3＋：KGd（WO4）2的非偏振吸收光谱研究

报道了用三个方向相互垂直的非偏振吸收光谱测量计算Ｊｕｄｄ－Ｏｆｅｌｔ参数从而算出双轴晶体Ｎｄ３＋ＫＧｄ（ＷＯ４）２的荧光寿命、荧光分支比和发射截面的方法。得到的荧光寿命为１１９μｓ，平均发射截面为２．３×１０－１９ｃｍ２。     

闪烁体荧光传输特性对ETOF探测器性能的影响

为了对BESⅢ端盖飞行时间探测器(ETOF)的测试结果给出合理的解释, 采用Monte Carlo模拟软件包Geant4, 对该探测器测量高能带电粒子的性能进行模拟研究. 详细探讨了当粒子击中ETOF模块不同位置时, 其闪烁体荧光传输特性与探测器模块输出信号之间的关联, 以及PMT输出信号甄别阈值的选取对闪烁探测器本征时间分辨的影响, 并寻找可能的改善时间分辨的方法. 为进一步提高ETOF的性能提供参考.     

透同光路指示光的CO_2激光器

报导封离型可透同光路指示光的ＣＯ２激光器的研制，并给出了其电流—工作特性曲线。对需可见光作同光路指示的ＣＯ２激光应用整机的开发，开辟了一条新的途径。
