无线电数据系统

欧广联(EBU)的无线电数据系统(RDS),是为在FM立体声广播中兼容传输附加信息而设计的。本文介绍了RDS的研究、发展与应用概况,阐述了RDS信号的产生、可传输的信息及其编码方法、数据格式和RDS接收机。     

软交换技术及其在下一代电信网中的应用

首先简要介绍了软交换的概念、协议和功能，在此基础上探讨了软交换在下一代电信网中的位置，并根据目前情况，提出了一种基于软交换的从现代电信网向下一代电信网过渡的方案。     

协变量区间删失时线性模型的参数估计

本文研究了当协变量为区间数据时的线性模型，通过构造区间数据变量的条件均值，得到了回归参数的估计，当协变量的分布已知时，证明了估计的无偏性与强相合性．时协变量的分布未知的情形也作了讨论．文中还作了若干模拟计算，从模拟的结果不难发现，利用本文提出的方法所获得的估计简便且具有较高的精度．     

Forecasting Winning Bid Prices on an Online Auction Market - Data Mining Approaches -

To solve information asymmetry problem on online auction, this study suggests and validates a forecasting model of winning bid prices. Especially, it explores the usability of data mining approaches, such as neural network and Bayesian network in building a forecasting model. This research empirically shows that, in forecasting winning bid prices on online auction, data mining techniques have showed better performance than traditional statistical analysis, such as logistic regression and multivariate regression.     

GPS组合导航系统的数据融合

首先介绍了车载GPS加上DR组合导航系统的设计,建立了车辆加速度及影响组合导航系统定位精度的主要误差的数学模型.然后针对一般组合滤波算法中,由于DR系统误差的引入,导致滤波效果不好的问题,提出了一种组合导航系统的数据融合.对车载GPS/DR组合导航系统提供的实际数据的处理结果表明,该方法既能提高GPS定位精度,又能有效控制DR系统的误差发散,从而有效地消除了一般组合滤波算法中DR系统误差对滤波器的影响,大大提高了组合系统的完整性和可靠性.令GPS在如香港交通环境:道路狭窄且多弯、交叉线多且密集、街道两侧高楼林立、桥梁多且较密集、隧道多且长、地形类似丘陵且高山较多,而且车辆也多行驶速度又快的情形下变得可行.     

Geometry of optimal value functions with applications to redundancy in linear programming

In 1967, Wets and Witzgall (Ref. 1) made, in passing, a connection between frames of polyhedral cones and redundancy in linear programming. The present work elaborates and formalizes the theoretical details needed to establish this relation. We study the properties of optimal value functions in order to derive the correspondence between problems in redundancy and the frame of a polyhedral cone. The insights obtained lead to schemes to improve the efficiency of procedures to detect redundancy in the areas of linear programming, stochastic programming, and computational geometry.The author is indebted to G. 雷达组网反隐身技术可行性探讨

研究了雷达组网反隐身的可行性，推导了隐身飞行器发现概率与飞行器距离以及飞行器雷达散射特性之间的关系，并给出了雷达观测误差的计算方法。最后用计算机模拟了几种状态下的隐身飞行器的跟踪情况，以验证雷达组网反隐身的有效性。     

Uncertain input data problems and the worst scenario method

An introduction to the worst scenario method is given. We start with an example and a general abstract scheme. An analysis of the method both on the continuous and approximate levels is discussed. We show a possible incorporation of the method into the fuzzy set theory. Finally, we present a survey of applications published during the last decade. 电信反欺诈系统(AFS)的设计与实现

AFS系统(Anti-FraudSystem)通过运用数据挖掘技术中的贝叶斯分类器(BayesianClassifiers)来解决电信行业中的客户欺诈问题。首先介绍了开发电信反欺诈系统的必要性和紧迫性,论述了采用贝叶斯分类器的理由,然后介绍了AFS系统的构架和功能,并着重阐述了系统中采用贝叶斯分类器实现反欺诈功能的具体思路,最后对AFS系统进行了总体评价。     

ZXJ10系统中的计算机网络技术

本文概括介绍了 ZXJ10交换系统中所采用的计算机网络通信技术,着重强调了现代交换技术发展与计算机网络技术发展的密切关系。
