铁电材料的开关电流测试系统

铁电材料极化后,如果把前沿很陡的矩形电压脉冲加到铁电材料上,在铁电畴反转过程中将产生不同于充电电流的开关电流。利用微机、控制、数字示波器及自制测试仪器研制成了一套铁电材料开关电流测试系统。

变容二极管C-V特性的控制技术

本文针对变容二极管生产难点：C－V曲线的控制,在理论上分析了PN结纵横向结构对PN结C－V特性、串联电阻、反向电流的影响,得出了适当减小芯片面积,调高杂质浓度可以不增大串联电阻而减小反向电流、改善C－V特性的结论,并应用于生产。     

强电流铁电阴极电性能参数与发射结果的关系研究

 在实验结果的基础上,从理论上阐述了材料的电滞回线、介电常数、压电常数等性能对电流发射性能的明显影响,并通过材料的掺杂改性提高材料的性能参数,从而达到了提高发射电流密度的目的。     

动力飞行体电磁脉冲效应数值分析

 利用时域有限差分方法模拟了在不考虑等离子体高温尾焰情况下,电磁脉冲与动力飞行体的相互作用。计算结果表明：在入射电磁脉冲的作用下, 飞行体蒙皮上将感应很大的皮电流; 感应电流密度的波形为衰减振铃信号波形,振铃周期等于电流波在整个飞行体长度上流动两次的时间;感应皮电流密度分布的特点是飞行体两端电流密度小,中部大。     

Fringe Locking in a Laser Diode Interferometer by Optical Feedback During Modulation of Injection Current

A fringe locking phenomenon in a two beam interferometer using a semiconductor laser subject to optical feedback was, whose injection current is modulated. When a path difference of the interferometer is sufficient, fringes taken by a charge coupled device camera are seen to be stationary and the rms fluctuations of fringe phase is reduced to as low as 0.2ϖ radians from more than 8ϖ radians without the optical feedback. The rms phase fluctuation is independent of frequency and amplitude of the current modulation. The fringe locking has also been observed in the presence of both injection current modulation and piezoelectric transducer mirror vibration.     

Fringe Locking in a Laser Diode Interferometer under Both Mirror Vibration and Injection Current Modulation

We have found that the fringes in a laser diode interferometer can be locked even in the presence of mirror vibration and injection current modulation. A theoretical analysis explains the fringe locking phenomenon. The dependence of wavelength change on both PZT (piezoelectric transducer) mirror vibration and the injection current variation are calculated using a model of coupled resonators consisting of the laser cavity and the interferometer. The fringe phase change caused by the vibration and modulation of the current is derived from this model, and was proven to be suppressed within much less than 2ϖ in excess of an integer multiple of 2ϖ.     

A Unitary Analysis of some Voltage and Current Mode Linear Circuits

This paper presents a systematic and unitary analysis of a large class of current and voltage mode circuits based on a series-shunt-like configuration. Four possible OA types are considered for the basic amplifier. The amplifiers have voltage and current input signals and voltage and current outputs. The analysis method is based on the separation of the circuit signal graph in two different paths, one that controls the gain and the other that controls the bandwidth.     

中子辐射下双极IC放大性能的变化

文中从单个晶体管不同工作电流下中子辐射时损伤常数的预估着手,推出一套适用于计算机模拟的数学模型、实验方法,由辐射下的瞬时电流即时地计算出相应的损伤常数,计算出晶体管的β降低值,以此来预知双极ＩＣ在中子辐射时的性能变化。     

通用有源电流模式滤波器

提出了两种通用有源电流模式滤波器：１．用两个电流传送器（ＣＣＩＩ）实现的电流模式三介滤波器新电路,选择不同的输入信号组合即能获得低通、高通、带通、陷波和全通五种二阶滤波函数;２．由ＣＣＩＩ和多输出地运算放大器（ＯＴＡ）实现的单输入多输出滤波器新电路、所提电路结构简单、中心频率ω０和品质因数Ｑ独立可调、无源元件人武部接地,滤波器特性参数对的元件灵敏度低,理论分析和计算机仿真表明所提电路方案正确。
