充分发挥习题的作用培养学生独立解决问题的能力

课后习题不仅是对学生灵活应用所学知识的锻炼,也是培养学生独立分析问题、解决问题能力的有效渠道.本文通过对一道普通物理力学课程中常见习题可能得出的几种不同结果及其原因的分析,对如何通过习题帮助学生提高独立解决问题的能力进行了探讨.     

基于云计算的高职网络技术人才培养模式改革的案例研究

本文以某高职网络技术专业为例,结合高等职业院校人才培养情况,对基于云计算的网络技术专业的人才培养模式提出相应的改革措施,以满足信息化新时代IT人才的需求。

Molecular Networking and Cultivation Profiling Reveals Diverse Natural Product Classes from an Australian Soil-Derived Fungus Aspergillus sp. CMB-MRF324

This study showcases the application of an integrated workflow of molecular networking chemical profiling (GNPS), together with miniaturized microbioreactor cultivation profiling (MATRIX) to successfully detect, dereplicate, prioritize, optimize the production, isolate, characterize, and identify a diverse selection of new chemically labile natural products from the Queensland sheep pasture soil-derived fungus Aspergillus sp. CMB-MRF324. More specifically, we report the new tryptamine enamino tripeptide aspergillamides E–F (7–8), dihydroquinoline-2-one aflaquinolones H–I (11–12), and prenylated phenylbutyrolactone aspulvinone Y (14), along with an array of known co-metabolites, including asterriquinones SU5228 (9) and CT5 (10), terrecyclic acid A (13), and aspulvinones N-CR (15), B (16), D (17), and H (18). Structure elucidation was achieved by a combination of detailed spectroscopic and chemical analysis, biosynthetic considerations, and in the case of 11, an X-ray crystallographic analysis.

浙江海区条斑紫菜养成适宜时期的研究

从１９９１年到１９９６年连续６年引入和培育条斑紫菜全苗网，并在浙江海区进行了适宜的养成期试验。经结果分析认为，浙江海区条斑紫菜成菜养殖适宜时期在１２月份到次年的４月份，最适宜的养殖期应在次年的１月份到３月份，不同的海区有一定的差异。     

介孔硅基干凝胶的降解性及其生物相容性研究

本研究利用改进的溶胶-凝胶工艺合成了介孔硅基干凝胶。通过差热-热重(DTA-TG)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)和N₂等温吸附-脱附测试分析,以及扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)观察,表征了硅基干凝胶的热效应、相态、结构、形貌特征,并对合成的硅基干凝胶进行了体外降解与细胞培养实验研究。测试结果表明：合成的硅基干凝胶为平均孔径3nm左右、最大比表面积901 m²·g^-1的介孔结构。体外模拟体液(Simulated body fluid,SBF)降解结果显示,低温处理的材料在42 d内完全降解,直线拟合符合一级反应动力学方程。通过添加钙磷成分或高温煅烧处理可以调控干凝胶的降解速率,使硅基干凝胶的降解呈现直线式匀速降解的特征。体外细胞培养表明：硅基干凝胶可促进C2C12细胞(C3H小鼠肌原细胞)的分化和繁殖,证明材料的生物相容性良好。     

Design of experiments for micellar electrokinetic chromatography method development for the monitoring of water-soluble vitamins in cell culture medium

Biopharmaceutical production takes place in complex processes which should be thoroughly understood. Therefore, the iConsensus project focuses on developing a monitoring platform integrating several process analytical technology tools for integrated, automated monitoring of the biopharmaceutical process. Water-soluble vitamin monitoring using (microchip) capillary electrophoresis (CE) is part of this platform. This work comprises the development of conventional CE methods as the first part towards integrated vitamin monitoring. The vitamins were divided based on their physical–chemical properties to develop two robust methods. Previously, a method for the analysis of cationic vitamins (pyridoxine, pyridoxal, pyridoxamine, thiamine and nicotinamide) in cell culture medium was developed. This work focused on the development of a micellar electrokinetic chromatography method for anionic and neutral vitamins (riboflavin, d -calcium pantothenate, biotin, folic acid, cyanocobalamin and ascorbic acid). By employing multivariate design of experiments, the background electrolyte (BGE) could be optimised within one experiment testing only 11 BGEs. The optimised BGE conditions were 200 mM borate with 77 mM sodium dodecyl sulphate at a pH of 8.6. Using this BGE, all above-mentioned cationic, anionic and neutral vitamins could be separated in clean samples. In cell culture medium, most anionic and neutral vitamins could be separated. Combining the two methods allows for analysis of cationic, anionic and neutral vitamins in cell culture medium samples. The next step towards integrated vitamin monitoring includes transfer to microchip CE. Due to the lack of fast and reliable methods for vitamin monitoring, the developed capillary methods could be valuable as stand-alone at-line process analytical technology solutions as well.     

关于实践型人才培养的探索

高校是培养高级专门人才的主阵地,有责任和义务培养大量的实践型人才来满足社会需求。因此,高校必须转变教育理念,充分认识到实践型人才培养的重要性,开拓各种有效途径培养大学生的实践能力。     

“基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划”中的基础有机化学实验进阶培养模式探索

近几年,为适应"拔尖创新人才培养建设项目"的新要求,基础有机化学实验教学在培养拔尖创新人才方面进行了一些有益的探索,其中成果与不足并存。本文从培养目标、培养模式、评价模式、不足之处、成效与展望5个方面,总结并探讨了基础有机化学实验中"拔尖计划"学生的进阶培养模式。
