一种结构新颖的小型化微带分支线定向耦合器

提出一种通过小型化而制作出的具有新型结构的微带分支线定向耦合器,其中小型化运用了将传统的传输线等效为传输线两端接终端开路线达到缩短目的,得到的主线与分支线之间的终端开路线可继而等效为传输线两边接短截线形式以避免终端开路线的重叠,从而最终得到一种新的结构。与传统耦合器相比面积缩小了64%。通过理论计算得到的频率特性与ADS仿真得到的频率特性基本一致,从而验证了可行性。     

气象探空雷达中平衡式低噪声放大器设计

为了提高L波段气象探空雷达中射频前端的稳定性,采用ATF54143晶体管设计了一种平衡式结构的低噪声放大器。通过使用ADS软件对该低噪声放大器进行了优化、仿真,并进行了实物加工。实物测试表明,该低噪声放大器带内增益大于15dB,噪声系数小于1dB,稳定性系数大于1。     

Performance of Polarizers and Coupler in an All Polarization Maintaining Fiber Interferometer

It is given mathematical models and analyze the performance of polarizers and coupler in an all polarization maintaining fiber (PMF) Michelson interferometer. The optical coherent signal to noise ratio (CSNR) of the interferometer is calculated by means of the Jones matrix with cross coupling matrix elements.     

1.3μm钛扩散铌酸锂无间距方向耦合器

研制成功工作波长为1.3μm的钛扩散铌酸锂无间距方向耦合器,其ON/OFF比大于17dB,开关电压小于23V,器件电极电容6pf,理论带宽大于1GHz。     

High efficiency and broad bandwidth grating coupler between nanophotonic waveguide and fibre

A high efficiency and broad bandwidth grating coupler between a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) nanophotonic waveguide and fibre is designed and fabricated. Coupling efficiencies of 46\% and 25\% at a wavelength of 1.55~μ m are achieved by simulation and experiment, respectively. An optical 3~dB bandwidth of 45~nm from 1530~nm to 1575~nm is also obtained in experiment. Numerical calculation shows that a tolerance to fabrication error of 10~nm in etch depth is achievable. The measurement results indicate that the alignment error of ±2~μ m results in less than 1~dB additional coupling loss.     

棱镜-漏波导耦合器的理论分析

根据多光束干涉原理,理论上分析了棱镜-漏波导耦合器,且与棱镜-波导耦合器作了比较,给出正确使用这两种耦合器的判据.分析结果表明,在强耦合条件下,棱镜-漏波导耦合器可用于薄膜参数测量和光波导输入-输出耦合;对于弱耦合,本文的结果与Tien和Ulrich的理论一致.

Design of Polarization-independent Wavelength-interleave Coupler in Fluorinated Polyimide Waveguide

Based on the measurement of dispersion characteristic and birefractive index of the fluorinated polyimide film,a statistical optimum design method is proposed and used to realize the design of 32-and 36-wavelengths optical waveguide wavelength-interleave coupler (i,e.,interleaver) with the optimization of polarization fluctuation and wavelength interval of 0.8nm at 1550nm. The largest cross coupling ratios of the two interleavers are respectively less than 1.8% and 3.5%, while the least through coupling ratios are respectively greater than 98. 2% and 96. 5%. The output differences due to polarization fluctuation are less than 1.7% and 3.2%     

阵列波导光栅梳状带通滤波器的传输效率

在光波导模场分布高斯近似条件下,根据星形光波导耦合器的耦合特性,推导出了基于累加运算和卷积运算近似表达的阵列波导光栅梳状带通滤波器光谱响应效率的函数表达式。给出了阵列波导光栅梳状带通滤波器光谱响应效率曲线的半最大值全宽度和阵列波导光栅梳状带通滤波器的通道中心波长的光谱响应度与器件参数的关系。在输入信号光谱分布高斯近似条件下,给出了阵列波导光栅梳状带通滤波器信号通道传输效率的计算表达式和输入信号光谱宽度对阵列波导光栅梳状带通滤波器信号通道输出特性的影响。给出了物理意义明确的函数表达式,它们可为快速分析阵列波导光栅梳状带通滤波器的特性提供理论基础。     

New Type of Y-junction Hybrid Polymer Waveguide Couplers

Optical couplers are the key components for signal distribution in optoelectronic transmitters and receivers. A new low-loss, large-angle Y-junction hybrid polymer optical coupler with an integrated microprism has been fabricated and demonstrated experimentally for use in a mixed-signal module environment. The results show that the radiation loss is small with relatively wide branching angle as compared to a conventional Y-junction coupler.
