Development of an LC‐MS/MS method for determining the pharmacokinetics of clonidine following oral administration of Zhenju antihypertensive compound

Zhenju antihypertensive compound (ZJAHC) is a combined Chinese–Western medicine formula including clonidine (CLO), hydrochlorothiazide (HCT), rutin, Chrysanthemum indicum extract and pearl powder. Compared with CLO preparations, ZJAHC shows improved activities and decreased adverse effects. It is believed that the side effects of CLO are caused by its high peak plasma concentration. Hence, study of the influence of ZJAHC on the pharmacokinetic behaviors of clonidine seems essential. In present study, the plasma concentrations of CLO were determined with a liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) method. The MS/MS transitions monitored for clonidine and internal standard were 230.2 → 213.1 and 152.2 → 110.2, respectively. The analyte was quantified in a single run within 3 min. The pharmacokinetic study showed that the area under the plasma concentration–time curve of CLO in ZJAHC (60 µg/kg CLO) was similar to that of CLO‐HCT‐high (120 µg/kg CLO) but the peak concentration was much lower than that in CLO‐HCT‐high. ZJAHC could enhance the bioavailability without greatly increasing peak concentration of clonidine. This comprehensive effect of enhancing the bioavailability and avoiding the high peak plasma concentration for CLO might mainly result from the co‐contribution of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), while the effect of TCM was stronger than that of Western medicine. AlSb晶体内二维磁极化子的磁场与温度效应

在考虑声子之间相互作用的同时，本文应用线性组合算符和微扰法研究了电子自旋对弱耦合二维磁极化子特性的影响。对AlSb晶体所作的数值计算结果表明，随着磁场的加强，磁极化子平均数减少；随着温度的增加，磁极化子平均数也增加；随着温度的增加，电子自旋作用以及声子之间相互作用都加强；随着磁场的加强，电子自旋作用增加而声子之间相互作用基本不变。     

高功率脉冲水中放电的应用及其发展

首先介绍了高功率脉冲水下放电的机理，然后综合论述了其应用和研究的状况，从较为成熟的脉冲水处理技术到医疗领域的ESWL应用技术，以及在脉冲电场食品杀菌和水下目标探测方面的最新发展和研究，最后指出了高功率脉冲电技术应用前景以及进行更系统和深入研究的必要性。     

一种软件实现虚拟景深的方法

影视后期制作或图像合成中，动态实时改变显示画面的景深能进一步增强画面的真实感，但由于实时性要求较高，软件实现在处理速度方面容易产生瓶颈。为此，采用预处理的办法，分别对前景和背景进行低通滤波，得到前、背景各自的模拟帧序列，通过调节前景和背景帧序列的位置，模拟确定其各自的变焦程度，然后将前景和背景动态合成具有虚拟景深效果的画面。

V型三能级原子与非经典光场作用中光场特性的变化

研究了V型三能级原子BEC与双模压缩光场相互作用系统中,忽略原子间相互作用和考虑原子间相互作用时光场的正交压缩和光子数压缩。结果表明,光场的正交压缩依赖于压缩参数,而光子数压缩与压缩参数、光场信号强度有关,在一定条件下,两种压缩可同时存在。原子间相互作用影响两种压缩的涨落随时间变化的周期,以及正交分量涨落随时间变化的幅度,而对光子数压缩涨落随时间变化的幅度几乎无影响。     

Accelerating Effect in Kerr-Newman-Kasuya Field

We have obtained expressions of the accelerating effect in Kerr-Newman Kasuya field. These expressionsinclude four parameters: mass m, angular momentum a, electric charge q, and magnetic charge φ. Furthermore we studyits special case (vi = 0). We get the following conclusion. In the gravitation field of souse mass with electric charge qand magnetic charge b, the acceleration of test particle has not only radial component but also transverse component.When θ = 0, the acceleration is minimum, and when θ = π/2, the acceleration is maximum. Furthermore, we discussthe effects of electric charge q and magnetic charge φ respectively.     

Field Theory Methods in Classical Dynamics

A Dirac picture perturbation theory is developed for the time evolution operator in classical dynamics in the spirit of the Schwinger–Feynman–Dyson perturbation expansion and detailed rules are derived for computations. Complexification formalisms are given for the time evolution operator suitable for phase space analyses, and then extended to a two-dimensional setting for a study of the geometrical Berry phase as an example. Finally a direct integration of Hamilton's equations is shown to lead naturally to a path integral expression, as a resolution of the identity, as applied to arbitrary functions of generalized coordinates and momenta.     

大口径宽视场双波段扫描红外相机光学设计

通过分析计算,设计了一种大口径宽视场折射式红外相机光学系统。该系统设计用于超长线阵扫描红外相机的地面演示成像,它能同时对短波2μm—3μm、中波3μm—4.5μm双波段成像,且同时具有24°的大视场和150mm的宽口径,成像质量接近衍射极限。该系统在航天遥感领域应用广泛。     

场协同理论在椭圆型流动中的数值验证

本文用数值模拟的方法，通过四个椭圆型流动传热的例子验证了场协同理论的正确性．结果表明，场协同理论不仅适合于抛物型流动，亦适合于复杂的有回流的椭圆型流动．
