Electronic structure of C60 films

A complete set of fundamental optical functions of fullerite (C₆₀) films in energy ranges of 2.5–5.0 and 4.0–9.0 eV is calculated using the known spectra of the imaginary and real parts of the dielectric constant. An integrated spectrum of the dielectric constant is decomposed into elementary components. Three basic parameters of each component (the maximum and halfwidth energies and oscillator strength) are determined. Based on the known theoretical calculations of fullerite zones, a scheme of the nature of these components of the dielectric constant is suggested. 焦油裂解循环灰的催化失活研究

Multi-Gbit/s 60 GHz Transceiver Analysis Using FDM Architecture and Six-Port Circuit

This paper presents an analysis and validation by advanced system simulation of compact and low-cost six-port transceivers for future wireless local area networks （WLANs） operating at millimeter-wave frequencies. To obtain realistic simulation results, a six-port model based on the measurement results of a fabricated V-band hybrid coupler, the core component, is used. A frequency-division multiplexing scheme is used by introducing four quadrature phase-shift keying （QPSK） channels in the wireless communication link. The data rate achieved is about 4 Gbit/s. The operating frequency is in the 60-64 GHz unlicensed band. Bit error rate （BER） results are presented, and a comparison is made between single-carrier and multicarrier architectures. The proposed wireless system can be considered an efficient candidate for millimeter-wave communication systems operating at quasi-optical data rates.     

具有时滞和的非线性系统的鲁棒稳定性分析

针对具有时滞和及模有界参数不确定性的非线性系统,研究了鲁棒稳定性问题。通过构造新的Lyapunov泛函。其中考虑了时变时滞和时滞上界信息,并应用新的方法估计Lyapunov泛函导数的上界,以线性矩阵不等式形式给出了系统的时滞相关型稳定性判据。数值实例表明了结果的有效性和较小保守性。     

Misclassification rates,critical values and size of the design in measurement systems capability studies

Measurement systems capability analysis aims to test if the variability of a measurement system is small relative to the variability of a monitored process. At present some open questions are related both to the interpretation of the critical values of the indices typically used by practitioners to assess the capability of a gauge and to the choice of the size of the experimental design to test the repeatability and the reproducibility of the measurement process. Amplification Coefficient of the Anti‐Stokes Component of Raman Scattering

The theory of intracavity parametric interaction of the components of Raman scattering is developed in the prescribedintensity approximation, which takes into account the reverse reaction of the excited waves to the pumpingwave phase. It is shown that one can substantially improve the conversion efficiency or the amplification coefficient of the antiStokes component by selection of the intracavity geometry, the optimum phase relation between the interacting waves, the pumping level, and the phase mismatch.     

不对称半桥变换器的小信号建模与仿真研究

不对称半桥变换器利用自身的寄生器件实现了开关管的零电压操作,在不影响电路整体结构,以及不增加成本的前提下达到了很好的输入、输出特性。文章建立了该类变换器的小信号模型,进行了动态分析、仿真研究及补偿回路设计,并对整体的电路稳定性和几个关键的频率特性进行了研究。

高速PCB的设计中,数模混合电路的PCB设计中的干扰问题一直是一个难题。尤其模拟电路一般是信号的源头,能否正确接收和转换信号是PCB设计要考虑的重要因素。文章通过分析混合电路干扰产生的机理,结合设计实践,探讨了混合电路一般处理方法,并通过设计实例得到验证。
