The analytic theory of microwave open resonators is improved here by means of solving the complex Airy equation, that the Q-value as well as the argument of field profile may be given accurately. The resonance conditions for open cavities with high and moderate Q-values are derived analytically. Theoreticl Q-values are well agreed with the measured ones from experiments.  相似文献

On the basis of the general method of calculation of linear weakly coupled anisotropic resonators, we obtained specific analytical expressions for the beat frequency between orthogonally polarized waves in resonators that contain a phase anisotropic plate in the active part and a polarizer in the passive part. In this paper, we construct an augmented system of the standard monotone linear complementarity problem (LCP), and establish the relations between the augmented system and the LCP. We present a smoothing-type algorithm for solving the augmented system. The algorithm is shown to be globally convergent without assuming any prior knowledge of feasibility/infeasibility of the problem. In particular, if the LCP has a solution, then the algorithm either generates a maximal complementary solution of the LCP or detects correctly solvability of the LCP, and in the latter case, an existing smoothing-type algorithm can be directly applied to solve the LCP without any additional assumption and it generates a maximal complementary solution of the LCP; and that if the LCP is infeasible, then the algorithm detect correctly infeasibility of the LCP. To the best of our knowledge, such properties have not appeared in the existing literature for smoothing-type algorithms. Using the “base forces” as the fundamental unknowns to determine the state of an elastic system, the complementary energy principle for large elastic deformation is constructed for the conjugate quantities being displacement gradients, which possesses exactly the same form as that of classical linear elasticity. 研究了基于互补色的高效聚合物白光器件,双色材料包括蓝绿光材料双(4,6-二氟苯基吡啶-N,C2)吡啶甲酰合铱(Firpic)和黄光材料三[3-(2,6-二甲基苯氧基)-6-(2-噻吩基)-哒嗪]铱(Fs-1),器件结构为ITO/PEDOT(40 nm)/PVK:OXD-7:Firpic:Fs-1(80 nm)/Ba(4 nm)/Al(120 nm).当发光层材料PVK∶OXD-7∶Firpic∶Fs-1质量比为63∶27∶10∶0.25时,用溶液加工方法得到高效白光器件,此时CIE色坐标为(0.30,0.39),最大电流效率为10.8 cd.A-1,亮度可达到4200 cd.m-2.在此基础上,引入水溶性电子注入材料聚[9,9-二(3′-N,N-二甲基胺基丙基-2,7-芴-2,7-交-(9,9-二辛基芴)](PFN)修饰阴极界面,使载流子注入和传输更平衡,当阴极为PFN(20 nm)/Al(120 nm)时,电流效率获得显著改善,达到13.1 cd.A-1,此时电流密度为4.9 mA.cm-2,亮度可达到6096 cd.m-2,白光器件的色坐标为(0.33,0.39),同时发光光谱稳定.另外通过电致发光(EL)、光致发光(PL)光谱及能级结构图分析了载流子俘获和能量转移在发光中的作用.  相似文献

The frequency, field distributions and filling factors of a DR/TE??? probe, consisting of two cylindrical dielectric resonators (DR1 and DR2) in a rectangular TE??? cavity, are simulated and analyzed by finite element methods. The TE(+++) mode formed by the in-phase coupling of the TE??(δ)(DR1), TE??(δ)(DR2) and TE??? basic modes, is the most appropriate mode for X-band EPR experiments. The corresponding simulated B(+++) fields of the TE(+++) mode have significant amplitudes at DR1, DR2 and the cavity's iris resulting in efficient coupling between the DR/TE??? probe and the microwave bridge. At the experimental configuration, B(+++) in the vicinity of DR2 is much larger than that around DR1 indicating that DR1 mainly acts as a frequency tuner. In contrast to a simple microwave shield, the resonant cavity is an essential component of the probe that affects its frequency. The two dielectric resonators are always coupled and this is enhanced by the cavity. When DR1 and DR2 are close to the cavity walls, the TE(+++) frequency and B(+++) distribution are very similar to that of the empty TE??? cavity. When all the experimental details are taken into account, the agreement between the experimental and simulated TE(+++) frequencies is excellent. This confirms that the resonating mode of the spectrometer's DR/TE??? probe is the TE(+++) mode. Additional proof is obtained from B?(x), which is the calculated maximum x component of B(+++). It is predominantly due to DR2 and is approximately 4.4 G. The B?(x) maximum value of the DR/TE??? probe is found to be slightly larger than that for a single resonator in a cavity because DR1 further concentrates the cavity's magnetic field along its x axis. Even though DR1 slightly enhances the performance of the DR/TE??? probe its main benefit is to act as a frequency tuner. A waveguide iris can be used to over-couple the DR/TE??? probe and lower its Q to ≈150. Under these conditions, the probe has a short dead time and a large bandwidth. The DR/TE??? probe's calculated conversion factor is approximately three times that of a regular cavity making it a good candidate for pulsed EPR experiments.  相似文献

Excepted for the very short terms the frequency stability of ultra-stable oscillators is mainly limited by the resonator noise. In this work we proposed a parametric model of the bulk acoustic wave (BAW) resonator phase noise based on an equivalent circuit. This model explains phase noise generated by a BAW crystal from a point of view of parametric fluctuations and proves the f−1 dependences of the crystal noise. The model performance is verified with simulation. Simulation results are compared to experimental data and discussed. Comparison of three existing models is made.  相似文献

Based on the active coupled line concept, a novel approach for calculating the noise performance of microwave/mm-wave field-effect transistors (FETs) is proposed. 提出一种提高综合滤波器鉴别率的有效方法,其做法是:对样本集在等相关峰条件下求解综合滤波器的同时,使样本集的互补样本满足零件相关峰条件,此方法把训练模式类同所有其它模式类在映射空间的距离拉大,有效地提高了综合滤波器的鉴别率,以取自同一手指纹为样本集,求解综合鉴别函数后,建立了指纹的实时模式识别系统,实验结果表明本文提出的改进方法对提高综合滤波器的鉴别率是非常有效的。  相似文献
