为了研究激光冲击强化对黄铜材料性能的影响,利用Nd:YAG激光器对试样进行冲击强化处理,对其表面硬度、表面形貌、粗糙度和残余应力进行了实验测试和分析对比。实验结果表明,黄铜表面的显微硬度可提高25%左右;材料表面产生的最大残余压应力可高达-200MPa~-250MPa。冲击区域表面质量良好;微观组织未发生明显变化。 相似文献

The selective separation of Cu, Zn and Mn from various liquid secondary raw materials has been studied by the use of radionuclides. The experimental equipment allowed the establishment of equilibrium in a mixer-settler to be continuously followed. The suitability of various industrial extractants such as LIX 64 N, Acorga P-17, Kelex 100, D 2 EHPA for the extraction of those non-ferrous metals from spent zinc electrolytes and from solutions obtained by leaching Cu/Zn scrap has been determined on the basis of a new selectivity criterion. Croton lechleri, commonly known as Dragon’s blood, is a tree cultivated in the northwest Amazon rainforest of Ecuador and Peru. This tree produces a deep red latex which is composed of different natural products such as phenolic compounds, alkaloids, and others. The chemical structures of these natural products found in C. lechleri latex are promising corrosion inhibitors of admiralty brass (AB), due to the number of heteroatoms and π structures. In this work, three different extracts of C. lechleri latex were obtained, characterized phytochemically, and employed as novel green corrosion inhibitors of AB. The corrosion inhibition efficiency (IE%) was determined in an aqueous 0.5 M HCl solution by potentiodynamic polarization (Tafel plots) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, measuring current density and charge transfer resistance, respectively. In addition, surface characterization of AB was performed by scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy techniques. Chloroform alkaloid-rich extracts resulted in IE% of 57% at 50 ppm, attributed to the formation of a layer of organic compounds on the AB surface that hindered the dezincification process. The formulation of corrosion inhibitors from C. lechleri latex allows for the valorization of non-edible natural sources and the diversification of the offer of green corrosion inhibitors for the chemical treatment of heat exchangers. 相似文献

采用1 kW Nd∶YAG激光器焊接2 mm厚H62黄铜和20#钢管材.聚焦激光作用在接头黄铜一侧形成深熔焊接熔池,熔化的黄铜浸润碳钢界面形成接头.因此,在焊缝的黄铜一侧为深熔焊,碳钢一侧为钎焊,这一方法称为激光深熔钎焊(LPB).采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能谱分析(EDS)对焊缝成形和接头界面进行观察,发现黄铜母材与焊缝界面是正常的激光深熔焊特征,同时碳钢母材与焊缝的界面形成了良好的冶金结合,相互作用区的宽度约为3μm.显微硬度结果表明焊缝硬度值高于黄铜母材.经爆破实验测试,断裂发生在黄铜一侧,表明H62黄铜-20#钢激光深熔钎焊接头力学性能满足工业使用要求. 相似文献

利用自制旋转圆盘式空蚀与冲蚀联合作用试验装置,在质量分数为3.5%的Na Cl溶液中试验研究了沙粒粒径和外电位对黄铜腐蚀磨损行为的影响.结果表明:在相同质量分数下,沙粒粒径对黄铜腐蚀性能的影响较小;但黄铜冲刷腐蚀的主要失重方式受沙粒粒径和外电位影响,沙粒粒径较小时,黄铜的流失形式为磨损腐蚀,沙粒粒径较大时,流失形式随外加电位正移由磨损腐蚀转变为磨损.在黄铜冲刷腐蚀中,腐蚀磨损交互作用是引起黄铜流失的主要原因,且以腐蚀对磨损的促进作用更为显著,同时随沙粒粒径的增加及外电位正移,腐蚀磨损交互作用更加突出;基于腐蚀磨损失重率、沙粒尺寸和外电位的冲腐蚀材料流失图表明:在低电位条件下,沙粒粒径对腐蚀磨损总失重率的影响较小,在高外电位条件下,腐蚀磨损总失重率随沙粒粒径的增加急剧增加. 相似文献

通过失重法、交流阻抗(EIS)以及极化曲线等测试方法,研究了在质量分数为3%NaCl溶液中二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(SDDTC)对黄铜管的缓蚀行为。 失重测试结果表明,SDDTC在质量浓度为120 mg/L时具有最佳缓蚀效果,缓蚀效率达到95%。 交流阻抗的测试结果表明,黄铜电极的极化电阻Rp值最初随着浓度的增加及浸泡时间的延长而增加,在浸泡72 h以及质量浓度达到120 mg/L时达到最大值,之后随着SDDTC浓度的进一步增加和浸泡时间的延长Rp值反而有所下降。 极化曲线测试结果显示,该缓蚀剂对黄铜电极的阳极和阴极行为均具有抑制作用。 相似文献
