矩底拱面状微透镜阵列的氩离子束刻蚀

在ＺｒＯ２、ＩｎＰ、Ｓｉ及ＳｉＯ２即融凝石英衬底上用氩离子束刻蚀制作面阵矩底拱面状微透镜阵列，给出了氩离子束在不同的入射角度下刻蚀器件的速率与离子束能量之间的关系。实验表明，用国产ＢＰ２１２紫外正型光刻胶制作的光致抗蚀剂掩膜图形在经过优化的工艺条件下可以通过氩离子束刻蚀将预定图形转移到衬底材料中。     

Algebraic transition matrices in the Conley index theory

We introduce the concept of an algebraic transition matrix. These are degree zero isomorphisms which are upper triangular with respect to a partial order. It is shown that all connection matrices of a Morse decomposition for which the partial order is a series-parallel admissible order are related via a conjugation with one of these transition matrices. This result is then restated in the form of an existence theorem for global bifurcations. Simple examples of how these results can be applied are also presented.

     

非相干光对Ce:KNSBN晶体两波耦合的影响研究

理论分析和实验研究了非相干光照射下Ce:KNSBN晶体中的两波耦合,发现非相干光在很大范围内可有效地控制晶体中的两波耦合效应。实验结果和理论分析趋势相一致。     

纳米结构Ag-TCNQ电双稳薄膜的制备及分析

采用真空蒸发和大气环境下后热处理的方法制备了纳米量级颗粒均匀的Ag-TCNQ薄膜。通过可见光范围透射谱、x射线衍射、原子力显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱以及x光电子谱等分析研究了薄膜的物理和化学性质，发现热处理可促使Ag和TCNQ发生充分的络合反应并减小薄膜的颗粒度，在此基础上利用STM实现了局城电双稳态的转变和纳米存储点的写入。     

窗口型极小孔激光器的研制

报道了一种窗口型的用于高分辨率近场光学存储领域的极小孔激光器.这种窗口结构的引入解决了出射端面处由于金属膜的存在而导致的pn结短路问题,同时一定程度上抑制了激光器腔面处的COD效应.简化了极小孔激光器的工艺,降低了制备难度,提高了激光器的输出特性.通过FIB设备制备出了小孔大小为4 0 0 nm,工作电流在31m A时的出光功率约0 .3m W的极小孔激光器     

Beam evolution equation with variable coefficients

We investigate a initial‐boundary value problem for the nonlinear beam equation with variable coefficients on the action of a linear internal damping. We show the existence of a unique global weak solution and that the energy associated with this solution has a rate decay estimate. Beam Recombination Characteristics in Array Laser Amplification Using Stimulated Brillouin Scattering Phase Conjugation

Beam recombination characteristics were numerically investigated in array laser amplification using stimulated Brillouin scattering phase conjugation. To clarify the effect of piston errors due to imperfect phase locking, spatial intensity profiles of the beam recombination output were calculated in both the near and the far field on the basis of Rayleigh-Sommerfeld diffraction theory. The analyses indicate that piston errors are seriously detrimental to the quality of a beam recombination output and should be eliminated by a proper phase locking. It is also found that the gap between the beam splitting-combining wedges has a negligible effect.Presented at 1996 International Workshop on Interferometry (IWI ‘96), August 27-29, Saitama, Japan.
