Synthesis of potassium bismuth titanate ferroelectric by heating of mixtures prepared using oxide precursors, i.e. Bi2O3, TiO2 and K2CO3 was investigated. DTA, TG, XRD and SEM methods were used to study the formation of intermediate compounds and the final product. Usage of associated homogenization and grinding of precursors mixture permits to decrease the temperature of formation of K0.5Bi0.5TiO3. Barium strontium titanate nanoparticles with spherical and rod-like morphologies were synthesized in water/Triton X-100/n-hexanol/cyclohexane quaternary reverse microemulsion solution. The influences of the molar ratio of water to surfactant (ω0) and the concentration of reactants on the morphology and size of barium strontium titanate nanoparticles were studied. The structure, compositions and morphology of the prepared products were characterized by XRD, SAED, ICP, EDS and TEM. The results show that the obtained Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 spherical nanoparticles with diameters of 20~100 nm and the Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 nanorods with diameters of 70~120 nm and lengths up to 600~800 nm are a single crystal, with a cubic phase. The molar ratio for barium, strontium and titanate in products is about 0.7:0.3:1.  相似文献

Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O超导材料中存在110K和80K2个超导相。其组成是Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y和Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O。但迄今为止,在按2223组成比合成的未掺杂Bi系超导材料中从未得到过纯的110K相,也未见过组成为2223,零电阻温度在100K以上材料的报道。为了探索形成110K相的最佳条件,本文以2223组成比为参考,合成了5个系列材料:Bi_xSr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y,Bi_2Sr_xCa_2Cu_3O_y,Bi_2Sr_2Ca_xCu_3O_y,Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_xO_y,Bi_i Sr_uCa_yCu_wO_s。  相似文献

The bismuth complex with dithiopiperdylcarbamate [Bi(S2CNC5H10)2(NO3)]·[1,10-Phen]·0.5H2O was synthesized. The crystal and molecular structure were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoiclinic with space group C2/c, a=3.140(2) nm, b=1.176 4(9) nm, c=2.021 6(15) nm, β=103.081(12)°, V=5.713(7) nm3, Z=8, F(000)=3064, Dc=1.815 g·cm-3, μ=6.502mm-1. The final R1=0.0332, wR2=0.040 3. In the complex, the bismuth atom is eight-coordinated in a capped distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. CCDC: 222655.  相似文献

Bi-peroxotitanate was synthesized by a peroxo method and after thermal decomposition Bi2Ti2O7 was obtained. DTA, TG and DSC curves of Bi2[Ti2(O2)4(OH)6]5H2O were recorded and used to determine isothermal conditions suitable for obtaining the intermediate samples corresponding to the phases observed during the thermal decomposition. The samples were identified by quantitative analysis, IR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. The experimental results were used to propose a mechanism of thermal decomposition of the investigated compound to a nanosized Bi2Ti2O7. The optimum conditions were also determined for obtaining Bi2Ti2O7, which is applicable for piezosensors.  相似文献

The pressure-less sintering behavior of PbTiO3 powders synthesized by mechanical alloying TiO2 and PbO was investigated using dilatometry and Rietveld refinements of X-ray diffraction patterns. As-synthesized, the powders are nanocrystalline with a mean particle size of 20 nm. Pressure-less sintering in the range 500-1050°C gives single phase ceramics with densities of 85-90% and crystallite sizes in the range 80-400 nm. Cracking due to the paraelectric-ferroelectric phase transition was not observed in samples sintered below 700°C due to the small crystallite size whereas macroscopic cracks formed in samples sintered above 700°C. Rietveld analysis indicates the formation of Pb vacancies in samples sintered and held for 24 h at intermediate temperatures (600-1000°C) which gives some insight into the mechanism of Pb loss and second phase formation in this system.  相似文献

A method of modifying silicate and carbonate fillers with titanate coupling agents and proadhesive agents was worked out. The modification aimed at hydrophobization of filler surface by introduction to the surface of functional groups with chemical affinity to polymers. Optimum amounts of modifying substances and appropriate conditions for performing the modification process were established. The obtained fillers showed a high degree of hydrophobicity.The modified fillers were applied in rubber mixtures based on butadienestyrene or natural rubber, in polyurethanes, in PVC, and as pigments in oil dyes of high corossive resistance.  相似文献

Epoxides react smoothly with tetraallyltin in the presence of 2 mol% of Bi(OTf)3 under mild reaction conditions to afford the corresponding homoallylic alcohols in excellent yields with high regioselectivity while aryl aziridines produce exclusively allyl amines in good yields under similar conditions.  相似文献

通过乳液聚合的方法对钛酸钾晶须进行表面改性,获得了表面包裹聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的钛酸钾晶须. FT-IR、SEM、EDS的表征表明,钛酸钾晶须的表面包裹了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯膜,形成了以钛酸钾晶须为核,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壳的复合粒子.研究表明,改性后的晶须表面能降低,在有机溶液中的界面张力大大降低,与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的界面性质相似,说明改性后的晶须基本被聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯完全包裹,因此晶须由亲水性变为疏水性,在有机溶液中的分散性显著提高.  相似文献
