Measurement of unbound cocaine in blood, brain and bile of anesthetized rats using microdialysis coupled with liquid chromatography and verified by tandem mass spectrometry

To investigate the disposition of unbound cocaine in the rat blood, brain and bile, we demonstrate an in vivo multiple sampling microdialysis system coupled with liquid chromatography for cocaine assay and verified by tandem mass spectrometry. Three microdialysis probes were concurrently inserted into the jugular vein, bile duct and brain striatum of each anesthetized rat. After a period of 2 h post-surgical stabilization, cocaine (10 mg kg(-1)) was administered through the femoral vein. Separation of unbound cocaine from various biological fluids was applied to a reversed-phase C(18) column (250 x 4.6 mm I.D., 5 microm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile--10 mm potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (25:75, v/v, pH 4.0) and 0.8% diethylamine at a flow rate of 1 mL min(-1). The UV detector wavelength was set at 235 nm. The results indicate that cocaine penetrates the blood--brain barrier with a rapid distribution. However, unbound cocaine in the bile dialysate was not detectable in the UV detection. We therefore use LC--tandem mass spectrometry to detect the bile fluid after cocaine administration (3 mg kg(-1), i.v.). The results indicate that cocaine goes through hepatobiliary excretion.     

三烃基锡肟类化合物的合成及生物活性

共合成了１３个未见文献报道的三烃基锡肟衍生物，测定了它们的＾１ｈ，（＾１３Ｃ，＾１１９Ｓｎ）ＮＭＲ，ＩＲ和ＭＳ。结果表明此类化合物为四配位锡单体结构，生物活性测定结果表明部分化合物同时兼有杀菌、杀螨、除草多种活性。     

3-芳基-1-(吡啶-3-基)-2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-2-丙烯-1-醇的合成及生物活性研究

用硼氢化钠还原3-芳基-1-(吡啶-3-基)-2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)丙烯酮, 合成了10个新型含吡啶基的三唑醇类化合物. 所有化合物均经核磁、元素分析确证. 生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有一定的杀菌活性及植物生长调节活性.     

碘酸钾存在下极谱催化波法测定陈皮甙

基于陈皮甙在ＫＩＯ３存在下产生的极谱催化波，拟定了测定陈皮甙的新方法。在 ０．５５ ｍｏｌ／Ｌ ＨＡｃ－０．０１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ　ＮａＡｃ（ｐＨ ４．００±０．０５）－１．０×１０～（－３）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ ＫＩＯ３缓冲溶液中，陈皮甙催化波的峰电位为－１．３５ Ｖ（ｖｓ，ＳＣＥ），它的一阶导数峰峰电流与陈皮甙浓度在２．６ × １０～（－７）～２．６ × １０～（－６）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内呈线性关系（ｒ＝０．９９７０，ｎ＝６）。本方法比现有的电化学方法灵敏度高一个数量级。可用于直接测定中草药贯众水提液中陈皮甙含量。     

N,N,N′′-三取代氨基甲酰脲类化合物的合成

N，N－二取代脲和取代三氯乙酰胺反应合成了10种未见文献报道的标题化合物，产物结构经元素分析、IR和^1H NMR确证。初步生物活性测定表明多数化合物具有明显的除草活性。     

Recent advances in the synthesis of well-defined glycopolymers

Glycopolymers are receiving increasing interest due to their application in areas, such as glycomics, medicine, biotechnology, sensors, and separation science. Consequently, new methods for their synthesis are constantly being developed, with an increasing emphasis on the preparation of well-defined polymers and on the production of complex macromolecular architectures such as stars. This review covers recent developments in the synthesis of glycopolymers, with a particular emphasis on (i) the use of controlled radical polymerization to prepare well-defined glycopolymers from unprotected monomers and (ii) postpolymerization modification strategies using reactive polymer precursors (including “click” reactions). Recent work on the production of glycosylated polypeptides, which are under investigation as mimics of naturally occurring glycoproteins, is also included. The authors offer some suggestions as to future developments and remaining challenges in this topical area of polymer chemistry. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 2-氧代-2-[(2-氯-5-吡啶甲氨基)(芳基)甲基]-4-芳基-5,5-二甲基-1,3,2-二氧膦杂环己烷的合成及其生物活性研究

通过类Mannich 反应“一锅法”合成了10个未见文献报道的含吡啶基的环状α-氨基膦酸酯, 其结构经¹H NMR, ³¹P NMR, IR, MS和元素分析确证. 测定了该系列化合物的杀虫、杀菌和除草活性, 结果表明, 所测化合物的杀虫活性不太好, 但所有化合物在药液浓度为1.0×10^－4 g/mL 时都具有较好的除草活性, 部分化合物在5.0×10^－5 g/mL时显示出良好的杀菌活性.
