Cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc) was synthesized and self-assembled on the surface of nanoscale tin dioxide (SnO2) by in-situ process, marked as i, and Co-O interaction was verified to conjugate axially between macromolecule (CoPc) and SnO2 in CoPc/SnO2(i). The results indicated that the binding constant of CoPc/SnO2(i) was two-order higher than that of CoPc/SnO2(d) synthesized by dipping process, marked as d, while the numbers of binding sites were comparable in both samples. The degradation rate in the photocatalytic activity of CoPc/SnO2(i) was 32.5% higher than that of CoPc/SnO2(d) under visible-light irradiation for 150 min due to the effective electron separation and energy injection from LUMO of CoPc to conduction band of SnO2 for CoPc/SnO2(i) based on the strong interaction between CoPc and SnO2. The degradation recyclability of CoPc/SnO2(i) retained 48.8% in 10 times under the same circular photocatalytic process. 相似文献

The interaction of the myelin basic protein (MBP) from the bovine central nervous system with divalent magnesium ion was studied
by isothermal titration calorimetry at 27 °C in aqueous solution. A simple rapid method for determination of the dissociation
binding constants for Mg2+-MBP interaction was introduced using the isothermal titration calometric data. The binding isotherm for Mg2+-MBP interaction is easily obtained by carrying out a titration calorimetric experiment using only one set of concentrations

采用高温固相法制备了Sr2SiO4∶Dy3+发光材料. 在365 nm紫外光激发下, 测得Sr2SiO4∶Dy3+材料的发射光谱为一个多峰宽谱, 主峰分别为486, 575和665 nm; 监测575 nm的发射峰, 所得材料的激发光谱为一个多峰宽谱, 主峰分别为331, 361, 371, 397, 435, 461和478 nm. 研究了Dy3+掺杂浓度对Sr2SiO4∶Dy3+材料发射光谱强度的影响. 研究结果显示, 随着Dy3+浓度的增大, 黄、蓝发射峰比值(Y/B)也逐渐增大; 随着Dy3+浓度的增大, 575 nm发射峰强度先增大后减小. 加入电荷补偿剂Li+, Na+和K+均提高了Sr2SiO4∶Dy3+材料的发射光谱强度, 其中以Li+的情况最为明显. 相似文献

This study investigates the influence of synthesis processes such as sonication, sol-gel, and microwave on the production of highly crystalline Lanthanum oxide nanoparticles (La2O3) employing Lanthanum nitrate and Ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH) as precursors. X-ray diffraction (XRD), particle size analysis (DLS), Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), ultraviolet–visible absorption spectroscopy (UV–Vis), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used to examine the most effective processing method and its effects on the nanoparticle characteristics, such as structure, morphology, and optical and electrical behavior. Sonication produces La2O3 NPs with a smaller crystalline size, an agglomerated nanorod structure, a higher bandgap, and better electrical responsiveness than sol-gel and microwave techniques. Structural and optical characterization tests discovered this. The photocatalytic degradation activity of cationic Safranin and anionic Congo red dye exhibits degradation efficiency of around 90.13% and 89.66%, respectively. 相似文献

A non‐volatile, bistable, and rewritable organic memory device was successfully fabricated with the layers of poly(2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl methacrylate) (PTMA) and poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) containing silver salt. The PTMA layer was employed as a p‐dopable material, while the silver salt‐dispersed PMMA layer acted as an n‐dopable material. The ON–OFF ratio between low‐conductivity and high‐conductivity states amounted to more than four orders of magnitude, and the retention time was longer than 103 sec. Protein phosphorylation is a type of posttranslational modification which plays an important role in cell regulation and signal transduction. Because of its biological relevance, a considerable amount of interest has been paid to the development of efficient techniques for phosphopeptide analysis. Although advances in MS control have enabled the high-throughput discovery of proteins from limited amounts of sample, automated selection of MS/MS precursor ions based on intensity alone can significantly hamper the detection of low-abundance phosphopeptides. On the basis of the observation that the introduction of a phosphate moiety does not dramatically change peptide retention time in reverse-phase chromatography, phosphopeptide specific MS/MS fragmentation attempts based on LC retention time and m/z were evaluated using a standard protein mixture, then using in vitro phosphorylated myelin basic protein. Results indicated that the majority (98%) of phosphopeptides identified eluted within a +/- 4-min window of the predicted LC elution time. While studies presented here are primarily proof of concept in nature, data suggest that the use of LC retention time prediction could be a valuable constraint for the identification of phosphopeptides within a set of off-line LC deposited sample spots. It is expected that the development of these methods will not only permit the targeted identification of protein phosphorylation sites but also allow the in-depth analysis of the dynamic events linked to the posttranslational modification. 相似文献

报道了酞菁钴(CoPc)分子原位自组装于纳米SnO2颗粒表面, CoPc大环分子与SnO2表面形成Co—O轴向相互作用, 测定了原位合成方法(标记为i)制备的CoPc/SnO2(i)与浸渍法(标记为d)制备CoPc/SnO2(d)间的结合特性, 并进行了可见光光催化表征及CoPc敏化机理探讨. 结果表明, 在结合位点数相当的情况下, CoPc/SnO2(i)结合常数比CoPc/SnO2(d)的高两个数量级, 前者的光催化效率亦比后者高32.5%(光照150 min), 且CoPc/SnO2(i)光催化稳定性较高(重复十次循环使用). 其CoPc敏化SnO2的机理为, 由于敏化剂与半导体之间存在的强相互作用, 不仅增强了光生电荷在CoPc的LUMO与SnO2半导体导带间的导入效率及光生电荷对的分离效率, 而且提高了敏化剂的负载稳定性与循环光催化效率的持续性. 相似文献

由于红外辐射等光波在地球大气中传输会受到大气吸收、散射等作用的影响,因此研究光波在大气中的传输特性成为了一项重要的课题。本文主要通过对可见光和红外波段光波在大气中传输机理的研究,建立透射率模型来反映大气对光波传输的衰减作用。通过仿真计算出各个波段的光波在大气中传输的衰减结果,并利用MODTRAN软件计算结果对透射率模型进行比较分析。研究结果表明:透射率模型和MODTRAN软件仿真所得光波的透射率都在40%~100%之间变化,且变化曲线趋势一致性较好。所得结果真实有效,对工程实际有一定的作用。 相似文献
