This paper describes a structure–property study using two dithieno[3,2‐b;2′,3′‐d]phosphole building blocks for the generation of white light emission and the incorporation of these units in a single polystyrene material. The emission of one of the light‐emitting organophosphorus building blocks can efficiently be switched from orange to green by simple protonation of the amino functional groups that are part of the π‐conjugated scaffold. The resulting three components (blue, green, and orange) exhibit photophysical properties that allow for an efficient fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) in the mixture/polymer and provide intense white fluorescence upon excitation of the blue component; the fluorescence is close to pure white in solution and similar to the emission of an incandescent light bulb in the thin film. The results nicely illustrate the intriguing features that can be obtained by exclusively using organophosphorus‐based organic electronic materials.  相似文献

The distance dependence of electron transfer (ET) is commonly investigated in linear rigid rod‐like compounds, but studies of molecular wires with integrated corners imposing 90° angles are very rare. By using spirobifluorene as a key bridging element and by substituting it at different positions, two isomeric series of donor‐bridge‐acceptor compounds with either nearly linear or angled geometries were obtained. Photoinduced ET in both series is dominated by rapid through‐bond hole hopping across oligofluorene bridges over distances of up to 70 Å. Despite considerable conformational flexibility, direct through‐space and through‐solvent ET is negligible even in the angled series. The independence of the ET rate constant on the total number of fluorene units in the angled series is attributed to a rate‐limiting tunneling step through the spirobifluorene corner. This finding is relevant for multidimensional ET systems and grids in which individual molecular wires are interlinked at 90° angles.  相似文献

Im gegenwärtigen Stadium der Entwicklung eines umfangreichen Konzepts zum Einsatz der EDV für die Szintigraphie – an der alle Nuklearmedizinischen Abteilungen der DDR beteiligt sind – erfolgt bei den Autoren die Ein- und ausgabe der Daten über Lochstreifen. Die Wirkung der Korrekturrechnung wird am homogenen Phantom selbst und an einer Pankreasunfersuchung demonstriert.  相似文献

Synthesis of n‐type organic semiconductors with high electron mobilities, good environmental stability, and good processability is an urgent task in current organic electronics. This is because most of π‐conjugated materials are p‐type and prefer to transport positive hole carriers. In this article, a series of new dicarboxylic imide‐substituted poly(p‐phenylene vinylenes) (DI‐PPVs) were first synthesized. They exhibited a high electron affinity of 3.60 eV and thus are able to transport electrons. The polymers showed tunable solubility in common organic solvents and high chemical and thermal stability. They remain rigidity of the PPV backbone, and strong interchain π‐stacking was observed in thin films by X‐ray diffraction measurement. All these suggested that these polymers could serve as good candidates as n‐type semiconductors in organic electronic devices such as n‐channel field‐effect transistors and all polymer‐based solar cells. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. To enhance the performance of organic devices, doping and graded mixed‐layer structures, formed by co‐evaporation methods, have been extensively adopted in the formation of organic thin films. Among the criteria for selecting materials systems, much attention has been paid to the materials' energy‐band structure and carrier‐transport behavior. As a result, some other important characteristics may have been overlooked, such as material compatibility or solubility. In this paper, we propose a new doping method utilizing fused organic solid solutions (FOSSs) which are prepared via high‐pressure and high‐temperature processing. By preparing fused solid solutions of organic compounds, the stable materials systems can be selected for device fabrication. Furthermore, by using these FOSSs, doping concentration and uniformity can be precisely controlled using only one thermal source. As an example of application in organic thin films, high‐performance organic light‐emitting diodes with both single‐color and white‐light emission have been prepared using this new method. Compared to the traditional co‐evaporation method, a FOSS provides us with a more convenient way to optimize the doping system and fabricate relatively complicated organic devices.  相似文献

中、大规模CMOS器件受到瞬态辐射时,出现了闭锁单窗口、多窗口现象。为了获得闭锁窗口的出现原因,借助对窗口现象的有关参考文献的研究,利用计算机电路模拟软件,分析了CMOS器件多个闭锁路径之间的相互作用。在此基础上,提出了解释窗口现象的“三径”闭锁模型。应指出的是,该闭锁模型还需要试验上的进一步验证与支持。  相似文献

In this work we study the effect of decoherence on elastic and polaronic transport via discrete quantum states. Calculations are performed with the help of a nonperturbative computational scheme, based on Green’s function theory within the framework of polaron transformation (GFT-PT), where the many-body electron-phonon interaction problem is mapped exactly into a single-electron multi-channel scattering problem. In particular, the influence of dephasing and relaxation processes on the shape of the electrical current and shot noise curves is discussed in detail under linear and nonlinear transport conditions.  相似文献
