We generalize the P(N)-graded Lie superalgebras of Martinez-Zelmanov. This generalization is not so restrictive but suffcient enough so that we are able to have a classification for this generalized P(N)-graded Lie superalgebras. Our result is that the generalized P(N)-graded Lie super-algebra L is centrally isogenous to a matrix Lie superalgebra coordinated by an associative superalgebra with a super-involution. Moreover, L is P(N)-graded if and only if the coordinate algebra R is commutative and the super-involution is trivial. This recovers Martinez-Zelmanov's theorem for type P(N). We also obtain a generalization of Kac's coordinatization via Tits-Kantor-Koecher construction. Two thousand images of resolution 512×512 pixels as a regular matrix pattern of 10×10 elements are stored, where each element is angularly multiplexed 20 times in a 25 μm thickness of dichromated gelatin emulsion without cross-talk effect. The surface area of the matrix is 1 cm2. We show good concordance of the angular selectivity between the experimental result and theory. The diffraction efficiency of each 20 multiplexed images is measured and has nearly the same value. Examples of reconstructed images for multiple applications are given, for example, storage of 160,000 images on a 3′1/2 floppy disc format, which is about 100 min of black and white film. Application can be made to automobile cartography and storage of X-ray images as well as weather forecast images. Colored diffractive images are also possible and are illustrated. 相似文献

A new optoelectronic fuzzy inference system is proposed for processing a large number of fuzzy rules in parallel. The proposed system using spatial light modulator implements various membership functions as well as max–min inference. Performance of relational database systems is a major impediment to their use in many applications. We have designed and implemented a customized RISC processor to accelerate associative search and aggregation operations for relational database systems. Since the processor is programmable and supports many queries concurrently, a system utilizing tens of such processors is capable of handling thousands of complex search requests simultaneously.
While the design of a VLSI programmable processor is a complex process, research prototyping requires a fast turnaround design process. We took advantage of the logic programming paradigm and the silicon compiler technology to explore and simulate architecture alternatives prior to the actual implementation. The prototyping process allowed us to complete the chip design in nine months. The resulting processor, fabricated in 2 Itm CMOS technology, consists of 91,000 transistors, executes over 18 million predicate evaluations per second, and searches database contents at 74 megabytes per second. 相似文献

We present the concept of integrated processing to combine intuitive processing of neural networks with logical processing of the conventional digital computer. We investigate a way to embody the concept in the neural network system by introducing external constraints in terms of external input. The effect of the external input is analyzed using the generalized projection method. The concept of integrated processing is applied to an image associative memory system, and the system is optically implemented for high-speed parallel processing incorporating it with the computer. Weakly associative lattice rings (wal-rings) are non-transitive generalizations of lattice ordered rings (l-rings). As is known, the class of l-rings which are subdirect products of linearly ordered rings (i.e. the class of f-rings) plays an important role in the theory of l-rings. In the paper, the classes of wal-rings representable as subdirect products of to-rings and ao-rings (both being non-transitive generalizations of the class of f-rings) are characterized and the class of wal-rings having lattice ordered positive cones is described. Hybrids composed of 2D transition metal dichalcogenides with stimuli-responsive molecules are prototypical components for the development of multifunctional field-effect transistors (FETs), whose output currents can be remotely controlled by external inputs. Herein, ternary-responsive FETs based on a few-layer WSe2 are realized by decorating the two opposite surfaces of the 2D semiconductor with different stimuli-responsive molecules in an asymmetric fashion: the bottom surface is interfaced with a photochromic diarylethene film and the top surface with a ferroelectric poly(vinylidene fluoride–trifluoroethylene) layer. This novel Janus ternary device architecture shows superior functional complexity compared with normal mono-stimuli-responsive FETs. The synergy between the two molecularly induced effects enables the devices to respond orthogonally to an electric field and light irradiation, with an enhanced output current modulation efficiency of 87%. The 9 ferroelectric and 84 photo-generated states ensure 756 current levels in a single device. The over 10 cycles of cyclic endurance and more than 1000 h of retention time confirm the reliability of each state, implementing the demand for high-density non-volatile memories, as well as enriching the diversification in “More than Moore” technologies. 相似文献

磷酸单酯和双酯被漫长的进化过程选择为生命体的核心.磷酸酯功能的多样性需要磷酰基转移酶不断地进化来实现.现今磷酰基转移酶的催化机制已经得到了广泛研究.通过高分辨X射线晶体衍射技术(X-ray)与19FNMR的联用,来研究磷酰基转移酶的金属氟化物过渡态类似物,可以从原子层面上阐述磷酰基转移的机理.该催化机理充分地解释了磷酸酯的一对相互矛盾的性质,即磷酸酯结构的极其稳定性与磷酰基在信号传导过程中的灵活可调性.通过对元素周期表中其他元素的含氧酸根及其酯的性质的研究,目前还无法找出一个更加合适的元素来替代磷的这些重要功能,因而这些证据都支持了Todd的说法:哪里有生命,哪里就一定有磷. 相似文献
