A novel application of second-order calibration method based on an alternating penalty trilinear decomposition (APTLD) algorithm is presented to treat the data from high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection (HPLC-DAD). The method makes it possible to accurately and reliably analyze atrazine (ATR), ametryn (AME) and prometryne (PRO) contents in soil, river sediment and wastewater samples. Satisfactory results are obtained although the elution and spectral profiles of the analytes are heavily overlapped with the background in environmental samples. The obtained average recoveries for ATR, AME and PRO are 99.7 ± 1.5, 98.4 ± 4.7 and 97.0 ± 4.4% in soil samples, 100.1 ± 3.2, 100.7 ± 3.4 and 96.4 ± 3.8% in river sediment samples, and 100.1 ± 3.5, 101.8 ± 4.2 and 101.4 ± 3.6% in wastewater samples, respectively. Furthermore, the accuracy and precision of the proposed method are evaluated with the elliptical joint confidence region (EJCR) test. It lights a new avenue to determine quantitatively herbicides in environmental samples with a simple pretreatment procedure and provides the scientific basis for an improved environment management through a better understanding of the wastewater-soil-river sediment system as a whole. 相似文献

The design and synthesis of 1,3-dithiol linked acridinedione functionalized gold nanoparticles (ADDDT-GNP) is described. ADDDT-GNP was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), UV-vis, steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence techniques. Conformational analysis of 1,3-dithiol ligands using density functional theory (DFT) reveals that they can cap on gold clusters through 1,2-capping mode, in which the two sulfur atoms of the dithiol bind covalently with two adjacent gold atoms on the surface of the cluster. The present study shows that three conformers of the ligand can cap in the 1,2-mode of capping. The triexponential fluorescence decay observed in the capped nanogold complex with fluorophore-labeled 1,3-dithiol may originate from the three conformers of the complex in the 1,2-capping mode. 相似文献

Reaction of the potassium salt of N-(diisopropoxyphosphoryl)-p-bromothiobenzamide p-BrC6H4C(S)NHP(O)(OiPr)2 (HL) with Cd(II) cations in freshly dried and distilled EtOH leads exclusively to the complex [Cd(p-BrC6H4C(S)NH2-S)(L-O,S)2] ([Cd(LI)L2]), while the same reaction in H2O leads to the complex [Cd(HL-O)2(L-O,S)2] ([Cd(HL)2L2]). The corresponding reactions with Zn(II) always lead to the complex [Zn(L-O,S)2] ([ZnL2]) regardless of the solvent. The crystal structure of [Cd(HL)2L2].2/3H2O reveals to be a polymorph to the previously reported anhydrous [Cd(HL)2L2]. 相似文献

根据电压型PWM整流器在同步旋转dq坐标系中建立的整流器电流控制数学模型,基于电流前馈解耦,解决了有功电流和无功电流互为耦合问题。为克服直流电压响应较慢、抗扰性较差的不足,提出了采用电流内环、基于滑模控制的电压外环电压型PWM整流器的新控制策略。由于采用滑模控制的电压外环,提高了整流器直流电压跟踪和电流跟踪能力,使系统具有响应快、稳定性好、抗负载扰动能力强的优点。文中给出了系统控制器的设计方法。通过正常负载及负载扰动情况下的计算机仿真,证明了新控制策略的可行性。 相似文献

The fundamental transverse mode lasing of a hybrid laser diode is a prerequisite for efficient coupling to a single‐mode silicon waveguide, which is necessary for a wavelength‐division multiplexing silicon interconnection. We investigate the lasing mode profile for a hybrid laser diode consisting of silicon slab and InP/InGaAsP deep ridge waveguides. When the thickness of the top silicon is 220 nm, the fundamental transverse mode is lasing in spite of the wide waveguide width of 3.7µm. The threshold current is 40 mA, and the maximum output power is 5 mW under CW current operation. In the case of a thick top silicon layer (1 µm), the higher modes are lasing. There is no significant difference in the thermal resistance of the two devices. 相似文献

Experimental measurements to study the retention capacity and band broadening under retentive conditions using micromachined non-porous pillar array columns fabricated in cyclo olefin polymer are presented. In particular, three columns with different depths but with the same pillar structure have been fabricated via hot embossing and pressure-assisted thermal bonding. Separations of a mixture of four coumarins using varying mobile phase compositions have been monitored to study the relation between the retention factor and the ratio of organic solvent in the aqueous mobile phase. Moreover, the linear relation between the retention and the surface/volume ratio predicted in theory has been observed, achieving retention factors up to k=2.5. Under the same retentive conditions, minimal reduced plate height values of h(min)=0.4 have been obtained at retention factors of k=1.2. These experimental results are compared with the case of non-porous and porous silicon pillars. Similar results for the plate heights are achieved while retention factors are higher than the non-porous silicon column and considerably smaller than the porous pillar column, given the non-porous nature of the used cyclo olefin polymer. The feasibility of using this polymer column as an alternative to the pillar array silicon columns is corroborated. 相似文献

在三电极体系中,以硝酸锌水溶液作为电解液,采用阴极还原电沉积法成功实现了一维纳米结构ZnO阵列在TiO2纳米粒子/ITO导电玻璃薄膜基底上的沉积,并通过XRD、SEM、EDS和PL光谱等方法对样品进行了表征.重点研究了薄膜基底、电解液浓度、沉积时间、六次亚甲基四胺(HMT)的引入对ZnO沉积及其发光性质的影响.结果显示:与ITO玻璃基底相比,ZnO更易于在TiO2纳米粒子薄膜上实现电化学沉积.ZnO属于六方晶系的铅锌矿结构,并且沿着c-轴方向表现出明显的择优化生长,以形成垂直于基底的ZnO纳米棒阵列.延长沉积时间、增加电解液浓度和引入一定量的HMT等均对ZnO的生长有促进作用,进而使其纳米棒的结晶度和取向程度提高,进而解释了所得的薄膜分别约在375和520nm处表现出ZnO的强而窄的带边紫外光发射峰和弱而宽的表面态绿光发射带. 相似文献
