Elastic solutions for axisymmetric rotating disks made of functionally graded material with variable thickness are presented. The material properties and disk thickness profile are assumed to be represented by two power-law distributions. In the case of hollow disk, based on the form of the power-law distribution for the mechanical properties of the constituent components and the thickness profile function, both analytical and semi-analytical solutions are given under free–free and fixed-free boundary conditions. For the solid disk, only semi-analytical solution is presented. The effects of the material grading index and the geometry of the disk on the stresses and displacements are investigated. It is found that a functionally graded rotating disk with parabolic or hyperbolic convergent thickness profile has smaller stresses and displacements compared with that of uniform thickness. It is seen that the maximum radial stress for the solid functionally graded disk with parabolic thickness profile is not at the centre like uniform thickness disk. Results of this paper suggest that a rotating functionally graded disk with parabolic concave or hyperbolic convergent thickness profile can be more efficient than the one with uniform thickness. 相似文献

The characteristics of lubricant film at head/disk interface(HDI) are essential to the stability of hard disk drives. In this study, the theoretical models of the lubricant flow and depletion are deduced based on Navier–Stokes(NS) and continuity equations. The air bearing pressure on the surface of the lubrication film is solved by the modified Reynolds equation based on Fukui and Kaneko(FK) model. Then the lubricant film deformations for a plane slider and double-track slider are obtained. The equation of lubricant film thickness is deduced with the consideration of van der Waals force, the air bearing pressure, the surface tension, and the external stresses. The lubricant depletion under heat source is simulated and the effects of different working conditions including initial thickness, flying height and the speed of the disk on lubricant depletion are discussed. The main factors that cause the lubricant flow and depletion are analyzed and the ways to reduce the film thickness deformation are proposed. The simulation results indicate that the shearing stress is the most important factor that causes the thickness deformation and other terms listed in the equation have little influence. The thickness deformation is dependent on the working parameter, and the thermal condition evaporation is the most important factor. 相似文献

We demonstrated a robust power-scalable Kerr-lens mode-locked(KLM) operation based on a Yb:YAG thin-disk oscillator.15-W,272-fs pulses were realized at a repetition rate of 86.7 MHz with an additional Kerr medium and a 2.5 mm hard aperture in the cavity.247-fs pulses with an average power of 11 W could also be obtained by using a 2.4 mm hard aperture.Based on this shorter pulse,high efficient second-harmonic generation(SHG) was performed with a 1.7-mm-long Li B3O5(LBO) crystal.The SHG laser power was up to 5 W with the power fluctuation RMS of 1% measured over one hour. 相似文献

机电等效电路是分析复合换能器常用的一种解析方法, 但对薄圆盘而言, 由于弯曲振动的复杂性, 其等效集中参数很难获得, 该方法很少被应用. 本文从分布参数系统与集中参数系统等效角度, 根据动能相等原则和势能相等原则, 给出了弯曲振动薄圆盘的集中参数: 等效质量和等效弹性系数, 得到了共振频率方程, 并用ATILA软件模拟了其振动分布情况, 可以看出解析结果与数值结果趋于一致. 最后给出了分析复合振动系统时薄圆盘集中参数模型的等效电路. 本文的结果对弯曲振动复合换能器的设计提供了理论参考. 相似文献

同轴式光全息存储技术是新型超大容量超高速存取的光学存储技术。具有反射式结构的光盘可以将再现光反射回聚焦透镜,因而可以简化系统结构,而且可与现有的光盘系统(如CD和DVD)很好地兼容。引进现有光盘的伺服控制技术可以有效地保持聚焦透镜与光盘间距和精确定位,因而,可将全息图准确无误地记录在媒体中并准确无误地再生出来而不受外界的振动影响。首先讨论了传统的“双光束干涉法”在商品化方面遇到的难题,从而引出了同轴式光全息存储技术并演示了它的记录、再生的实验结果。通过实验数据分析计算了该光盘系统的角度偏差和光源波长容限范围。为实现装置的低成本和小型化等方面提供了理论依据。 相似文献

在实验室HPGe探测器测量分析氙气样品过程中需要用到相对方法进行分析, 然而由于放射性氙同位素半衰期较短, 制作相应的标准气体比较难, 给谱仪系统刻度带来困难.针对该问题, 提出使用混合面源模拟刻度四种氙同位素气体源的效率, 并提出将积分中值定理应用到面源刻度实验过程, 大大简化了中间流程, 提高了测量的准确性.利用氙分离纯化系统在高氡环境下采集样品, 获得了天然放射性133Xe气体γ谱, 通过计算得到其活度浓度. 积分中值位置处的混合面源刻度结果和气体源刻度结果一致, 说明本文提出的面源刻度技术及积分中值定理的思想在HPGe 探测器效率刻度测量分析中是有效可行的.

在星光Ⅱ激光装置上,测量了脉宽1ns、能量40-110J的527nm激光在不同条件下辐照Au盘靶、Al盘靶的背向散射能量。结果表明:激光辐照Au盘靶时.在聚焦条件下背向散射能量约占打靶激光能量的7.8%;在束匀滑条件下背向散射能量份额下降到6.2%左右,证明了束匀滑可有效抑制背向散射。对比Au盘靶、Al盘靶背反能量与打靶激光能量关系曲线,可以看出背向散射能量与打靶激光能量基本上成线性关系。 Au and Al disk target were irradiated with -1 ns, 40-110 J, 527 nm laser at Xingguang-Ⅱ facility. The backscattered lights by laser-produced plasma were studied experimentally. The results are in troduced in this paper. Backscattered light energy is 7.8% of laser energy when laser is focused on Au disk target; when laser beam is smoothed, it is 6.2%. The comparison shows that laser smoothing can restrain backscattered light efficiency.
