研测动态问题的旋转孔径散斑照相法Ⅱ:矩位、平四位、直三位孔径

本文提出了旋转孔径散斑照相法中三种新颖的基本孔径:矩位孔、平四位孔和直三位孔,进行了理论分析和实验证明。采用新孔径拍摄散斑照相,散斑信息利用率高,衍射晕能量分布合理,信噪比提高,因而散斑条纹清晰度得到改善,相应的实验误差减小。     

研测动态问题的旋转孔径散斑照相法Ⅰ:双孔、四扇孔

本文提出一种研测动态问题的实验新方法——旋转孔径散斑照相法。该法设备简单,利用一个旋转孔径装置,能在一张散斑图上记录下物体动态变形的全过程,然后在全场波滤分析时把各瞬时的信息分离出来,可得任意时刻的瞬态位移场。转孔法能应用于振动和非周期性动态问题,并以三个实验证实其可行性。实验结果表明,散斑条纹清晰可靠,定量分析与其它方法所得结果一致。     

Density-sensitive whole-field flow measurement by optical speckle photography

An optical whole-field, line-of-sight method is surveyed that allows the measurement of the refractive deflection angles of light transmitted through a flow with density changes. The method uses the principles of speckle photography. In comparison to classical optical methods such as interferometry, a much higher number of data values can be obtained from one record without the need of interpolating between experimental data. This high signal density is particularly advantageous for analyzing turbulent flows with density fluctuations. Such an analysis is, so far, restricted to the existence of axisymmetric turbulence. A number of applications to this type of turbulent flow are reported, and proposals are made for future developments that will allow this speckle technique to be applied to the study of turbulent shear flow.

高空作业车智能控制器的设计与开发

为了改善高空作业车的作业性能,设计了一款高空作业车智能控制器,解决了完全依靠操作人员的视觉反馈以及用机械调速阀对机构进行控制,精确性能差的问题,提高了操作的安全智能性、可靠性。在介绍了高空作业车控制系统组成基础上,首先给出了智能控制器的整体框架结构,再对控制器的软硬件设计实现进行了阐述。在实际车辆测试中,工作稳定,性能达到了预期设计效果。     

宽角航空CCD侦察相机拼接方案综述

图像拼接技术的发展为宽角航空CCD侦察相机的设计提供了新的解决方案。回顾这种方案的发展历程,可归纳为机械拼接、光学拼接和相机扫描式3大类。以典型的应用为例,对它们的工作原理及特点进行介绍。最后根据拼接技术的研究现状,描述了航侦相机拼接方案的发展趋势。     

基于场景复杂度与不变特征的航拍视频实时配准算法

实时、鲁棒的图像配准是航拍视频电子稳像、全景图拼接和地面运动目标自动检测与跟踪的前提和关键技术.本文以航拍视频序列为处理对象,提出了一种新的基于场景复杂度与不变特征的实时配准算法,其主要特点包括：(1)在对航拍视频配准难点进行详细分析的基础上,有针对性的提出基于积分图的快速图像尺度空间构建、依据场景复杂度的检测特征点数量在线精确控制、基于描述子误差分布统计特性级的联分类器构造等新方法,使得算法配准性能不随场景的复杂度发生改变,能够在各种地貌条件下实时、稳定的进行图像配准;(2)将多尺度Harris角点和SIFT描述子相结合,并通过对帧间变换模型参数进行鲁棒估计,保证了算法具有良好的旋转、尺度、亮度不变性和配准精度.实验结果表明,算法可在场景变化、图像大幅度平移、尺度缩放和任意角度旋转等复杂条件下实时、精确的进行图像配准,对分辨率为320×240的航拍序列的平均处理速度达到20.7帧/秒.     

新型大面阵彩色CCD航测相机光学系统设计

介绍了一种有别于传统彩色航测相机的新型大面阵彩色CCD航测相机设计方案,该相机光学系统由Dalsa公司最新生产的6K×8K大面阵彩色CCD作为接收器.通过理论计算和ZEMAX光学设计软件的优化,给出了工作波长适应范围为0.46～0.70μm、焦距为360mm、视场角为10°、相对孔径为1∶4.3的设计实例.设计结果表明...     

Preliminary Flight Test Program on Telecom and Broadcasting Using High Altitude Platform Stations

Telecommunication and broadcasting systems using radio-relay/base stations on board the high altitude platforms are expected to create the largest business market among its possible applications. They could also be integrated with satellite- and terrestrial-based systems in the future to construct the more powerful mobile and/or broadband networks. Prototype onboard equipment and ground equipment are being developed on schedule in the fixed, mobile, and broadcasting services. The performance of them will be demonstrated and evaluated in the preliminary flight tests planned in 2002 using alternative aerial vehicles: a helicopter, a jet, and a solar-powered unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), before flight tests using the high altitude airships. This paper presents activity in Japan on the R&D of wireless access systems using high altitude platform stations and the detail of the preliminary flight test program.
