采用SMIC0.18μm 1P6M混合信号CMOS工艺设计了10Gb/s限幅放大器。该放大器采用了带有级间反馈的三阶有源负反馈放大电路。在不使用无源电感的情况下,得到了足够的带宽以及频率响应平坦度。后仿真结果表明,该电路能够工作在10Gb/s速率上。小信号增益为46.25dB,-3dB带宽为9.16GHz,最小差分输入电压摆幅为10mV。在50Ω片外负载上输出的摆幅为760mV。该电路采用1.8V电源供电,功耗为183mW。核心面积500μm×250μm。 相似文献

The implementation of successful assured forwarding (AF) services according to the DiffServ framework remains a challenging problem today, despite the numerous proposals for assured forwarding per‐hop‐behaviour (AF PHB) mechanisms and AF‐based service implementations. The interaction of the TCP and UDP traffic under an AF‐based service and a number of relative issues such as fairness among flows, achievable bandwidth guarantees and qualitative performance have been taken into consideration in this work in order to address the existing limitations. We propose two modules, the TCP‐window aware marker (TWAM) and the dynamic WRED (WRED) mechanism for implementing the differentiated services (DiffServ) AF PHB. We provide analytical models and an experimental evaluation in order to demonstrate how they succeed in enhancing the quality, improving the performance and easing the deployment of a production level AF‐based service. Here, the design, synthesis, and characterization of laser nanomaterials based on dye‐doped methyl methacrylate (MMA) crosslinked with octa(propyl‐methacrylate) polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (8MMAPOSS) is reported in relation to their composition and structure. The influence of the silicon content on the laser action of the dye pyrromethene 567 (PM567) is analyzed in a systematic way by increasing the weight proportion of POSS from 1 to 50%. The influence of the inorganic network structure is studied by replacing the 8MMAPOSS comonomer by both the monofunctionalized heptaisobutyl‐methacryl‐POSS (1MMAPOSS), which defines the nanostructured linear network with the POSS cages appearing as pendant groups of the polymeric chains, and also by a new 8‐hydrogenated POSS incorporated as additive to the polymeric matrices. The new materials exhibit enhanced thermal, optical, and mechanical properties with respect to the pure organic polymers. The organization of the molecular units in these nanomaterials is studied through a structural analysis by solid‐state NMR. The domain size of the dispersed phase assures a homogeneous distribution of POSS into the polymer, thus, a continuous phase corresponding to the organic matrix incorporates these nanometer‐sized POSS crosslinkers at a molecular level, in agreement with the transparency of the samples. The silicon–oxygen core framework has to be covalently bonded into the polymer backbone instead of being a simple additive and both the silica content and crosslinked degree exhibit a critical influence on the laser action. 相似文献

The skin effect in the reversely switched dynistor (RSD) devices is investigated in this paper. Based on the plasma bipolar drift model of the RSD, the current density distributions on the chip are simulated with considering the skin effect. The results indicate that the current density on the border can be several hundred to a thousand A/cm2 higher than that in the center of the chip. The skin effect becomes more prominent as the voltage increases and the inductance decreases in the main circuit. The phenomenon that most of a certain group of chips break over on the border has proved the existence of the skin effect. 相似文献

We propose a new trust region algorithm for nonlinear constrained optimization problems. In each iteration of our algorithm, the trial step is computed by minimizing a quadratic approximation to the augmented Lagrange function in the trust region. The augmented Lagrange function is also used as a merit function to decide whether the trial step should be accepted. Our method extends the traditional trust region approach by combining a filter technique into the rules for accepting trial steps so that a trial step could still be accepted even when it is rejected by the traditional rule based on merit function reduction. An estimate of the Lagrange multiplier is updated at each iteration, and the penalty parameter is updated to force sufficient reduction in the norm of the constraint violations. Active set technique is used to handle the inequality constraints. Numerical results for a set of constrained problems from the CUTEr collection are also reported. 相似文献
