Chemical composition and anti-complement activity of Glechomae Herba collected in different months

Glechomae Herba (GH) is derived from the dried aerial part of Glechoma longituba (Nakai) Kupr., which is harvested from spring to autumn. It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxification. The aim of this paper was to study the chemical composition and the anti-complement activity of GH collected in different months. Ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry based on predicted compounds screening and diagnostic ion filter strategy was developed for identifying the chemical composition of GH collected in different months. A total of 102 compounds—40 chlorogenic acids (CGAs), 32 phenolic acids, and 30 flavonoids—were reasonably identified in GH. Thirty-four CGAs were discovered in GH for the first time. The correlations between chemical compositions and anti-complement activities of GH collected in different months were analyzed. Phenolic acids and flavonoids were found to be negatively correlated with anti-complement activity, and CGAs were positively correlated with anti-complement activity. At the same time, six CGA standards had obvious anti-complement activity. It was demonstrated that different harvest months had a significant impact on the difference in chemical composition and anti-complement activity of GH. And CGAs might play an important role in the anti-complement activity of GH.     

超分辨重建技术及其研究进展

超高分辨成像技术一直是航天、遥感、目标识别等领域的研究热点。随着光学成像到光电数字成像的转变,如何提高CCD的几何分辨率,已成为研制高分辨光电成像系统亟待解决的问题。本文从理论和工程实现的角度介绍了超分辨成像的技术原理,分析了实现超分辨重建技术的几种方法,主要描述了微扫描和亚像元两种重建技术的实现方式,指出了目前超分辨技术存在的缺陷。最后,针对超分辨技术中无混淆重建带宽较窄的问题,提出了一种新的技术方案。该方案将光学编码技术与目前的亚像元技术相结合,可将重建带宽拓展3倍。研究结论指出：融合了光学,光电子学和信号处理的成像系统的综合设计,将是未来成像领域的一个重要研究方向。     

Group methodology in production management: A solution based on a hierarchical classification method

We consider the problem submitted by Garcia and Proth and we propose for it a solution obtained by simply applying our very general method of hierarchical classification based on the likelihood of the links, in the case of an incidence table of data. This application is done on each of the two sides of the incidence data table. In our approach, the common number p of classes has not to be fixed arbitrarily, but is an observed possible result—provided by the notions of ‘significant’ levels and nodes of the classification tree—for the ‘natural’ association between two partitions. We compare our solution with the previous one.

Active Inference: Applicability to Different Types of Social Organization Explained through Reference to Industrial Engineering and Quality Management

Active inference is a physics of life process theory of perception, action and learning that is applicable to natural and artificial agents. In this paper, active inference theory is related to different types of practice in social organization. Here, the term social organization is used to clarify that this paper does not encompass organization in biological systems. Rather, the paper addresses active inference in social organization that utilizes industrial engineering, quality management, and artificial intelligence alongside human intelligence. Social organization referred to in this paper can be in private companies, public institutions, other for-profit or not-for-profit organizations, and any combination of them. The relevance of active inference theory is explained in terms of variational free energy, prediction errors, generative models, and Markov blankets. Active inference theory is most relevant to the social organization of work that is highly repetitive. By contrast, there are more challenges involved in applying active inference theory for social organization of less repetitive endeavors such as one-of-a-kind projects. These challenges need to be addressed in order for active inference to provide a unifying framework for different types of social organization employing human and artificial intelligence.     

冗余技术提高PLC控制系统可靠性的研究

针对工业现场对PLC控制系统可靠性提出更高的要求,提出利用冗余技术提高其可靠性。分析了硬件冗余和软件冗余在PLC控制系统中的应用,详细阐述了PLC控制器、输入输出口、通讯网络和电源各自的冗余方法,并着重以西门子300/400系列PLC为例进行了软硬件冗余的架构和原理分析。最后对冗余控制系统的可靠性进行分析,结果表明,使用冗余技术可使PLC控制系统的可靠性得到明显提高。     

化学氧碘激光器尾气主动冷却技术试验

使用主动冷却技术降低化学氧碘激光器（COIL）尾气的温度,是提高引射式压力恢复系统引射效率的一项关键技术。采用理论计算和数值模拟的方法,得出了满足技术指标要求的冷却器系统设计参数,并研制了一套以管翅式热交换器、液氮循环汽化提供制冷量的COIL尾气主动冷却试验装置。与激光器的对接试验结果表明,在COIL出光60 s试验中,热交换器可以使尾气温度从590 K降低到160 K,出口截面温度不均匀度小于21 K,经过热交换器的气流总压损失小于100 Pa。     

L^2-ERROR OF EXTRAPOLATION CASCADIC MULTIGRID （EXCMG）

Based on an asymptotic expansion of finite element, an extrapolation cascadic multigrid method （EXCMG） is proposed, in which the new extrapolation and quadratic interpolation are used to provide a better initial value on refined grid. In the case of multiple grids, both superconvergence error in H^1-norm and the optimal error in l2-norm are analyzed. The numerical experiment shows the advantage of EXCMG in comparison with CMG.
