We investigate the electronic structure of
Sr2FeMoO6/SrTiO3 (SFMO/STO) multilayers using the
ab initio Full Potential Linearized Augmented Plane Wave
method in order to study their properties within the GGA and GGA+U methods. We examin more especially the role of the interface
on the magnetic and transport properties of these multilayers taking into account a possible Fe deficiency at the interface
and we show that bulk behaviour is rapidly recovered due to the strong localization of
the interfacial perturbation. For perfect interfaces, the whole structure is found half-metallic within the GGA+U method;
the situation
being ambiguous within the GGA method where SFMO is at the limit of being half-metallic depending on the structural deformation
induced by the STO layer. This leads us to the conclusion that such a system could be used as injection electrode and tunnel
barrier in magnetic tunnel junctions with a fully spin polarized injected current.
For Fe deficient interfaces, we show that the interfacial densities of states are nearly unpolarized showing that this kind
of
imperfection has potentially a strong impact on the properties

In this paper, a new analysis technique of an ordinary second-order oscillator which is based on multi-time concept is proposed. This mathematical analysis results in a new closed-form solution of a system complete response. It is found that amplitude of the natural response is not constant but varied with the forced response of the system. For a constant forcing function proposed, the new analysis is identical to the conventional analysis. In the case of time-varying forcing function, however, it is different from the conventional approach. Based on such analysis, it implies that the amplitude of a second-order oscillator can easily be controlled by forced response of the system. Hence, the obtained result based on the proposed analysis technique provides a proper mathematical solution for the system, especially in a time-varying forcing function. Moreover, the mathematical analysis for the wide-band characteristic of a second-order oscillator is also described. The experimental results demonstrate the responses of the oscillator which agree well between the theoretical and simulation results. 相似文献

Open dynamic behaviour of financial markets with internal
interactions between agents and with external “fields” from other systems
are investigated using the approach of Grossman and Stiglitz for inefficient
markets, and Keynes for interference of the market using physics of finance
(referred to hereafter as phynance). The simulation results indicate that
the NYSE data analyzed in Plerou, V. et al., Nature 421, 130 (2003) can be fitted
by an equation of order parameter Φ and local deviation R of type:
-(R+0.03) Φ+ 0.6 Φ3 + 0.02 = 0, which is shown to be in

Conventional parameter estimation methods for pseudo-random binary code-linear frequency modulation(PRBCLFM) signals require prior knowledge, are computationally complex, and exhibit poor performance at low signal-to-noise ratios(SNRs). To overcome these problems, a blind parameter estimation method based on a Duffing oscillator array is proposed. A new relationship formula among the state of the Duffing oscillator, the pseudo-random sequence of the PRBC-LFM signal, and the frequency difference between the PRBC-LFM signal and the periodic driving force signal of the Duffing oscillator is derived, providing the theoretical basis for blind parameter estimation. Methods based on amplitude method, short-time Fourier transform method, and power spectrum entropy method are used to binarize the output of the Duffing oscillator array, and their performance is compared. The pseudo-random sequence is estimated using Duffing oscillator array synchronization, and the carrier frequency parameters are obtained by the relational expressions and characteristics of the difference frequency. Simulation results show that this blind estimation method overcomes limitations in prior knowledge and maintains good parameter estimation performance up to an SNR of-35 d B. 相似文献

Channels' correlation has direct impact to degrade the capacity and reliability of multiple‐input multiple‐output (MIMO) systems considerably. In this paper, new signal constellation designs are investigated to mitigate fading correlation and maximize the capacity and error performance of multiuser MIMO (MU‐MIMO) over correlated channels, which is a major research challenge. Two methods are studied in a novel constellation constrained MU‐MIMO approach, namely, unequal power allocation and rotated constellation. Based on principles of maximizing the minimum Euclidean distance (dmin) of composite received signals, users' data can be recovered using maximum likelihood joint detection irrespective of correlation values. Compared with the identical constellation scenario in conventional MU‐MIMO, it is shown that constellation rearrangement of transmitted signals has direct impact to resolve the detection ambiguity when the channel difference is not sufficient, particularly in moderate to high correlations. Extensive analysis and simulation results demonstrate the superiority of proposed technique to capture most of the promised gains of multiantenna systems and application for future wireless communications. In this paper, optimal power allocation and relay selection strategies in energy harvesting cooperative wireless networks are studied. In particular, signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR)‐maximizing based power allocation and relay selection without and with energy cooperation—via wireless energy transfer—are considered. Moreover, total relay power minimization subject to target end‐to‐end SNR is investigated. The different optimal strategies are formulated as optimization problems, which are non‐convex. Thus, intelligent transformations are applied to transform non‐convex problems into convex ones, and polynomial‐time solution procedures are proposed. Simulation results illustrate that power allocation strategies achieve higher end‐to‐end SNR than relay selection ones. Finally, energy cooperation is shown to be effective in improving end‐to‐end SNR, while total relay power minimization balances end‐to‐end SNR, transmit power consumption, and harvested energy. A small‐cell network (SCN) constructed by splitting a macro‐cell into numerous small cells using an active antenna array system is studied. A synchronization signal appropriate for the SCN, virtually generated by an eNodeB with 3D beamforming, is proposed for efficient handover in SCNs. The virtual cell synchronization signal (VCSS) carries a macro‐cell ID (MCID) and virtual‐cell ID (VCID) in a hierarchical manner, allowing us to distinguish between an intra‐cell handover (virtual cell handover within a cell without changing the serving eNodeB) and inter‐cell handover (virtual cell handovers across cells while changing the serving eNodeB) in SCNs. Using the signal metrics obtained by the VCSS, an efficient handover measurement technique is proposed which can significantly reduce the processing time and overhead by distinguishing between the intra‐cell/inter‐cell handovers. 环形磁场金属等离子体源作为一种全新的等离子体源结构,可用于产生高度离化、无大颗粒、高密度的离子束流,但传统流道结构不能保证其高效、均匀散热,大功率工作时可能引起密封胶圈的烧蚀失效,需对其冷却流场进行优化设计.利用Solidworks Flow Simulation软件对等离子体源冷却流道进行模拟,分析出入水孔分布角度、孔数、孔径以及入水孔高度对冷却效果的影响规律,并对流道结构参数进行优化.结果表明,增大水孔的周向分布范围,有利于提高散热的均匀性;入水孔设置在结构上层有利于减少冷却水的温度分层现象,使铜套和密封胶圈都处于较好的冷却状态;适当减小孔径有利于增大冷却水射流速度,增大湍流程度强化传热,提高换热效率.优化后的流场结构可以提高冷却水的利用率,在相同流量条件下获得更好的冷却效果,改善等离子体源的放电稳定性,为环形磁场金属等离子体源的冷却结构设计提供理论依据. 相似文献
