ELECTROSPRAYING/ELECTROSPINNING OF POLY(γ-STEARYL-L-GLUTAMATE): FORMATION OF SURFACES WITH SUPERHYDROPHOBICITY

  Electrospraying/electrospinning of poly(γ-stearyl-L-glutamate) (PSLG) was investigated on a series solutions with different concentrations in chloroform. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR/ATR) were used to characterize the morphology and structure of the electrosprayed/electrospun polypeptide mats. It was found that electrospraying of PSLG with concentrations lower than 16 wt% afforded beads, while microfibers could be electrospun at the concentration of 22 wt%. The hydrophobicity of the electrosprayed/electrospun PSLG mats was investigated with static water contact angle (WCA) and tilt angle measurements. It was demonstrated that the superhydrophobic surfaces of PSLG with WCAs and tilt angles in the ranges of 150°-170° and 16.5°-4.2°, respectively, were obtained through electrospraying/electrospinning process.

测定了一系列氧化物的电子结合能，显示了铋系超导体与二元氧化物衬底材料的化学反应性可以用固态酸碱反应理论来描述，其反应性大小除了可以用衬底氧化物的酸碱参数估计以外，还可以用衬底氧化物氧离子的内层电子结合能估计．     

马来酸酐与1，2－环己烷二羧酸二异丁酯的气液平衡

采用小沸点仪测定了马来酸酐和1,2－环己烷二羧酸二异丁酯二元系统在不同配料组成条件下的温度与压力数据，并通过内插法得到不同压力下的温度与配料组成的数据.进一步采用单纯形法优化NRTL方程参数，推算了平衡气液相组成，发现该二元系统具有最高压力恒沸点，且该恒沸点随压力的变化显著.当压力降低至20 kPa时, 由温度随气相组成的变化趋势知该恒沸点将趋于消失.     

γ-射线辐照对尼龙6纤维结构的影响

<正> 过去的大多数研究表明,高能射线辐照会引起聚乙烯及聚丙烯等稀烃类聚合物分子链交联及降解,而且会导致结晶度下降。张利华等人最近的研究表明,对于尼龙1010塑料,仅当辐照剂量高到一定程度后,辐照才会破坏结晶。此外,Stowe等人曾经研究过近紫外线对尼龙66纤维结构的影响,结果表明,在空气气氛中的近紫外辐照主要导致尼龙66纤维降解,并使纤维结晶度提高。有关高能射线辐照对高度取向的合成纤维结构及性能的影响的研究尚不多见。本工作将讨论γ-射线对于尼龙6纤维结构的影响。     

4,5,6-三取代-2H-吡喃-2-酮的简便合成法

2H-吡喃-2-酮及其衍生物是有机合成的蓬要中间体。对于它们的合成已有许多报道,例如利用烯醇醚或烯醇砖醚与丁酰氯反应;羰基化合物与甲氧亚甲螭丙二酸二甲酯反应;α-苯基丙醛酸酯与丙酮的成环缩合2,6-二氯-3-三氯甲基吡啶与亚甲基丁二酸酯的反应,邻氰基苯乙炔、二苯乙二酮和丙酮的反应。但上述方法往往原料较难得到,产率较低或操作麻烦。     

混合配体配合物钯(Ⅱ)-联喹啉-苯乙基丙二酸根与DNA作用研究

The mixed ligand complex [Pd(biqu)(pmal)]·H₂O (where biqu is 2,2′-biquinoline, pmal is phenethylmalonate) has been synthesized and its interaction with sperm DNA was determined by fluorescent spectra、 UV-Vis spectra and CD-spectra. The binding constant (K_b) of the complex and sperm DNA is 1.26×10⁴ and its interaction with pBR322 plasmid DNA was also determined by gel electrophoresis. The results show that the complex interact with DNA mainly by intercalative mode.     

5-氟尿嘧啶-1-乙酸合铜(Ⅱ)的合成及其与DNA的作用

The 5-fluorouracil-1-acetic acid (5FuAA) and its Cu(Ⅱ) complex (5FuAACu) were synthesized and the date for the crystal complex was obtained. The interaction of 5-fluorouracil-1-acetic acid (5FuAA) and its Cu(Ⅱ) complex (5FuAACu) with DNA was also investigated by using spectral, viscometric, electrochemical and agarose gel electrophoresis methods. The results of interaction with DNA suggest that both 5FuAA and 5FuAACu can bind to DNA in a static electricity attraction mode. But the attraction of 5FuAACu is greater than that of 5FuAA.     

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Electrochemistry Properties of a (N,N'-Ethylene-bis(salicylaldiminato)) Nickel(Ⅱ) Complex, [Ni2(salen)2]·NCS-NH4

A new Ni(Ⅱ) complex [Ni2(salen)2]·(NCS)·NH4 (salen = N,N'-bis(salicylidenea-mino)ethanato) has been prepared and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 16.8725(13), b = 19.0046(15), c = 20.0583(16) (A), Z = 8, V = 6431.8(9) (A)3, C33H32N6Ni2O4S1, Mr= 726.13, Dc = 1.500 g/cm3, F(000) = 3008, μ = 1.284 mm-1, the final R = 0.0394 and wR = 0.0767 for 4449 observed reflections with Ⅰ＞2σ(Ⅰ). The complex involves a N,N'-ethylene-bis(salicylaldiminato) Schiff base, an isothiocyanato anion and an ammonium cation. The nickle(Ⅱ) ion adopts a distorted square coordination geometry with N2O2 set of Schiff base ligand. The complexes are linked into a dimmer via intermolecular hydrogen bonds and the [Ni(salen)] moieties are connected together to form a 2-D layer structure by intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking. Cyclic-voltammetry method was used to characterize electrochemically the complex.     

利用高炉水淬渣制备(Ca/Y)-α-Sialon陶瓷的组织与性能

以高炉水淬渣合成的Ca-α-Sialon粉体为原料采用无压烧结技术制备了（Ca/Y）-α-Sialon陶瓷。通过用排水法、三点弯曲实验法、金相显微镜法、XRD法等手段研究了（Ca/Y）-α-Sialon陶瓷的烧结致密化过程、材料的力学性能、显微组织、相组成和材料的断裂特征。结果表明,适量的Y2O3促进材料的烧结致密化和提高材料的力学性能,但Y2O3过量（大于10%）时对材料的烧结和力学性能不利。掺杂Y^3＋的（Ca/Y）-α-Sialon呈柱状晶,随着Y2O3含量的增加和烧结温度的提高,（Ca/Y）-α-Sialon呈柱状晶出现粗化和等轴化。含10%Y2O3的材料在1700℃烧结时可获得较高的力学性能。
