Morphometric model of lymphocyte as applied to scanning flow cytometry

The peripheral blood lymphocytes of normal individuals are investigated by methods of specialized light microscopy. Lymphocytes as a whole and T-cell subpopulation are considered. Lymphocyte structure is characterized with reference to polarizing scanning flow cytometry. The lymphocyte and lymphocyte nucleus shapes are analyzed. Linear correlation dependence between sizes of lymphocyte and its nucleus is indicated. A morphometric model of a lymphocyte is constructed using the obtained data. The findings can be used, for instance, as input parameters to solve the direct and inverse light-scattering problems of turbidimetry, nephelometry, and flow cytometry.

In this article, we develop a rigorous mathematical foundation of microscopic motors. The main characteristic is the combination of Brownian and Poisson noises.

极谱分析法连续测定痕量铅和镉

研究了 Pb2 + 和 Cd2 + 与 KCl-酒石酸钠 -三乙醇胺 -明胶体系的二次导数极谱波。在 p H=4 .5的 HAc-Na Ac介质中 ,Pb2 + 和 Cd2 + 分别于 - 0 .4 6 V和 - 0 .6 4V电位处产生一良好的极谱波。峰电流与 Pb2 + 和Cd2 + 的浓度分别在 1× 10 -5— 3× 10 -1g· L-1和 5× 10 -5— 6× 10 -3 g· L-1范围内呈线性关系。 Pb2 + 和Cd2 +的检出限分别为 1× 10 -7g·L-1和 5× 10 -7g·L-1。本法准确、简便、快速、选择性高。已直接用于饮料中铅和镉的连续测定 ,同时也对酒及面粉样品进行了测定 ,回收率分别为 99.9%— 10 0 .1%和 97.0 %—10 4 .8%。     

广义随机Solow经济增长模型

本文在文[1]的基础上进一步拓广了随机Solow经济增长模型．利用白噪声分析理论建立的广义随机Solow经济增长模型，将随机Solow模型推广到包含广义白噪声泛函及具有非可料扩散系数的情形，并且借助U—泛函方法表明了Picard迭代法在此仍十分有效．

通过对64cmFS彩管白场的测试及分析，确定提高白场色度及亮度比是提高整管白场品位的关键．经过对涂屏工艺条件的优化，对曝光台主透镜曲面及荫罩槽宽的优化设计，使该管型白场品位低下的顽疾得到明显改善。     

Superfluidity and superconductivity in the universe

The paper aims to elucidate the current status of the problem concerning the existence and observation of superfluid and superconducting states in the universe, that is, under cosmic conditions. Following an introduction, the paper discusses Bose-Einstein condensation, superfluidity, and superconductivity; possibilities for the occurrence of superfluidity and superconductivity under cosmic conditions; superconductivity of dense, degenerate electron plasma (large planets, white dwarfs); superfluidity and superconductivity in neutron stars; and finally superfluidity in a cosmological neutrino “sea.”
