1.315 μm波长附近实际大气高分辨率吸收光谱

 用窄线宽、脉冲可调谐光参量振荡器（OPO）作光源，使用光程长达1 097m的怀特池，采用单探测器分时复用的探测方法，首次在吸收池中精确测量了实际大气中1.315 μm波长附近高分辨率吸收光谱，实验验证了实际大气中水汽是该波段的主要吸收气体；得到了实际大气中吸收分子在氧碘激光波长（7 603.14cm^-11）处的吸收截面为 (1.05±0.09)×10^-24 cm²(标准大气条件下）以及在该波段主要吸收谱线的参数，包括吸收线的位置、线强度、压力加宽半宽度等。利用实测的线参数计算了在氧碘激光波长附近大气分子的吸收截面，发现吸收最小的波长分别位于7 603.31和7 603.93cm^-1，其值约为(8.9±0.8)×10^-25 cm²，比氧碘激光波长处的吸收截面约小15%。     

AlGaAs／AlAs体系DBR的MOCVD生长及表征

设计并利用MOCVD在（311）GaAs衬底上生长了12．5个周期的Al0．6Ga0．4As／AlAs黄绿光分布式Bragg反射（DBR）体系，测量了白光反光谱及其外延片峰值波长分布，反射率90％以上，波长不均匀性在1．0％以下；利用了X射线双晶衍射对其进行结构表征，580nm波长DBR结构周期为84．5nm。     

基于愈创木酚荧光减量准确测定过氧化物酶活性的新方法

利用H2O2/过氧化物酶(POD)/愈创木酚(GA)反应体系的产物(470 nm)吸光度去定量POD活性是目前常用方法之一,但产物不稳定且对比色皿有吸附现象是该反应的主要缺点之一。为了解决此问题,本研究利用GA的荧光特性建立了一种能准确测定POD活性的方法。用辣根过氧化物酶( HRP)作为测试样品得到了以下优化条件：0.5 mmol/L GA,0.5 mmol/L H2O2,0.05 mol/L PBS缓冲液(pH 6.0),反应温度20℃,样品耗量20μL;本方法的线性范围为500~60000 U/L(r=0.9993),RSD≤2.4%(n=11),检出限为385 U/L。在优化条件下,用白萝卜提取液作为测试样品,用本方法((9714依132) U/L)与比色法((9926依352) U/L)和循环催化流动分析法((9608依456) U/L)进行了对比,结果表明,3种方法相互一致性很好。     

Fluorine and chlorine behavior in chlorine-rich volcanic rocks from White Island, New Zealand

Extraordinarily high chlorine-bearing volcanic bombs were erupted from White Island volcano on January 25, 1987. The concentrations of fluorine and chlorine were measured in these paralava bombs and their likely parent rocks. The paralavas contain glass with over 1.0 wt.% and up to 1.7% of chlorine. The F/Cl ratios and their relationship with other constituents show that the fluorine and chlorine in the bombs were derived from hydrothermal fluid, most likely concentrated brine in an active Crater Pool.

基本路径测试方法在仿真训练软件测试中的应用

覆盖率测试是仿真训练软件白盒测试的重点。研究了仿真训练软件测试的特点,分析了仿真训练软件测试的关键点,应用基本路径测试方法间接的实现了仿真训练软件全路径覆盖问题。通过实例验证,该方法可以较好的提高仿真训练测试效率、降低测试成本。     

Constructing a novel single-layer white organic light-emitting device through a new sky-blue fluorescent bipolar host

A novel device concept was realized for simple single-layer small-molecule white organic light emitting devices. The single organic active layer here is simply comprised of a newly synthesized sky-blue fluorescent bipolar host (TPASO) and a common orange phosphorescent dopant. Suppressed singlet Föster energy transfer induced by a low-concentration doping and spontaneous high- to low-lying triplet energy transfer, respectively, lead to sky-blue fluorescence from TPASO and orange phosphorescence from the dopant. The resulting two-organic-component device exhibits a low turn-on voltage of 2.4 V, maximum current/power efficiencies up to 11.27 ± 0.02 cd A⁻¹ and 14.15 ± 0.03 lm W⁻¹, and a warm-white CIE coordinate of (0.42, 0.45) at 1000 cd m⁻².     

Flexible top-emitting warm-white organic light-emitting diodes with highly luminous performances and extremely stable chromaticity

The flexible top-emitting white organic light-emitting diode (FTEWOLED) with a very high efficiency but a significant color alteration is achieved with a blue/red/blue sandwiched tri-emission-layer. The voltage-dependent recombination region alternation and the emission mechanism are systematically investigated through a delta-doping method and the time-resolved transient photoluminescence lifetime measurement. By locating the main exciton recombination region at the 4,4′,4″-Tris(carbazol-9-yl)-triphenylamine (TCTA) and 9,9-spirobifluoren-2-yl-diphenyl-phosphine oxide (SPPO1) interface, replacing the carrier-trapping red dopant guest with an orange guest that utilizes energy transfer mechanism, and using a P–I–N structure together with the FIrpic blue guest dopant to balance the electron and hole carriers, an extremely color stable and a very high efficient FTEWOLED is fabricated, with the resulting high current and power efficiencies of 22.7 cd/A and 14.27 lm/W, and a warm white illumination with a small chromaticity variation of (−0.0087, +0.0015) over a broad luminance range of more than four orders of magnitude. In addition, the performances can be further improved to 23,340 cd/m², 24.49 cd/A and 15.39 lm/W with a slight concentration alteration of the orange emitter.     

防焊退洗返工浅述

针对PCB制程中防焊退洗出现的品质问题,从退洗原因、退洗设备构成、退洗物料配制、工艺参数选取等方面,结合实际工作中的生产跟进分析,制定完善的控制方法,预防及保证返工产品性能满足客户需求,减少PCB的报废。     

White light interferometry test and analysis of LiNbO3 polarizer

White light interferometer can be used to measure the amplitude extinction ratio (ER) of polarizer and coupling distribution in fiber. A LiNbO₃ polarizer coupled with a polarization maintaining fiber and a silica planar waveguide at the two ends was measured using white light interferometer. According to the principles of optical coherence domain polarimeter (OCDP) technique, the test scheme is analyzed and presented to measure the ER of LiNbO₃ polarizer with its apparatus proposed correspondingly. By analyzing the interference intensity, both the ER of LiNbO₃ polarizer and its coupling crosstalk with optical fiber and waveguide are obtained. The results illustrate that the ER of a 5 mm-long LiNbO₃ polarizer is 71 dB and the crosstalk of the coupling points are around 40 dB. The results have good agreement with analysis.
