White top-emitting organic light-emitting devices (TEOLEDs) were fabricated on a glass substrate with metal/organic multilayer of (Ag/Alq3)2 (Alq3 is tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum) as cathode. White TEOLEDs with high efficiency were obtained due to the microcavity effects. And the (Ag/Alq3)2 cathode, which adjusted the optical characteristics of the devices, played an important role. In addition, Alq3–Ag–Alq3 multilayer could work as a buffer layer, which would simplify the process of encapsulation for devices. We also calculated the electroluminescence spectrum of devices encapsulated with Al2O3 (150 nm) and Al2O3(75 nm)/ZrO2(75 nm). And the results indicated that the CIE coordinates is almost the same between with and without encapsulating.  相似文献

White organic light-emitting device was achieved through an incorporation of yellow YAG nanophosphors into blue polyfluorene emitting layer: electrode/YAG@polyfluorene/hole-transport/injection layers/ITO glass. The brightness of the proposed device (230 cd/m2 at 30 V) was enhanced by a factor of about two in comparison with that of phosphor-free reference device. It is attributed to the increased local electric field caused by bumps of nanophophors on the emitting layer. With increase of voltage, the blue-green emission decreased whereas the yellow emission increased. It is due to the effective energy transfer from the blue-green to the yellow bands.  相似文献

采用一步法合成了510,550和630 nm三种峰值的高稳定性、高量子效率核壳结构CdSe/ZnS量子点材料,其量子产率分别达到82%,98%,97%。将该量子点材料取代传统的荧光粉材料,与硅胶均匀混合后作为光转换层涂覆到蓝色InGaN LED芯片上,制备了白光LED器件。通过依次添加不同颜色量子点制备的量子点光转换层,考察了510,550和630 nm三色CdSe/ZnS量子点在硅胶中的不同配比对白光LED器件性能的影响,研究了不同颜色量子点之间的能量转换机制,利用量子点对白光光谱及其色坐标的影响机制,得到优化的白光器件结果及其三色量子点的配比,结果表明,当绿色、黄绿色、红色三种量子点之间的配比为24∶7∶10时,得到高稳定性、高效率的正白光器件特性,在电流20~200 mA范围内,色温变化为4 607~5 920 K,色坐标变化为(0.355 1,0.348 3)~(0.323 4,0.336 1),显色指数变化为77.6~84.2,器件最高功率效率达到31.69 lm W-1@20 mA。另外,为了进一步考察器件性能稳定的原因,研究了时间、温度以及UV处理对CdSe/ZnS QDs/硅胶混合光转换材料稳定性的影响,结果表明,器件的高稳定性可归因于所采用的一步法合成的核壳结构量子点材料本身的稳定性,研究的优化器件结果是一种低能耗的优质白光光源,可使人们真实地感知物体的原貌,在正白光光源领域具有很好的应用前景。  相似文献

Brain tissue changes accompany multiple neurodegenerative and developmental conditions in adolescents. Complex processes that occur in the developing brain with disease can be evaluated accurately only against normal aging processes. Normal developmental changes in different brain areas alter tissue water content, which can be assessed by magnetic resonance (MR) T2 relaxometry. We acquired proton-density (PD) and T2-weighted images from 31 subjects (mean age±S.D., 17.4±4.9 years; 18 male), using a 3.0-T MR imaging scanner. Voxel-by-voxel T2-relaxation values were calculated, and whole-brain T2-relaxation maps constructed and normalized to a common space template. We created a set of regions of interest (ROIs) over cortical gray and white matter, basal ganglia, amygdala, thalamic, hypothalamic, pontine and cerebellar sites, with sizes of ROIs varying from 12 to 243 mm3; regional T2-relaxation values were determined from these ROIs and normalized T2-relaxation maps. Correlations between R2 (1/T2) values in these sites and age were assessed with Pearson's correlation procedures, and gender differences in regional T2-relaxation values were evaluated with independent-samples t tests. Several brain regions, but not all, showed principally positive correlations between R2 values and age; negative correlations emerged in the cerebellar peduncles. No significant differences in T2-relaxation values emerged between males and females for those areas, except for the mid pons and left occipital white matter; males showed higher T2-relaxation values over females. The findings indicate that T2-relaxation values vary with development between brain structures, and emphasize the need to correct for such age-related effects during any determination of potential changes from control values.  相似文献

将黄光磷光材料bis[2-(4-tertbutylphenyl)benzothiazolato-N,C2’]iridium (acetylacetonate) [(t-bt)2Ir(acac)]超薄层作为黄光发光层,两个蓝光磷光染料iridium(Ⅲ) bis(4’,6’-difluorophenylpyridinato)tetrakis(1-pyrazolyl)borate (FIr6)和bis[(4,6-difluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N,C2’](picolinate) iridium (Ⅲ) (FIrpic)掺杂层作为蓝光发光层,制备了三元发光层的白光有机电致发光器件。该器件具有三元磷光染料分子协同发光特性,并且利用合适厚度的隔层,将三线态激子束缚在各自激子复合区域内,获得了稳定电致发光光谱,CIE色坐标为(0.29±0.01, 0.34±0.01),处于理想的白光区域。通过器件电学特性的测试,验证了磷光染料在三元发光层器件中电致发光作用的机理,同时结果表明,三元发光层器件由于稳定的激子复合区域而有效减弱了器件效率滚降现象。  相似文献

 用窄线宽、脉冲可调谐光参量振荡器(OPO)作光源,使用光程长达1 097m的怀特池,采用单探测器分时复用的探测方法,首次在吸收池中精确测量了实际大气中1.315 μm波长附近高分辨率吸收光谱,实验验证了实际大气中水汽是该波段的主要吸收气体;得到了实际大气中吸收分子在氧碘激光波长(7 603.14cm-11)处的吸收截面为 (1.05±0.09)×10-24 cm2(标准大气条件下)以及在该波段主要吸收谱线的参数,包括吸收线的位置、线强度、压力加宽半宽度等。利用实测的线参数计算了在氧碘激光波长附近大气分子的吸收截面,发现吸收最小的波长分别位于7 603.31和7 603.93cm-1,其值约为(8.9±0.8)×10-25 cm2,比氧碘激光波长处的吸收截面约小15%。  相似文献

Magnetic Resonance (MR) white matter hyperintensities have been shown to predict an increased risk of developing cognitive decline. However, their actual role in the conversion to dementia is still not fully understood. Automatic segmentation methods can help in the screening and monitoring of Mild Cognitive Impairment patients who take part in large population-based studies. Most existing segmentation approaches use multimodal MR images. However, multiple acquisitions represent a limitation in terms of both patient comfort and computational complexity of the algorithms. In this work, we propose an automatic lesion segmentation method that uses only three-dimensional fluid-attenuation inversion recovery (FLAIR) images. We use a modified context-sensitive Gaussian mixture model to determine voxel class probabilities, followed by correction of FLAIR artifacts. We evaluate the method against the manual segmentation performed by an experienced neuroradiologist and compare the results with other unimodal segmentation approaches. Finally, we apply our method to the segmentation of multiple sclerosis lesions by using a publicly available benchmark dataset. Results show a similar performance to other state-of-the-art multimodal methods, as well as to the human rater.  相似文献

Development and initial evaluation of 7-T q-ball imaging of the human brain   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) noninvasively depicts white matter connectivity in regions where the Gaussian model of diffusion is valid but yields inaccurate results in those where diffusion has a more complex distribution, such as fiber crossings. q-ball imaging (QBI) overcomes this limitation of DTI by more fully characterizing the angular dependence of intravoxel diffusion with larger numbers of diffusion-encoding directional measurements at higher diffusion-weighting factors (b values). However, the former technique results in longer acquisition times and the latter technique results in a lower signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). In this project, we developed specialized 7-T acquisition methods utilizing novel radiofrequency pulses, eight-channel parallel imaging EPI and high-order shimming with a phase-sensitive multichannel B0 field map reconstruction. These methods were applied in initial healthy adult volunteer studies, which demonstrated the feasibility of performing 7-T QBI. Preliminary comparisons of 3 T with 7 T within supratentorial crossing white matter tracts documented a 79.5% SNR increase for b=3000 s/mm2 (P=.0001) and a 38.6% SNR increase for b=6000 s/mm2 (P=.015). With spherical harmonic reconstruction of the q-ball orientation distribution function at b=3000 s/mm2, 7-T QBI allowed for accurate visualization of crossing fiber tracts with fewer diffusion-encoding acquisitions as compared with 3-T QBI. The improvement of 7-T QBI at b factors as high as 6000 s/mm2 resulted in better angular resolution as compared with 3-T QBI for depicting fibers crossing at shallow angles. Although the increased susceptibility effects at 7 T caused problematic distortions near brain-air interfaces at the skull base and posterior fossa, these initial 7-T QBI studies demonstrated excellent quality in much of the supratentorial brain, with significant improvements as compared with 3-T acquisitions in the same individuals.  相似文献

The study was aimed to test the feasibility of utilizing an algorithmically determinable stable fiber mass (SFM) map obtained by an unsupervised principal eigenvector field segmentation (PEVFS) for automatic delineation of 18 white matter (WM) tracts: (1) corpus callosum (CC), (2) tapetum (TP), (3) inferior longitudinal fasciculus (ILF), (4) uncinate fasciculus (UNC), (5) inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus (IFO), (6) optic pathways (OP), (7) superior longitudinal fasciculus (SLF), (8) arcuate fasciculus (AF), (9) fornix (FX), (10) cingulum (CG), (11) anterior thalamic radiation (ATR), (12) superior thalamic radiation (STR), (13) posterior thalamic radiation (PTR), (14) corticospinal/corticopontine tract (CST/CPT), (15) medial lemniscus (ML), (16) superior cerebellar peduncle (SCP), (17) middle cerebellar peduncle (MCP) and (18) inferior cerebellar peduncle (ICP). Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI)-derived fractional anisotropy (FA) and the principal eigenvector field have been used to create the SFM consisting of a collection of linear voxel structures which are grouped together by color-coding them into seven natural classes to provide PEVFS signature segments which greatly facilitate the selection of regions of interest (ROIs) for fiber tractography using just a single mouse click, as compared with a manual drawing of ROIs in the classical approach. All the 18 fiber bundles have been successfully reconstructed, in all the subjects, using the single ROIs provided by the SFM approach, with their reproducibility characterized by the fact that the ROI selection is user independent. The essentially automatic PEVFS method is robust, efficient and compares favorably with the classical ROI methods for diffusion tensor tractography (DTT).  相似文献
