An Yba+/Al3+-codoped microstructured optical fibre is prepared based on photonic crystal fibre technology. The characteristic spectra of preforms and fibres are experimentally investigated. The results show that under a 971 nm excitation, besides the known infrared fluorescence luminescence around 1050 nm, a blue luminescence peak at 486 nm is obtained. Moreover, an unexpected emission peak at 730 nm is also observed. The photoluminescence mechanism of an Yba+/Al3+-codoped microstructured optical fibre is discussed. The emission peak at 486 nm is attributed to the cooperative upconversion resulting from pairs of Yb3+ ions, and the emission peak around 730 nm is ascribed to the stimulated Raman scattering because of nonlinear effects of microstructured optical fibre. The Yba+/Al3+-codoped microstructured optical fibre is promising for varieties of applications from laser printing and optical recording to cancer treatments, such as photodynamic therapy. 相似文献

以2,4-二羟基水杨醛为原料经Knoevenagel缩合反应、脱乙酰化反应,再与4-二乙氨基水杨醛经缩合反应,进而通过甲基化合成了新型的香豆素荧光探针.利用核磁共振氢谱(1 H NMR)、碳谱(13 C NMR)和高分辩质谱对所合成的目标化合物进行了结构确认,并测定了其荧光光谱.结果表明,目标化合物对Cu2+有较好的选择性和灵敏度,且当Cu2+浓度在0.66~10μmol·L-1范围内时探针的荧光强度与其浓度有较好的线性关系.Job分析法表明探针与金属离子作用形成1∶1结合的络合物. 相似文献

A single-phased silicate compound (Ba1-xCex)9(Sc1-yMny)2Si6O24 was prepared by solid-state reaction at high temperature. From powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, the formation of Ba9Sc2Si6O24 with an R3 space group was confirmed. In the photoluminescence spectra under ultraviolet (UV) ray excitation, the Ba9Sc2Si6O24:Ce3+,Mn2+ phosphor emits two distinctive color light bands: a blue one originating from Ce3+and a red one caused by Mn2+. The energy transfer process from Ce3+ to Mn2+ was confirmed, the critical radius as well as the transfer efficiency was calculated, and the energy transfer mechanism was discussed. In addition, the decay-time testing indicates that the energy transfer efficiencies from Ce(1) to Mn2+ and Ce(2) to Mn2+ are different. The emission chromaticity of Ba9Sc2Si6O24:Ce3+,Mn2+ phosphor could be tuned from blue to red by altering the Ce3+/Mn2+ concentration ratio. 相似文献

This paper investigates the temperature dependence of single-event transients(SETs) in 90-nm complementary metat-oxide semiconductor(CMOS) dual-well and triple-well negative metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors(NMOSFETs).Technology computer-aided design(TCAD) three-dimensional(3D) simulations show that the drain current pulse duration increases from 85 ps to 245 ps for triple-well but only increases from 65 ps to 98 ps for dual-well when the temperature increases from-55℃ to 125℃,which is closely correlated with the NMOSFET sources.This reveals that the pulse width increases with temperature in dual-well due to the weakening of the anti-amplification bipolar effect while increases with temperature in triple-well due to the enhancement of the bipolar amplification. 相似文献

针对蓝色经济区水产养殖粗放式管理现状,设计了新型水产养殖物联网监控系统。该系统的传感器节点负责水质数据采集功能,并通过Zigbee无线传感器网络将数据发送给汇聚节点,汇聚节点通过GPRS模块接入Internet网络,将数据传送至远程监控中心。同时监控中心设置的各项参数通过Internet和汇聚节点传到采用PIC单片机的控制节点,实现水质的自动控制。监测中心软件采用C++ Builder开发,为用户提供形象直观的实时数据监测平台。经过在日照市某水产养殖基地的试用,系统性能满足水产养殖水质监控的应用要求。 相似文献
