A semi-analytical solution is presented for the virtual mass coefficient of an oblate-ellipsoidal bubble rising in liquid. The solution was found to be a function of Weber number. In this paper, we propose a radial stereo imaging system for three-dimensional reconstruction of an object. This system uses a novel optical device which consists of a camera and two reflected mirrors. It can reconstruct three-dimensional model of an object by capturing one image. Depending on the reflection of the mirrors, each world point in the scene has a pair of points which sit in the inner and outer of the captured image, respectively. We firstly analyze the imaging constraint of the proposed system, and then derive the geometrical relationship between world point and image point pair to calculate the three-dimensional coordinate values of an arbitrary point on the object, which means that the three-dimensional model of the object can be recovered. Experiments are carried out to prove our design, and the results show that our radial stereo imaging system is convenient and effective for the three-dimensional reconstruction of an object. This system can be used in variety of applications, such as virtual reality and commodity show.  相似文献

Efficiently mapping multiple independent Virtual networks (VNs) over a common infrastructure sub- strate is a challenging problem on cloud computing plat- forms and large-scale future Internet testbeds. Inspired by the idea of data fields, we apply a topological poten- tial function to node ranking and propose an algorithm called Locality-aware node topological potential ranking (LNTPR), which can precisely and efficiently reflect the relative importance of nodes. Using LNTPR and the con- cept of locality awareness, we develop the Locality-aware influence choosing node (LICN) algorithm based on a node influence model that considers the mutual influence be- tween a mapped node and its candidate mapping nodes. LNTPR and LICN improve the integration of node and link mapping. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithms exhibit good performance in deter- mining revenue, acceptance ratio, and revenue/cost ratio.  相似文献

We report on a successful de novo design approach which relies on the combination of multi-million compound combinatorial docking under receptor-based pharmacophore constraints. Inspired by a rationale by A.R. Leach et al., we document on the unification of two steps into one for ligand assembly. In the original work, fragments known to bind in protein active sites were connected forming novel ligand compounds by means of generic skeleton linkers and following a combinatorial approach. In our approach, the knowledge of fragments binding to the protein has been expressed in terms of a receptor-based pharmacophore definition. The combinatorial linking step is performed in situ during docking, starting from combinatorial libraries. Three sample scenarios growing in size and complexity (combinatorial libraries of 1 million, 1.3 million, and 22.4 million compounds) have been created to illustrate the method. Docking could be accomplished between minutes and several hours depending on the outset; the results were throughout promising. Technically, a module compatibility between FlexX(C) and FlexX-Pharm has been established. The background is explained, and the crucial points from an information scientist's perspective are highlighted.  相似文献

Target-specific optimization of scoring functions for protein–ligand docking is an effective method for significantly improving the discrimination of active and inactive molecules in virtual screening applications. Its applicability, however, is limited due to the narrow focus on, e.g., single protein structures. Using an ensemble of protein kinase structures, the publically available directory of useful decoys ligand dataset, and a novel multi-factorial optimization procedure, it is shown here that scoring functions can be tuned to multiple targets of a target class simultaneously. This leads to an improved robustness of the resulting scoring function parameters. Extensive validation experiments clearly demonstrate that (1) virtual screening performance for kinases improves significantly; (2) variations in database content affect this kind of machine-learning strategy to a lesser extent than binary QSAR models, and (3) the reweighting of interaction types is of particular importance for improved screening performance. 虚拟仪器是电子仪器与计算机技术深层次结合而产生的一种新的仪器模式。在这种模式下,系统软硬件资源结合紧凑,软件功能强大,操作直观方便,系统性能优良。虚拟仪器是未来仪器领域的发展方向,可应用于各种自动控制系统。本文首先对虚拟仪器、PXI总线以及LabVIEW软件开发平台等测控领域的先进技术进行介绍分析,并以我单位MEXA-8420气体分析仪系统改造为例,提出了将虚拟仪器技术引入检测领域的思想,然后根据这一思想提出了一套完整的技术改造方案,并给出了方案的具体实现方法。  相似文献
