为实现在离心机上的高频高量级地震模拟振动试验,以工控机、嵌入式实时控制器、FPGA机箱、数据采集模块等硬件为基础设计了一套地震波再现数字控制系统。通过工控机上的上位机程序实现与用户交互,根据设定的参考地震波形,计算并输出驱动数据给伺服控制系统。同时利用运行于RT上的控制程序以及FPGA底层程序来实现振动台面响应加速度的同步采集,其中采集信号通过DMA FIFO传送给RT,可确保数据不丢点。控制系统利用同步的响应与驱动信号进行系统辨识,在经过几次驱动修正与误差计算的迭代过程后,最终在离心机上振动台面再现出满足试验要求的时域地震波形,振动控制的效果和精度满足系统研制的技术要求。  相似文献

This paper presents audible vibratory mode data obtained by mechanically exciting acoustic modes in multi-crystalline silicon wafers with various levels and distributions of residual stress. Natural frequency data from the silicon wafers is found to correlate with residual stress optical polariscopy measurements. The data is fit with both linear and quadratic models with correlation coefficients of 0.8. The results reveal a dependence of wafer audible mode frequencies on residual stress level that may be useful for solar cell mechanical quality control and breakage inspection.  相似文献

We have fabricated a MEMS-based vibration sensor with a conductive ball. The vibration sensor consisted of a conductive ball placed in a 600 μm deep anisotropically micromachined silicon cavity, two electrodes on the non-planar surface, and a cover glass for encapsulation. Before Au film deposition, the sharp convex corner at the upper edge of the cavity was rounded to deposit the metal film without disconnecting on the non-planar surface. The shadow-mask technique allowed for the simultaneous metal deposition and patterning on three-dimensional structures without the conventional photolithography. The frequency responses of the proposed MEMS-based vibration sensor using a conductive ball ranging from 0 to 30 Hz were stable.  相似文献

A first application of the digital Hilbert transform for processing of laser Doppler vibrometer signals is considered. The possibility of vibration amplitude measurement with a relation errors less than 1% in the amplitude interval 0.1-10Λ, where Λ is the fringe spacing, and the linear velocity measurement of the examined object has been proved. The analysis of the amplitude measurement errors is given. The applications of the method under review are discussed.  相似文献

We shall prove by the coordinate-free covariant treatment that the vibrational frequency along the reaction coordinate is exactly given by the extended Hessian matrix in a rigged configuration space where the reaction coordinate is identified with a straight line. The diagonalization of the extended Hessian matrix is straightforward with no recourse to the prescribed procedure of eliminating the coupling matrix elements between the promoting mode of chemical reaction and the vibrational modes.  相似文献

It is of fundamental value to understand the thermo-mechanical properties of carbon nanotubes. In this paper, by using molecular dynamics simulation, a systematic numerical investigation is carried out to explore the natural thermal vibration behaviors of single-walled carbon nanotubes and their quantitative contributions to the apparent thermal contraction behaviors. It is found that the thermo-mechanical behavior of single-walled carbon nanotubes is exhibited through the competition between quasi-static thermal expansion and dynamic thermal vibration, while the vibration effect is more prominent and induces apparent contraction in both radial and axial directions. With increasing temperature, the anharmonic interatomic potential helps to increase the bond length, which leads to thermally induced expansion. On the other hand, the higher structural entropy and vibrational entropy of the system cause the carbon nanotube to vibrate, and the apparent length of nanotube decreases due to various vibration modes. Parallel analytical and finite element analyses are used to validate the vibration frequencies and provide helpful insights. The unified multi-scale study has successfully decoupled and systematically analyzed both thermal expansion and contraction behaviors of single-walled carbon nanotube from 100 to 800 K, and obtained detailed information on various vibration modes as well as their quantitative contributions to the coefficient of thermal expansion in axial and radial directions. The results of this paper may provide useful information on the thermo-mechanical integrity of single-walled carbon nanotubes, and become important in practical applications involving finite temperature.  相似文献

In this study, free vibration of simply supported multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) embedded in an elastic medium was investigated by using the generalized shear deformation-beam theory (GSDBT). The effects of surrounding elastic medium, which is considered as a spring, defined by the Winkler model, and van der Waals forces from adjacent nanotubes are taken into account. Third-order shear deformation (TOSD) theory is used to study free vibration of a multi-walled carbon nanotube embedded in an elastic medium. Unlike Timoshenko beam theory, TOSD theory satisfies zero traction boundary conditions on the upper and lower surface of the structures, so there is no need to use a shear correction factor. Free vibration frequencies and amplitude ratios were obtained for various sides to thickness ratios and elastic medium effects and results are compared with previous studies. The results showed that significant difference exist between TOSD and Euler beam theory. It is also interesting to note that, although frequency parameter is increasing by increasing stiffness of embedded medium, amplitude ratios are insensitive to stiffness of embedded elastic medium.
