14族杂原子取代的杂环戊二烯分子具有独特的光谱性质, 成为发光材料的明星分子. 为了更深层次地理解硅、锗、锡杂环戊二烯分子的光谱性质, 本文从理论上计算了它们的电子结构及其吸收和发射光谱. 分别采用密度泛函理论(DFT)和含时密度泛函理论(TD-DFT), 优化了硅、锗、锡杂环戊二烯分子基态和第一激发态的平衡构型, 计算了电子结构和振动性质. 在此基础上, 运用振动关联函数公式计算了吸收光谱和发射光谱. 得到的吸收光谱和发射光谱, 特别是发射光谱的半峰宽与现有的实验值吻合很好. 通过分析结构和光谱性质的关系, 指出光谱的性质主要取决于苯环转动对应的低频振动模式和中心环C—C键的伸缩振动对应的高频振动模式. 相似文献

In the present paper, a power series solution is developed for free vibration and damping analyses of viscoelastic functionally graded plates with variable thickness on elastic foundations. It is assumed that the material properties of the functionally graded material (FGM) vary in the transverse and radial directions, simultaneously. Therefore, the presented solution can be employed for the transversely-graded and radially-graded viscoelastic circular plates, as special cases. In addition to the edge conditions, the plate may be resting on a two-parameter elastic foundation. The complex modulus approach in combination with the elastic–viscoelastic correspondence principle is employed to obtain the solution for various edge conditions. A sensitivity analysis including effects of various edge conditions, geometric parameters, coefficients of the elastic foundation, parameters of the functionally graded material, and material loss factor is carried out. A circular cylindrical piezoelectric transducer with radial polarization is proposed. The axial vibration characteristics of the transducer are studied by three different methods: analytical calculation, FEM simulation and experiment. The symmetric and asymmetric excitation conditions are discussed in the Haskins and Walsh model. For the resonance frequencies of the transducer, the results from the above three methods coincide well with each other. For the vibration amplitude, there are some deviations between the FEM simulation and measurement results; some possible reasons for this are discussed. The influence of the electrode patterns on the excitation modes are also investigated in detail. Based on the study described in this paper, the research methodology for a cylindrical piezoelectric transducer is clarified. 相似文献

Based on the theories of thermal elasticity mechanics and nonlocal elasticity, an elastic Bernoulli-Euler beam model is developed for thermal-mechanical vibration and buckling instability of a single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) conveying fluid and resting on an elastic medium. The finite element method is adopted to obtain the numerical solutions to the model. The effects of temperature change, nonlocal parameter and elastic medium constant on the vibration frequency and buckling instability of SWCNT conveying fluid are investigated. It can be concluded that at low or room temperature, the fundamental natural frequency and critical flow velocity for the SWCNT increase as the temperature change increases, on the other hand, while at high temperature the fundamental natural frequency and critical flow velocity decrease as the temperature change increases. The fundamental natural frequency for the SWCNT decreases as the nonlocal parameter increases, both the fundamental natural frequency and critical flow velocity increase as elastic medium constant increases. 相似文献

Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) exhibit remarkable chirality-dependent mechanical phenomena. In present paper, an anisotropic elastic shell model is developed to study the vibration characteristics of chiral SWCNTs. Analytical solution is presented by using the Flügge shell theory and complex method. The suggested model is justified by a good agreement between the present results and some experimental and numerical available data in literature. Furthermore, the model is used to elucidate the effect of tube chirality on the frequencies of SWCNTs. Finally, the influences of the externally applied mid-face axial force and torque on longitudinal, radial and torsional frequencies of SWCNTs are investigated. 相似文献

Laser ultrasonics was applied to the manufacturing control of the integrity (no failure) of coated spherical particles designed for High Temperature Reactors (HTR). This control is of major importance, since the coating of the nuclear fuel kernel is designed to prevent from the diffusion of fission products outside the particle during reactor operation. The SiC layer composing the coating is particularly important, since this layer must be an impenetrable barrier for fission products. The integrity of the SiC shell (no crack within the shell) can be assessed by the ultrasonic vibration spectrum of the HTR particle, which is significantly changed, compared to the reference spectrum of a defect-free particle. Spheroidal vibration modes of defect-free dummy particles with a zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) core were observed in the 2-5 MHz range. A theoretical analysis is presented to account for the observed vibration spectra of defect-free or cracked HTR particles. 相似文献

In interferometry-based optical dynamic measurement, single high-speed camera or photodetector is normally adopted to avoid critical alignment and synchronization problems. Due to the rapid development of high-speed cameras and photodetectors, the signal obtained is sufficient to encode different dynamic informations. However, cross-talk problem always exists. In order to avoid the influence of cross-talk, well-designed carriers must be adopted in either spatial or temporal domain. In this paper, we will present two applications on cross-talk prevention in optical dynamic measurement. The first one is a camera-based dual-wavelength image-plane digital holography. In this application, the direction of two spatial carriers is designed to encode information of two wavelengths at different areas of the spectrum. Two phase maps can be retrieved from one hologram. The second application is a spatially encoded multi-beam laser Doppler vibrometry using a single detector. It encodes vibration information of 20 points on separated frequency ranges. Three methods that can bypass the cross-talk are discussed. The experiment verifies it is possible to do a precise vibration measurement on a 4×5 matrix simultaneously using a single photodetector. 相似文献
