负载惯量和外界干扰是影响贴片机X,Y轴快速高精度定位的两个关键因素。本文针对负载惯量和外界干扰对控制性能的影响,提出了基于RBF神经网络的自适应滑模控制算法。利用RBF神经网络的万能逼近特性实现对外加干扰和被控对象模型信息的逼近,运用自适应控制算法计算前馈补偿量以补偿负载惯量和摩擦力对运动性能的影响,采用滑模控制算法以抑制其他不确定干扰对运动控制的影响。通过仿真分析可以得出,所采用的控制算法能够有效地补偿负载惯量和外界干扰对定位性能的影响,从而实现贴片机X,Y轴的快速高精度定位。  相似文献

在MEMS麦克风贴片工艺中,真空吸嘴吸取MEMS芯片以后需要进行芯片位姿的精确校正。为实现高速高精度贴片功能,提出了一种基于旋转式反射镜的飞行视觉系统,该方案利用齿轮齿条将吸嘴的升降运动转化为反射镜的旋转运动,通过设计齿轮参数,实现反射镜不干涉吸嘴的拾放功能。当反射镜旋转到与水平位置夹角呈45°时,视觉系统可以获得MEMS芯片的静止的清晰图像,CCD相机采集一幅图像后,在贴片头飞行的过程中,控制系统完成MEMS芯片的位置和角度的校正。实验结果表明,该系统可以获取高质量MEMS芯片图像。该系统结构简单紧凑,成像无失真,不限制贴片头的运动轨迹,显著提高了MEMS芯片的贴片质量和贴片效率,可广泛地应用于贴片机系统中。  相似文献

In this paper a multi-input, multi-output (MIMO) active noise control system with the aim of global reduction of broadband noise in a telephone kiosk is addressed. The model selected for this optimization problem is the acoustic environment of an enclosure taking into account the effect of coupling of secondary sources used for control purpose. This optimization involves finding the best locations for loudspeakers and microphones inside the enclosure as well as optimizing the control signals considering secondary source coupling.Previous results show that in order to be able to reduce acoustic noise globally inside the enclosure, the frequency range of 50-300 Hz must be selected for control purpose. The mean of acoustic potential energy of the enclosure, when excited in this frequency range, is adopted as a performance measure. This performance index is penalized with the power of the signal required to excite secondary loudspeakers, in order to avoid placements that may need high voltage power amplifier for a desired performance. To find the solution of this problem, i.e. the global minimum of the performance index, several genetic algorithms are proposed and compared. In order to attain the best achievable performance in reaching the global minimum, the parameters of these genetic algorithms are tuned, and used for optimization purpose. Numerical simulations of the acoustical potential energy as well as the sound pressure at different heights of the kiosk, when active noise control (ANC) system operates, confirm the optimality of the locations proposed by the genetic algorithm.  相似文献

为实现多输人多输出、高度非线性、不稳定的倒立摆系统平衡稳定控制,将倒立摆系统的非线性模型进行近似线性化处理,获得系统在平衡点附近的线性化模型.利用牛顿一欧拉方法建立直线型一级倒立摆系统的数学模型.在分析的基础上,基于状态反馈控制中极点配置法对直线型一级倒立摆系统设计控制器.由MAT-LAB仿真及对实际系统的调试验证,表明采用的控制策略是有效的,设计的控制器对直线型一级倒立摆系统的平衡稳定控制效果好,提高了系统的抗干扰能力.  相似文献

Burst is a common pattern in the user's requirements, which suddenly increases the workload of virtual machines (VMs) and reduces the performance and energy efficiency of cloud computing systems (CCS). Virtualization technology with the ability to migrate VMs attempts to solve this problem. By migration, VMs can be dynamically consolidated to the users' requests. Burst temporarily increases the workload. Ignoring this issue will lead to incorrect decisions regarding the migration of VMs. It increases the number of migrations and Service Level Agreement Violations (SLAVs) due to overload. This may cause waste of resources, increase in energy consumption, and misplaced VMs. Therefore, a burst‐aware method for these issues is proposed in this paper. The method consists of two algorithms: one for determining the migration time and the other for the placement of VMs. We use the PlanetLab real dataset and CloudSim simulator to evaluate the performance of the proposed method. The results confirm the advantages of the method regarding performance compared to benchmark methods.  相似文献

When laying out a VLSI circuit on a silicon wafer the object is to pack the components of the circuit onto a wafer of minimum area subject to a variety of conflicting constraints associated with electrical interconnections among the components and input/ output connections. A constant pressure Monte Carlo method is applied to an idealized component placement problem where the object is to pack different rectangular components onto a square of minimum area with a subsidiary objective of minimizing the total length of wires interconnecting the components. The Monte Carlo method is found to be remarkably effective in solving this idealized problem. No other method for solving this problem is known.  相似文献

This paper addresses the finite size 1-center placement problem on a rectangular plane in the presence of barriers. Barriers are regions in which both facility location and travel through are prohibited. The feasible region for facility placement is subdivided into cells along the lines of Larson and Sadiq [R.C. Larson, G. Sadiq, Facility locations with the Manhattan metric in the presence of barriers to travel, Operations Research 31 (4) (1983) 652–669]. To overcome complications induced by the center (minimax) objective, we analyze the resultant cells based on the cell corners. We study the problem when the facility orientation is known a priori. We obtain domination results when the facility is fully contained inside 1, 2 and 3-cornered cells. For full containment in a 4-cornered cell, we formulate the problem as a linear program. However, when the facility intersects gridlines, analytical representation of the distance functions becomes challenging. We study the difficulties of this case and formulate our problem as a linear or nonlinear program, depending on whether the feasible region is convex or nonconvex. An analysis of the solution complexity is presented along with an illustrative numerical example.  相似文献
