Suzuki cross-coupling reactions using reverse-phase glass beads in aqueous media

Reverse-phase glass beads have been employed in Suzuki reactions to provide, in aqueous media, a route to diverse polar substrates in good yield and with low levels of palladium leaching.     

Direct Synthesis of Ceramic Membranes by Sol-Gel Process

Ceramic ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membranes (TiO₂) are prepared by sol-gel route using a special arrangement which allows the reaction of the reactants directly in the pores of a tubular Al₂O₃ support or on its surface, respectively. By this direct synthesis the number of technological steps can be reduced which is the main advantage of the method. The produced layers are well joined with the Al₂O₃ support and the reaction can be adjusted by various technological parameters. The dried and sintered coatings are characterized by X-Ray diffraction, FESEM and AFM. In addition, pore size distribution and filtration properties are investigated and discussed.     

Use of C-SAM acoustical microscopy in package evaluations and failure analysis

Acoustical microscopy is gaining wide acceptance in the microelectronic packaging community. C-mode scanning acoustical microscopy, C-SAM, is widely used in package evaluations and for failure analysis. This paper discusses several specific topics. These include: (1) popcorn cracking in SMDs; (2) an evaluation of solder die attach in power packages; (3) an instance of top of die delamination which resulted in electrical failures; and (4) moisture sensitivity of other surface mount power packages and how it resulted in ball bond degradation during a new product qualification.

红外测温技术用于地下爆炸试验监测

用数值模拟方法计算了地下爆炸装置释热对地面温度分布的影响，并建立了空对地红外测温模型，研究了探测器一大气一地下热源之间的联系，数值模拟结果表明，红外测温技术可以有效地实现对地下爆炸事件的非接触监测。     

柠檬醛对黄曲霉质膜物理损伤机制的研究

通过反射干涉对比显微技术和快速图像分析技术,捕获细胞质膜外光晕变化和细胞周边边缘激发变化的信息,并采用闪烁本征模式分解测定柠檬醛作用于黄曲霉质膜前后各模式（m=0,1,2）所对应的平均平方振幅<δn2m>、剪切弹性μ和弹性弯曲模量Kc,与理论模式光谱相比,研究柠檬醛损伤质膜的物理机制.结果表明,m=1的平动模式主导了光晕波谱,其平均平方振幅呈双指数衰变,该模式几乎与剪切弹性无关,即μ=0;弹性弯曲模量Kc的最小和最大值分别为9.45×10-18J和5.43×10-17J,与柠檬醛的浓度成正相关性.揭示该醛对黄曲霉质膜的损伤,除改变膜的选择通透性和电导率外,同时使质膜平动模式的平均平方振幅呈双指数衰变,弹性弯曲模量Kc增加,从而降低膜伸缩的弹性.     

一种基于荧光猝灭原理的光纤氧气传感器

用钌 (Ⅱ ) 邻菲咯啉配合物作为指示剂 ,研制成功一种基于荧光猝灭原理的光纤氧气传感器。采用锁相放大技术 ,实现了对弱荧光信号的检测。该传感器的检测下限为 5× 10 -6,检测精度为 5× 10 -7,响应时间T≤ 10s,并具有较强的抗干扰能力、较好的重复性和稳定性。
