为寻找射频识别标签用缝隙天线新结构,提高标签芯片与缝隙天线的匹配性能,提出了射频识别标签用非对称缝隙天线.研究了非对称直缝隙天线和非对称弯折缝隙天线的阻抗随缝隙的长度和弯折角度的变化规律,在天线尺寸相同的情况下,将标签用非对称直缝隙天线与对称直缝隙天线进行比较,发现非对称直缝隙天线更易于与标签芯片匹配.尝试将非对称缝隙天线与Philips公司提供的标签测试芯片进行匹配,制作了相应的实物天线,仿真与测试结果说明所设计的天线满足RFID标签应用要求. 相似文献

an UHF RFID system. Then, a behavioral model of a narrow band far field RF link is presented and validated. This model is
associated with a new behavioral model of an RFID tag and finally, several examples of tag-antenna matching optimization simulations

We present immunoassay-based desorption electrospray ionization mass spectrometry imaging (immuno-DESI-MSI) to visualize functional macromolecules such as drug targets and cascade signaling factors. A set of boronic acid mass tags (BMTs) were synthesized to label antibodies as MSI probes. The boronic ester bond is employed to cross-link the BMT with the galactosamine-modified antibody. The BMT can be released from its tethered antibody by ultrafast cleavage of the boronic ester bond caused by the acidic condition of sprayed DESI microdroplets containing water. The fluorescent moiety enables the BMT to work in both optical and MS imaging modes. The positively charged quaternary ammonium group enhances the ionization efficiency. The introduction of the boron element also makes mass tags readily identified because of its unique isotope pattern. Immuno-DESI-MSI provides an appealing strategy to spatially map macromolecules beyond what can be observed by conventional DESI-MSI, provided antibodies are available to the targeted molecules of interest. 相似文献

A type of protein/peptide pair known as Catcher/Tag pair spontaneously forms an intermolecular isopeptide bond which can be applied for biomolecular click reactions. Covalent protein conjugation using Catcher/Tag pairs has turned out to be a valuable tool in biotechnology and biomedicines, but it is essential to increase the current toolbox of orthogonal Catcher/Tag pairs to expand the range of applications further, for example, for controlled multiple-fragment ligation. We report here the engineering of novel Catcher/Tag pairs for protein ligation, aided by a crystal structure of a minimal CnaB domain from Lactobacillus plantarum. We show that a newly engineered pair, called SilkCatcher/Tag enables efficient pH-inducible protein ligation in addition to being compatible with the widely used SpyCatcher/Tag pair. Finally, we demonstrate the use of the SilkCatcher/Tag pair in the production of native-sized highly repetitive spider-silk-like proteins with >90 % purity, which is not possible by traditional recombinant production methods. 相似文献
