热传导型半导体瞬态问题特征变网格有限元法及其分析

热传导型半导体器件的瞬时状态由四个方程的非线性偏微分方程组的初边值问题所决定，其中电子位势方程是椭圆型的，电子和空穴浓度方程是对流扩散型的，温度方程为热传导型的。本文提出解这类问题的特征变网格有限元法，并进行了理论分析，在一定条件下，得到了某种意义下的最佳L^2误差估计结果。

A p-version finite element method for nonlinear elliptic variational inequalities in 2D

This article introduces and analyzes a p-version FEM for variational inequalities resulting from obstacle problems for some quasi-linear elliptic partial differential operators. We approximate the solution by controlling the obstacle condition in images of the Gauss–Lobatto points. We show existence and uniqueness for the discrete solution u _p from the p-version for the obstacle problem. We prove the convergence of u _p towards the solution with respect to the energy norm, and assuming some additional regularity for the solution we derive an a priori error estimate. In numerical experiments the p-version turns out to be superior to the h-version concerning the convergence rate and the number of unknowns needed to achieve a certain exactness of the approximation.     

Prime Fano threefolds and integrable systems

For a general K3 surface S of genus g, with 2 ≤ g ≤ 10, we prove that the intermediate Jacobians of the family of prime Fano threefolds of genus g containing S as a hyperplane section, form generically an algebraic completely integrable Hamiltonian system. Primes in quadratic progressions on average

In this paper, we establish a theorem on the distribution of primes in quadratic progressions on average.     

Exponential decay rate of survival probability in a disastrous random environment

Summary. We study the exponential decay rate of the survival probability up to time t>0 of a random walker moving in Zopf; ^d in a temporally and spatially fluctuating random environment. When the random walker has a speed parameter κ>0, we investigate the influence of κ on the exponential decay rate λ(d,κ). In particular we prove that for any fixed d≥1, λ(d,κ) behaves like as logκ as κ↘0. Received: 21 May 1996 / In revised form: 2 February 1997     

水稻花后衰退珠心和胚乳发育初期Ca2+的超微细胞化学定位

应用焦锑酸盐沉淀技术对水稻花后衰退珠心和胚乳发育初期进行了Ca^2 的超微细胞化学定位。结果显示在初始衰退的珠心细胞中Ca^2 主要分布于液泡膜上和核内；在衰退中期的珠心细胞中，Ca^ 主要分布在核膜、液泡膜及质膜上；在严重衰退的珠心细胞，Ca^2 仅存在于液泡中。珠心降解的Ca^2 跨过胚囊壁，通过质外体向胚乳内运输；发育初期的胚乳细胞，Ca^2 主要位于胞间隙，线粒体和液泡中也有少量分布。讨论了Ca^2 与珠心PCD的关系。     

陆地棉体细胞胚胎的发生和遗传转化条件初探

以陆地棉（冀棉20）下胚轴为外植体，在含KT0．3mg／L和2，4－D0．08mg／L的MS培养基上，诱导产生了胚性愈伤组织，继代培养不需要添加激素，胚性愈伤组织即分化为胚状体，并萌发出小芽，胚状体萌发过程与合子胚相似，但出现了一些畸形胚，解剖学方法观察发现，这些畸形胚的维管束系统不明显或形态异常，以农杆菌介导法对冀棉20胚状体及胚性愈伤组织进行了雪花莲凝集素（GNA）基因的遗传转化条件探索，并以GUS基域瞬间进行检测加以证实，得出农杆菌的浓度为O．D600＝0．8时，浸染时间为5min，共培养时间为3d，筛选培养基中卡那霉素浓度为75mg／L，对冀棉20胚状体及胚性愈伤组织转化是较为适合的。     

Coupling for Markov renewal processes and the rate of convergence in ergodic theorems for processes with semi-Markov switchings

Coupling procedures for Markov renewal processes are described. Applications to ergodic theorems for processes with semi-Markov switchings are considered.This paper was partly prepared with the support of NFR Grant F-UP 10257-300.     

A supraconvergent scheme for the Korteweg-de Vries equation

Summary A finite-difference method for the integration of the Korteweg-de Vries equation on irregular grids is analyzed. Under periodic boundary conditions, the method is shown to be supraconvergent in the sense that, though being inconsistent, it is second order convergent. However, such a convergence only takes place on grids with an odd number of points per period. When a grid with an even number of points is used, the inconsistency of the method leads to divergence. Numerical results backing the analysis are presented.
