应用菲涅耳原理计算ILS下滑台保护区

仪表着陆系统下滑信标天线是通过地面反射作用形成引导飞机着陆的下滑面引导信号,反射面的反射性能直接影响下滑面的信号质量,本文通过应用菲涅耳原理对下滑信标天线反射面保护区进行了计算,可作为下滑台保护区确定的参考。     

Optical microstrip patch antennas design and analysis

This paper has presented transparent conductor oxide materials (TCOMs) based microstrip patch antennas with glass substrate and copper ground plane, which have been deeply analyzed in the visible spectrum region in comparison with the practical patch antenna model of indium tin oxide patch with glass substrate and different TCOMs based ground plane. As well as the study have investigated the effect of transparent oxide materials on patch antenna design instead of perfect conductor materials such as copper that has low cost and weight. The tradeoff between optical transparency and electrical conductivity will be evaluated for a range of visible regions. Microstrip transmission line feed method is used to predict the skin effects on a patch antenna and their impact on antenna efficiency, resonance frequency and optical transmission are also described. This study have discussed assessment of these tradeoffs and effect of TCOMs parameters on antenna design.     

蜂窝移动通信系统基站电磁辐射的分析

根据国家有关电磁辐射的标准，结合理论与实际，分析了移动通信基站在现实中对环境的影响，并相应提出了一些关于移动通信基站建设方面的观点。     

氧等离子气氛中NMOS器件的性能退化

文章描述了氧等离子干法剥离光刻胶中MOS器件的性能退化问题,并且制备了不同天线比AR(Antenna Ratio),相同器件结构的NMOS器件来检测器件的退化.实验结果发现栅漏电流密度Jg和阈值电压Vt漂移会随着Al的天线面积的增加而非线性地增加,尤其表现在阈值电压漂移上.运用增加电流应力时间的测试来模拟器件在等离子反应腔中所受的实际应力,发现了与天线比增加时阈值电压变化趋势相同,表明在氧等离子气氛中器件受到了负电应力的影响.最后,基于此次实验的结果,在器件的设计,工艺参数的制定方面提出了一些减小干法剥离光刻胶工艺带来器件性能退化的建议.     

低频UWBSAR天线方向图频域校正

UHF/VHF低频超宽带合成孔径雷达(ultra wide band synthetic aperture radar)具有较大的波束宽度,天线方向图的角度和频率特性对系统性能的影响不能忽略。本文从低频UWBSAR系统模型出发,利用低频电磁散射建模得到定标体的散射特性,采用数字聚焦方法抑制杂波,利用定标体的SAR图像的二维频率域数据,实现天线方向图的校正。计算机仿真试验验证了该方法的有效性。     

超宽带电磁脉冲与地雷耦合的数值模拟

 用数值方法研究了超宽带电磁脉冲与地雷耦合问题。验证了截断有耗边界的完全匹配层方法，给出了超宽带信号经天线发射后在不同距离处的辐射场。通过数值模拟，给出了不同作用距离和作用角条件下地雷体内的耦合电磁场。     

Field Profile Synthesis with an Antenna Array

Two algorithms for the synthesis of a microwave beam with desired characteristics are discussed. The beam is composed by an array of either identical or non-identical antennas. In an example, the application of those algorithms for wireless power transmission is demonstrated.

CORRUGATED CONICAL HORN FOR MULTI-FREQUENCY BAND USE

The theory of corrugated conical horn operating at multi-frequency bands is described,and aprqactical corrugated conical horn is constructed.It can operate at three frequency bands(4,6,11 GHz)atleast.The cross polarization peak level is better than -25 dB at 4,6 GHz frequency bands,and the amplitudepattern at 11 GHz frequency band is also very good.It is shown theoretically and experimentally that thecorrugated conical horn operating at multi-frequency bands is the best condidate for multi-frequency bandfeeds.
