嵌入式脉象采集仪电路设计

该脉象采集仪采用IP核技术、SoPC技术,将脉象采集的大部分功能都集成在一片FPGA内部,并自主进行了脉象采集控制的FPGA设计。该设计采用在SoPC系统外做控制电路部分,三路脉搏信号共用一个ADC,只需要很少的外部器件就能实现。与早期采用工控机、PC机,或者现在多采用的ARM设计方法相比,该脉象采集仪具有成本低,功耗低,体积小,便于扩展,稳定性高和系统维护方便等优点。     

高动态短时突发通信系统数字锁相环设计

根据实际应用背景给出了一种数字锁相环参数设计方法，并对其捕获性能进行了分析，然后在具体系统中综合考虑载波同步、符号同步与帧同步对本数字锁相环的影响，并以“通过率”来评价其性能。实践表明，该数字锁相环在低信噪比下仍具有良好性能。     

基于DSP的BOC信号捕获算法实现

针对BOC调制信号自相关函数多峰值造成的捕获模糊性问题,提出一种基于相关函数的去模糊性捕获算法。该算法能消除接收信号载频的影响;根据BOC伪码的相关函数计算原理构造与收信号相关的两路本地信号;根据相关结果的对称性,通过简单数学运算组成一个完全无模糊性的相关函数。理论分析和仿真结果表明,相比ASPeCT算法及重构相关算法,提出的捕获算法的主峰均值比例更高,副峰均值比例更低。在两径信道中,当时延小于一个码片时,该算法的主峰能量可达100%。利用TMS320C5509A芯片进行算法验证,进一步验证了该算法的有效性。     

An Approach to NMR Assignment of Intrinsically Disordered Proteins

An efficient approach to NMR assignments in intrinsically disordered proteins is presented, making use of the good dispersion of cross peaks observed in [¹⁵N,¹³C′]‐ and [¹³C′,¹H^N]‐correlation spectra. The method involves the simultaneous collection of {3D (H)NCO(CAN)H and 3D (HACA)CON(CA)HA} spectra for backbone assignments via sequential H^N and H^α correlations and {3D (H)NCO(CACS)HS and 3D (HS)CS(CA)CO(N)H} spectra for side‐chain ¹H and ¹³C assignments, employing sequential ¹H data acquisitions with direct detection of both the amide and aliphatic protons. The efficacy of the approach for obtaining resonance assignments with complete backbone and side‐chain chemical shifts is demonstrated experimentally for the 61‐residue [¹³C,¹⁵N]‐labelled peptide of a voltage‐gated potassium channel protein of the Kv1.4 channel subunit. The general applicability of the approach for the characterisation of moderately sized globular proteins is also demonstrated.     

Oil whirl,oil whip and whirl/whip synchronization occurring in rotor systems with full-floating ring bearings

High-speed rotors are often supported in floating ring bearings because of their good damping behavior. In contrast to conventional hydrodynamic bearings with a single oil film, full-floating ring bearings consist of two oil films: An inner and an outer oil film. As single oil-film bearings, full-floating ring bearings also show the typical fluid-film-induced instabilities (self-excited vibrations). Both inner and outer oil films can become unstable and exhibit oil whirl/whip instabilities. The paper at hand considers a Laval (Jeffcott) rotor, which is symmetrically supported in full-floating ring bearings, and investigates the occurring oil whirl/whip effects by means of run-up simulations. It is shown that the inner oil film, which usually becomes unstable first, gives rise to a limit-cycle oscillation with an exactly circular rotor orbit, if gravity and imbalance are neglected. Interesting is the instability generated by the outer oil film. The calculations demonstrate that instability in the outer oil film does not lead to a simple circular limit-cycle orbit. Whirl/whip-induced limit-cycle oscillations generated by the outer oil film are more complex and entail a coupled circumferential and radial motion, although the mechanical problem is radially symmetric, if gravity and imbalance are neglected. Thus, whirl/whip instability in the outer fluid film may be interpreted as symmetry breaking. Finally, a further kind of bifurcation/instability occurring in rotors supported in full-floating ring bearings—called Total Instability in this paper—is analyzed. It is shown that Total Instability is caused by synchronization of two limit cycles, namely synchronization of the inner and outer oil whirl/whip. Total Instability is of practical interest and observed in real technical rotor systems, and frequently leads to complete rotor damage.     

The signal/noise of an HMBC spectrum can depend dramatically upon the choice of acquisition and processing parameters

The effect of various acquisition and processing parameters on the sensitivity of HMBC spectra for typical organic molecules has been systematically investigated. For molecules in the 200–600 molecular weight range, an acquisition time of 0.2 to 0.4 s, a recycle time of no more than 1.0 s, optimization for ⁿJ_CH = 8 Hz and 512 time increments (with two‐ to fourfold linear prediction) are recommended. Some form of sine bell weighting along f₂ and either Gaussian or sine bell weighting along f₁ is suggested. The use of a 0.1‐s acquisition time and/or Gaussian or exponential weighting along f₂ can result in dramatic sensitivity loss, particularly for correlation peaks involving protons with complex splitting patterns, and should be avoided. Compromise and synchronization in opinion dynamics

We discuss two models of opinion dynamics. We first present a brief review of the Hegselmann and Krause (HK) compromise model in two dimensions, showing that it is possible to simulate the dynamics in the limit of an infinite number of agents by solving numerically a rate equation for a continuum distribution of opinions. Then, we discuss the Opinion Changing Rate (OCR) model, which allows to study under which conditions a group of agents with a different natural tendency (rate) to change opinion can find the agreement. In the context of the this model, consensus is viewed as a synchronization process.

在外旅游或者没有电源的情况下,便携式光伏发电箱可以实现手机、手电筒、剃须刀等能量补给及夜晚照明。文章主要介绍了光伏发电箱的太阳能发电系统,该系统由光伏电池、蓄电池、控制器、逆变器、数据采集板、上位机等几部分组成;文中对该系统各部分的功能和相互联系进行了分析;重点叙述逆变器的设计,包括电路结构、DSP软件的设计、PWM波形的产生原理;通过数据采集板和上位机可实时监测系统的运行状况,具有一定的市场潜力。     

广播发射机分布式计算机数据采集与控制系统

针对广播发射台的强电磁环境,从工程角度出发,提出了由PC机和STDS000系列工控机组成的分布式计算机测控系统,实现了对多台广播发射机的数据采集,监测控制,故障报警及运行管理。着重讨论了系统的结构组成,软件功能及运行模式,并引入了windows环境,BITBUS通信网。
