Excitation functions for103Rh (α,xn);x = 1–4 and103Rh (α,αxn);x = 1–3 reactions were measured up to 50 MeV bombarding energy using stacked foil activation technique and high purity germanium
(HPGe) γ-ray spectroscopy method. The experimental results were compared with calculations considering equilibrium as well
as pre-equilibrium hybrid model of Blann (ALICE/90). It is found that the initial exciton configurationn
0 = 4(4p0h) gives fairly good agreements for (α,xn) reactions. There seems to be indication of direct inelastic scattering effects in (α,αxn)-type of reactions. 相似文献

The UV-light-induced hydrophilicity of amorphous titanium dioxide thin films obtained by radio frequency magnetron sputtering deposition was studied in relation with film thickness. The effect of UV light irradiation on the film hydrophilicity was fast, strong and did not depend on substrate or thickness for films thicker than a threshold value of about 12 nm, while for thinner films it was weak and dependent on substrate or thickness. The weak effect of UV light irradiation observed for the ultra-thin films (with thickness less than 12 nm) is explained based on results of measurements of surface topography, UV-light absorption and photocurrent decay in vacuum. Comparing to thicker films, the ultra-thin films have a smoother surface, which diminish their real surface area and density of defects, absorb partially the incident UV light radiation, and exhibit a longer decay time of the photocurrent in vacuum, which proves a spatial charge separation. All these effects may contribute to a low UV light irradiation effect on the ultra-thin film hydrophilicity. 相似文献

When a strain gage made of nickel foil attached on the surface of a specimen is subjected to repeated loads, the elastic stress
is measured by observing slip-bands in the foil resulting from repeated strain. Calibration studies with rotating-bending
tests at various temperatures between room temperature and 350°C are performed on round steel bars with nickel foil. The relation
between the threshold stress for the first appearance of slip-bands and the number of stress cycles is examined at varying
temperatures, which provides the calibration values of the nickel foil tested at varying temperatures. Assuming that the first
appearance of slip-bands is based on the linear cumulative damage law, the calibration values at varying temperatures are
calculated from those established by the calibration tests at several constant temperatures. It is found that the calculated
calibration values agree well with the results obtained by the calibration tests at varying temperatures and that the calculation
applying the linear cumulative damage law is a useful method to presume the calibration values at varying temperatures without

为了缓解我国高性能铜箔依靠进口的局面,进行了将类金属(P)和稀土金属(La)引入电解铜箔锌镍合金镀层中以获得高耐腐蚀性铜箔的实验。 利用电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术手段分析镀层质量。 在最佳工艺下获得非晶态Zn-Ni-P-La合金镀层,镀层表面平整均匀、结晶致密,未钝化的情况下,铜箔镀件在180 ℃烘箱中保持1 h不变色,表现出较理想的抗氧化和抗腐蚀能力。 表明镀层中适量的P和稀土La对改善镀层质量有着重要的作用,具有较好的工业应用前景。 相似文献

将石墨涂覆于传统铜箔(CCC)与穿孔铜箔(PCC)集流体表面,通过内部短路的方式进行预嵌锂处理,再以商业化的活性炭及预锂化的石墨分别为正、负极材料组装成锂离子电容器(LIC)。以PCC为集流体的LIC在0.1和2.0 A?g~(-1)的电流密度下,能量密度分别为118.2和51.7 Wh?kg~(-1),并且在0.5 A?g~(-1)的电流密度下循环1000次后的能量密度保持率为90%;以CCC为集流体的LIC在0.1和2.0 A?g~(-1)的电流密度下的能量密度分别为125.5和43.3 Wh?kg~(-1),在同等电流密度下2.0-3.8 V之间循环1000次后的能量密度保持率仅为73.2%。进一步研究表明,石墨采用PCC在预嵌锂的过程中避免了金属锂沉积,生成了均一且稳定的固体电解质膜(SEI),有效防止充放电过程中SEI膨胀,活性物质与集流体间粘结力降低,活性物质脱落等现象发生。因此,LIC通过PCC完成预嵌锂后的自放电及内阻更小,具有更佳的倍率性能和循环性能。 相似文献

本文将条状分离区看作是位错连续分布区域,利用复变函数理论及切比雪夫多项式级数展开提出了一种统一的数学分析的方法,用以对均匀材料裂纹前方分离过程区的非线性效应进行有效的,精确的解析分析。避免以前各种模型一般都需要借助于有限元法或其他离散方法才能得到数值解答的难点。本文利用这一新方法,对断裂过程区是内聚力模型,条状屈服区模型的裂纹问题,受约束金属薄膜的裂纹问题,进行了分析计算,并与已有的结果进行了比较,得到了满意的结果。 相似文献

空气电晕放电离子风激励器无需旋转部件, 仅通过消耗电能就能直接产生驱动力, 它是一种新型的动力技术, 备受国内外航空航天界的广泛关注. 目前对空气电晕放电离子风激励器的推力产生机理虽有各种解释, 但是现有理论均不能统一各种条件下的实验结果, 仍需要开展进一步的分析与研究. 本文以线-铝箔电极电晕放电激励器为研究对象, 通过实验研究发现作用在线电极与铝箔电极上的静电力不对称, 而且改变铝箔电极纵向高度和气压均能影响激励器的推力大小; 通过理论分析, 考虑电晕层与空间电荷的影响, 建立了线-铝箔电极电晕放电激励器的推力计算模型, 其计算值与实测值比较一致. 基于上述实验现象与理论建模分析, 本文认为线-铝箔电极电晕放电激励器的推力主要来源于线电极电晕产生的空间电荷对电极系统产生了不对称静电力作用, 使激励器出现净静电力作用. 相似文献

In this study, we developed a novel electrospray ionization (ESI) technique based on household aluminum foil (Al foil) and demonstated the desirable features and applications of this technique. Al foil can be readily cut and folded into desired configuration for effective ionization and for holding sample solution in bulk to allowing acquisition of durable ion signals. The present technique was demonstrated to be applicable in analysis of a wide variety of samples, ranging from pure chemical and biological compounds, e.g., organic compounds and proteins, to complex samples in liquid, semi-solid, and solid states, e.g., beverages, skincare cream, and herbal medicines. The inert, hydrophobic and impermeable surface of Al foil allows convenient and effective on-target extraction of solid samples and on-target sample clean-up, i.e., removal of salts and detergents from proteins and peptides, extending ESI device from usually only for sample loading and ionization to including sample processing. Moreover, Al foil is an excellent heat-conductor and highly heat-tolerant, permitting direct monitoring of thermal reactions, e.g., thermal denaturation of proteins. Overall, the present study showed that Al-foil ESI could be an economical and versatile method that allows a wide range of applications. 相似文献
