The heating values of municipal solid waste generated in three towns with a population of less than 50 000, situated in Galicia (Spain), were measured with a static bomb calorimeter. Samples of raw refuse were burnt either as received or after sorting of the different combustible components. A study was made of samples from controlled and uncontrolled landfills. The calorific values were compared with those corresponding to a commercial residual derived fuel in order to study the possibility of using municipal solid waste as a source of recovered energy. A Monte‐Carlo simulation approach has been applied to describe the spatial distribution of characteristic x‐rays in W/Al film targets of different combinations of film thicknesses for the optimal design of a small‐sized x‐ray source having a high x‐ray intensity. The result has led to optimal combinations of W and Al film targets for 100 kV electrons, e.g. W(1 µm)/Al(20 µm), W(3 µm)/Al(15 µm) and W(5 µm)/Al(8 µm). A method is described for the gas-chromatographic determination of the diastereomers of vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) in the form of their dihydro dimethyl ethers. The reported method of derivatization and chromatographic analysis in conjunction with optical rotation measurements are useful approaches for characterization of vitamin K1 samples with respect to their origin.  相似文献

The performances of some numerical methods to improve the signal to noise ratio are compared and applied to enhance noisy signals obtained in gas chromatography with capillary columns and a flame Ionization detector. Several methods have been considered: cutoffs In the Fourier transform of the recorded signal; real time numerical filtering; theoretical model curve fitting; and the correlation of a chromatogram recorded from a pseudorandomly injected sample with the pseudorandom injection function. Numerical real time filtering is shown to be the most convenient method when the main periodic component of the noise has been determined by Fourier analysis.  相似文献

Boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) are promising materials due to their unique physical and chemical properties. Fabrication technologies based on gas-phase reactions reduce the control and collection efficiency of BNNTs due to reactant and product dispersion within the reaction vessel. A surface growth method that allows for controllable growth of BNNTs in certain regions using a preburied boron source is introduced. This work leverages the high solubility of boron in metals to create a boronized layer on the surface which serves as the boron source to confine the growth of BNNTs. Dense and uniform BNNTs are obtained after loading catalysts onto the boronized substrate and annealing under ammonia. Confirmatory experiments demonstrate that the boride layer provides boron for BNNTs growth. Furthermore, the patterned growth of BNNTs is realized by patterning the boronizing region, demonstrating the controllability of this method. In addition, the Ni substrate with BNNTs growth exhibits better performance in corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity than pure Ni. This study introduces an alternative strategy for the surface growth of BNNTs based on boron source design, which offers new possibilities for the controllable preparation of BNNTs for various applications.  相似文献

The technological innovations and wide use of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) applications need to handle diverse data. These huge data possess network security issues as intrusions that cannot be neglected or ignored. An effective strategy to counteract security issues in WSN can be achieved through the Intrusion Detection System (IDS). IDS ensures network integrity, availability, and confidentiality by detecting different attacks. Regardless of efforts by various researchers, the domain is still open to obtain an IDS with improved detection accuracy with minimum false alarms to detect intrusions. Machine learning models are deployed as IDS, but their potential solutions need to be improved in terms of detection accuracy. The neural network performance depends on feature selection, and hence, it is essential to bring an efficient feature selection model for better performance. An optimized deep learning model has been presented to detect different types of attacks in WSN. Instead of the conventional parameter selection procedure for Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture, a nature-inspired whale optimization algorithm is included to optimize the CNN parameters such as kernel size, feature map count, padding, and pooling type. These optimized features greatly improved the intrusion detection accuracy compared to Deep Neural network (DNN), Random Forest (RF), and Decision Tree (DT) models.  相似文献

文章提出了一种宽带注入锁定三倍频器。在传统注入方式基础上,倍频器采用了推-推差分对输入信号进行二倍频,并将产生的二次谐波通过变压器耦合至注入管的源极共模点,增强了注入管源极共模点二次谐波。由于注入电流是由注入信号与源极共模点二次谐波进行混频而产生,因此注入电流也被增强,从而增大了锁定范围。除此之外,三倍频采用了四阶谐振器,谐振阻抗的相位在过零点被平坦化,锁定范围进一步被增大。采用标准CMOS 65 nm工艺设计三倍频,芯片面积为720×670 μm2,1.2-V供电时的功耗为15.2 mW。0 dBm注入功率下三倍频的锁定范围为19.2~27.6 GHz,对应的基波抑制比大于25 dB,二次谐波抑制大于35 dB。注入锁定三倍频器可满足5G收发机中本振源的要求。  相似文献

光电导太赫兹源(Photo-Conductive Antenna,PCA)已广泛用于太赫兹时域光谱系统(THz-TDS)。在THz-TDS系统中,处于偏置状态的PCA被飞秒激光触发因光生载流子,在偏置电场下的加速运动而向自由空间辐射太赫兹波,同时在PCA偏置回路中形成脉冲电流。通常给PCA加载偏置电压的回路有不同结构的电路设计,导致PCA装架的基板回路不可避免地存在一定电感,由此引起的电磁惯性会显著影响回路中脉冲电流的脉宽,电流脉冲的脉宽会随回路电感的增大而展宽。那么PCA回路电感是否会影响PCA向自由空间辐射THz波的特性,这是设计PCA基板电路面临的问题所在。本文尝试在PCA回路中加入不同电感值的电感元件,通过实验测试了PCA辐射THz波的时域波形和频谱,结果表明,PCA回路电感的数值对PCA辐射THz波没有明显影响,从而对不同场合应用的PCA基板结构和电路设计提供了实验基础。  相似文献

在大规模多输入多输出(massive MIMO)系统中使用天线选择算法可提高能效和系统吞吐量,然而适用于传统MIMO系统的天线选择算法具有高复杂度,很难用于massive MIMO系统。为优化天线选择算法,以算法复杂度和系统容量为优化目标,提出了收发联合阈值天线选择算法。该算法在发射端使用最大范数双向天线选择算法进行天线选择,在接收端使用分组maxvol算法并通过仿真实验结果的预设阈值进行天线选择。仿真实验表明,收发联合阈值天线选择算法在降低复杂度的同时可以提高系统容量,与递增天线选择算法相比,系统容量最多可提高52.2 bit/s/Hz。提出的天线选择算法可以满足不同天线相关度和信噪比的传输环境。  相似文献
