一种高抗辐射的SOI电脉冲时间间隔测定电路

研制出一种高抗辐射的 SOICMOS电脉冲时间间隔测定器集成电路。在阐述其工作原理的基础上 ,进行了抗辐射设计与版图设计。通过实验分析找到了向 SOI材料的 Si O2 埋层注入 F+ 离子的优化注入条件 ,有效地抑制 SOI CMOS器件的阈值电压的漂移 ,提高了电路的抗辐射性能。采用注入 F+离子 SOICMOS工艺投片后测试结果表明 :该电路与同类体硅电路相比 ,具有高速、低功耗、测量精度高以及优良的抗辐射性能     

Experimental design methodologies to optimise the spectrofluorimetric determination of Losartan and Valsartan in human urine

A spectrofluorimetric method has been developed for the determination of two angiotensin II receptor antagonists (ARA II): Losartan and Valsartan. A fractional factorial design and a central composite design were used. The key factors considered in the optimization process were pH, temperature and emission slit width. Maximum fluorescent intensity was established as response for each experiment. The response surfaces confirmed the robustness of the method. A clean-up procedure was used for urine samples that consisted of a solid-phase extraction using C8 cartridges. The total analysis time was lower than 30 min. This method proved to be accurate (RE, 8%), precise (intra- and inter-day coefficients of variation were lower than 8% and sensitive enough (LOQ c.a. 0.5 μg ml⁻¹) to be applied to the determination of Losartan and Valsartan in urine samples.     

Statistical Design of the Four-MOSFET Structure

The statistical design of the four-MOSFET structure is presented in this paper. The quantitative measure of the effect of mismatch between the four transistors on nonlinearity and offset current is provided through contours. Statistical optimization of the transistor and values is demonstrated. The four-MOSFET structure was fabricated through the MOSIS 2 m process using MOS transistor Level-3 model parameters. Experimental results are included in the paper.

Self-Converse Directed BIBDs with Block Size Four

A directed balanced incomplete block design (or D B(k,;v)) (X,) is called self-converse if there is an isomorphic mapping f from (X,) to (X,^–1), where ^–1={B ^–1:B} and B ^–1=(x _k ,x _{k –1},,x ₂,x ₁) for B=(x ₁,x ₂,,x _{k –1},x _k ). Multivariate Polynomial Minimization and Its Application in Signal Processing

We make a conjecture that the number of isolated local minimum points of a 2n-degree or (2n+1)-degree r-variable polynomial is not greater than n ^r when n 2. We show that this conjecture is the minimal estimate, and is true in several cases. In particular, we show that a cubic polynomial of r variables may have at most one local minimum point though it may have 2^r critical points. We then study the global minimization problem of an even-degree multivariate polynomial whose leading order coefficient tensor is positive definite. We call such a multivariate polynomial a normal multivariate polynomial. By giving a one-variable polynomial majored below a normal multivariate polynomial, we show the existence of a global minimum of a normal multivariate polynomial, and give an upper bound of the norm of the global minimum and a lower bound of the global minimization value. We show that the quartic multivariate polynomial arising from broad-band antenna array signal processing, is a normal polynomial, and give a computable upper bound of the norm of the global minimum and a computable lower bound of the global minimization value of this normal quartic multivariate polynomial. We give some sufficient and necessary conditions for an even order tensor to be positive definite. Several challenging questions remain open.     

ON OPTIMAL ENVIRONMENTAL TAXATION AND ENFORCEMENT: INFORMATION,MONITORING AND EFFICIENCY

ABSTRACT. The purpose of the paper is to contribute to the narrowing of the distance between formal theory and practical environmental policy design. We formulate a general and comprehensive theoretical model in order to take into account the different informational and technological problems which characterize the definition and implementation of environmental taxes in a second best world where there also are distortionary taxes. Having formalized these problems, we present a general model which allows us to discuss the existence of efficient and implementable environmental quality objectives and policy instruments, and to analyze many particular cases.     

Design of Civil Engineering Frame Structures Using a Monomial/Newton Hybrid Method

This paper presents an application of a monomial approximation method for solving systems of nonlinear equations to the design of civil engineering frame structures. This is accomplished by solving a set of equations representing the state known as fully-stressed design, where each member of the structure is stressed to the maximum safe allowable level under at least one of the loading conditions acting on it. The monomial approximation method is based on the process of condensation, which has its origin in geometric programming theory. A monomial/Newton hybrid method is presented which permits some of the design variables to be free in sign, while others are strictly positive. This hybrid method is well suited to the structural design application since some variables are naturally positive and others are naturally free. The proposed method is compared to the most commonly used fully-stressed design method in practice. The hybrid method is shown to find solutions that the conventional method cannot find, while doing so with less computational effort. The impact of this approach on the activity of structural design is discussed.
