Color information plays a key role in the research fields of object recognition and image retrieval. However, the actual color varies by the conditions of illumination, especially the open natural daylight. Four different color constancy schemes are proposed in the paper to minimize the effects of open illumination conditions. (1) The color constancy scheme based on the image statistics is proposed,which includes the color cast detection and removal. (2) The color constancy scheme based on the color temperature curve is proposed, which combines Gaussian model with linear fitting to estimate color temperature curve. (3) The color constancy scheme based on the double exposure theory is proposed,which is able to reproduce a color image under typical illumination. (4) According to the concepts of supervised learning, the supervised color constancy scheme is proposed. The transformation of color values from unknown illumination to typical illumination is solved by improved Support Vector Re-gression (SVR).  相似文献

针对传统计算机图形学教学内容不符合工业界需求,教学过程组织不符合学生认知规律的问题,在新工科背景下以培养具备实践能力和创新精神的人才为目标,对计算机图形学教学内容和过程组织展开研究。探索了基于可编程渲染流水线的理论教学和面向工业界应用的实验教学相结合的教学内容,通过以渲染流水线三个概念阶段为主线分层、分块组织教学内容覆盖图形学的经典理论和最新发展,按照“讲解-演示-体验-探索”构建教学资源,遵循“现象-解释-经验-知识”的科尔伯学习周期对教学过程进行了合理有效地组织。从工业界图形应用入手,让学生描述现象,通过学习理论知识解释现象,之后在实践中验证并获得经验,最后转化为知识的过程激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生的实践能力和创新精神。  相似文献

Active learning is a decision-making process. In both abstract and physical settings, active learning demands both analysis and action. This is a review of active learning in robotics, focusing on methods amenable to the demands of embodied learning systems. Robots must be able to learn efficiently and flexibly through continuous online deployment. This poses a distinct set of control-oriented challenges—one must choose suitable measures as objectives, synthesize real-time control, and produce analyses that guarantee performance and safety with limited knowledge of the environment or robot itself. In this work, we survey the fundamental components of robotic active learning systems. We discuss classes of learning tasks that robots typically encounter, measures with which they gauge the information content of observations, and algorithms for generating action plans. Moreover, we provide a variety of examples – from environmental mapping to nonparametric shape estimation – that highlight the qualitative differences between learning tasks, information measures, and control techniques. We conclude with a discussion of control-oriented open challenges, including safety-constrained learning and distributed learning.  相似文献

We study the Fictitious Play process with bounded and unbounded recall in pure coordination games for which failing to coordinate yields a payoff of zero for both players. It is shown that every Fictitious Play player with bounded recall may fail to coordinate against his own type. On the other hand, players with unbounded recall are shown to coordinate (almost surely) against their own type as well as against players with bounded recall. In particular, this implies that a FP player's realized average utility is (almost surely) at least as large as his minmax payoff in 2×2 coordination games. The semi–inverse variational principle retrieved bright 1–soliton solution to the perturbed Kudryashov's equation.
