TBF分配算法优化

EDGE业务的快速发展,导致2G网络综合利用率高位运行。通过对现网数据的分析,发现可以通过提高PDCH复用度以大幅节省载频资源。针对因大量低速率业务占用引起的PDCH信道承载速率低的问题,提出了一种新的TBF资源分配方法。通过此方法的应用,可缓解低速率业务带来的网络压力,提升PDCH承载速率,提高网络承载效率。     

基于超二代像增强器的微光夜视仪设计

提出了一种设计手持式微光夜视仪的思路,选择了高质量的超二代像增强器,设计了性能优良的光学系统,进行了精细的像差校正,实现了Gen II+像增强器、光学系统和人眼的光谱匹配.在10-3 lx照度下,对人视距提高到350～400 m,对车辆视距达到700～900 m.     

Taylor 四相码信号及其模糊图的绘制

介绍了Taylor四相码信号的特点及其研究现状，运用模糊函数的卷积算法，通过MatIab语言计算并绘制出了其三维立体模糊图，制作了ξ切面图、τ切面图和模糊度图，并给出了绘制方法。     

Crystallization Behavior of Sol-Gel Derived Films by Self-Seeding Process

We propose the novel preparation method, Self-seeding Process, based on the following concept for low temperature crystallization of oxide films. Introduction of desirable inhomogeneity should give lowering of a crystallization temperature through heterogeneous nucleation accompanied with reduced activation energy. We carried out inspection of the above concept through use of PZT films. PZT gel films with the desirable inhomogeneity of microstructure were prepared, and their crystallization behaviors was examined. The PZT film was successfully crystallized at 500°C by the self-seeding process. The single phase (001) oriented PZT film with 0.55 m in thickness was obtained at 550°C for 5 min. The self-seeding process by microstructure control is efficient for the low temperature process of the oxide thin film.     

TURBO TRELLIS CODE MODULATION USING MQAM

The paper presents a kind of reasonable structure for implementing MQAMT-TCM based on the principles of turbo codes and TCM for the first time.It can also be expanded to PSK T-TCM system,and the corresponding decoding algorithm is derived .By computer simulation,its performance is analyzed .The results show that T-TCM takes the advantages of turbo codes and TCM technology,and is a kind of bandwisth-efficient coded-modulation technique obtaining high coding gain .So,in the future,T-TCM would be applied in many fields.     

W波段阶梯型交错双栅慢波结构行波管的研究

为了提高传统交错双栅慢波结构行波管的性能,提出了一种阶梯型交错双栅慢波结构,并基于此新型慢波结构,提出了新型输入输出耦合结构.在此基础上,设计了一只工作在W波段的带状电子注阶梯型交错双栅慢波结构行波管.计算结果显示,阶梯型交错双栅慢波结构行波管的耦合阻抗更高,从而使行波管在更短的互作用电路长度里,实现更高的饱和增益和互作用效率.在90～100GHz频率范围内,阶梯型交错双栅慢波结构的耦合阻抗大于4Ω,高于传统交错双栅慢波结构;W波段带状电子注行波管高频结构的反射系数(S11)小于-15dB;并且行波管的饱和输入功率仅约为0.7W,可以实现最高输出功率约800W,相应的效率大于7.8%,增益大于30.6dB.     

大分子螯合剂在低压力低磨料条件下铜膜的化学机械抛光中的应用

The mechanism of the FA/O chelating agent in the process of chemical mechanical polishing （CMP） is introduced. CMP is carried on a φ300 mm copper film. The higher polishing rate and lower surface roughness are acquired due to the action of an FA/O chelating agent with an extremely strong chelating ability under the condition of low pressure and low abrasive concentration during the CMP process. According to the results of several kinds of additive interaction curves when the pressure is 13.78 kPa, flow rate is 150 mL/min, and the rotating speed is 55/60 rpm, it can be demonstrated that the FA/O chelating agent plays important role during the CMP process.     

膜片钳放大器的低噪声设计

本文论述用于测量细胞膜离子通道电流的放大器的电路方案.因被测电流在1pA到nA级的范围内,而输出电压要求达到计算机便于处理的数值.故需采用多级放大电路.被测电流属极微弱的信号,噪声问题是设计中的关键.对于多级放大器来说,前置放大级(探头电路)的低噪声设计至关重要.文中分析放大电路中的主要元、器件的背景噪声,用噪声电流和噪声电压的功率密度谱(PDS)S_I(f)和S_v(f)来表征其特性.给出了所设计的PC-Ⅱ型膜片钳放大器的主要性能参数和记录的电流波形.     

Hydrosilylation of alkynes by Ni(CO)3-stabilized silicon(II) hydride

Not copy and paste: Although β-diketiminato ligands have been employed for the stabilization of Ge(II) and Sn(II) hydrides, the corresponding Si(II) hydride is not accessible. However, coordination of silicon(II) to a {Ni(CO)(3)} fragment allowed the isolation of the first Si(II) hydride metal complex 1. This complex was used for the first silicon(II)-based and Ni(0)-mediated, stereoselective hydrosilylation of alkynes. R = phenyl, tolyl.     

新型的承载双金属氰化物络合催化剂

用双金属氰化物(DMC)络合催化剂可制得相对分子质量高、相对分子质量分布窄和不饱和度低的聚醚多元醇。为提高DMC催化剂的利用率,降低催化剂和聚醚的生产成本,国外开发了承载的DMC催化剂。它不仅可简化聚醚的后处理工艺,而且使聚醚的连续化大规模生产得以实现,因此代表了DMC催化剂的一个重要发展方向。
