在国际互联网上实现FTP与TFTP两种通信协议的比较

本文较为详尽地比较了国际互联网络上FTP和TFTP两种通信协议的实现方法 ,其中FTP协议使用TCP /IP实现 ,而TFTP则采用UDP /IP实现。针对TFTP协议实现中传输效率问题 ,提出建立伪连接的概念 ,并给出了具体实现方法。上述协议的实现已在校园网上得到应用。     

电力管理信息系统多层结构实现方法

结合电力管理的特点,采用C／S（客户／服务器）与B／S（浏览器／服务器）混合方式作为电力管理信息系统的运行模式,对于电力企业中比较集中的业务管理如系统管理、售电管理等,采用C／S结构,而对于业务比较分散的管理如配电设备管理、配电设备检修等,采用B／S模式。系统设计过程中,同时采用组件技术,将系统中涉及的公用业务逻辑抽象出来,形成业务组件,有利于系统今后因业务管理的变更而引起的系统修改及系统升级。基于Delphi开发平台详细给出了系统实现方法。     

基于移动Agent的分布式层次化入侵检测系统

在目前的入侵检测系统中 ,由于检测组件的位置固定和通信的问题 ,使得入侵检测系统本身易受到攻击 ,为此提出将内部节点封装为移动Agent。此外 ,为了保障系统的安全 ,特别讨论了移动Agent位置随机化、Agent之间安全通信、选举服务器等多种机制以提高抵抗攻击的能力     

Global existence of solutions of the Boltzmann equation for Bose–Einstein particles with anisotropic initial data

In this paper we prove the global in time existence and uniqueness of solutions of the spatially homogeneous Boltzmann equation for Bose–Einstein particles for the hard sphere model for bounded anisotropic initial data. The main idea of our proof is as follows: we first establish an intermediate equation which is closely related to the original equation and is relatively easily proven to have global in time and unique solutions, then we use the multi-step iterations of the collision gain operator to obtain a desired uniform $L^{\infty }$-bound for solutions of the intermediate equation so that if an initial datum is sufficiently small relative to the inverse of the Planck constant (which belongs to the case of very high temperature), then the corresponding solution of the intermediate equation becomes the solution of the original equation.     

Existence and large time behavior to coupled chemotaxis-fluid equations in Besov–Morrey spaces

The paper deals with the Cauchy problem of coupled chemotaxis-fluid equations. By taking advantage of a coupling structure of the equations and using the semigroup approach, we show existence and asymptotic stability with small initial data and external force $(u_0,n_0,\mathrm{?}{c}_0,c_0)\in {\dot{\mathbf{N}}}_{r_1,\lambda ,\infty }^{?{\beta }_1}\times {\dot{\mathbf{N}}}_{r_2,\lambda ,\infty }^{?{\beta }_2}\times {\dot{\mathbf{N}}}_{r_3,\lambda ,\infty }^{?{\beta }_3}\times L^{\infty },\mathrm{?}?\in M_{N?\lambda ,\lambda }$ for certain technical assumptions. For the embedded relationship between function spaces, we show that our initial data class is larger than that of Kozono et al. (2016) [11] and covers physical cases of initial aggregation at points (Diracs) and on filaments. As an application, we obtain a class of asymptotically existence of a basin of attraction for each self-similar solutions with homogeneous initial data.

本文首先论述了QoS的策略控制技术的导入背景，接着给出一个策略控制系统的完整视图，并对策略控制系统的核心技术－策略存储方案进行讨论，最后介绍了我们设计实现的IP园区网QoS策略控制系统，其中包括具体的测试内容与结果。

票据减联系统是指运用现代通信技术和计算机技术,实现票据的某些环节或全流程的电子化处理,从而满足主管部门监管及核查票据的需要。本文提出了一种采用完整性鉴别方法实现票据减联的技术,保证票据的正确生成、可靠存储以及完整准确核查功能。系统大幅度降低了票据印制和管理成本,具有广阔的市场应用前景。     

Application of Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System for Interference Management in Heterogeneous Network

Femtocell (FC) technology envisaged as a cost-effective approach to attain better indoor coverage of mobile voice and data service. Deployment of FCs over macrocell forms a heterogeneous network. In urban areas, the key factor limits the successful deployment of FCs is inter-cell interference (ICI), which severely affects the performance of victim users. Autonomous FC transmission power setting is one straightforward way for coordinating ICI in the downlink. Application of intelligent control using soft computing techniques has not yet explored well for wireless networks. In this work, autonomous FC transmission power setting strategy using Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System is proposed. The main advantage of the proposed method is zero signaling overhead, reduced computational complexity and bare minimum delay in performing power setting of FC base station because only the periodic channel measurement reports fed back by the user equipment are needed. System level simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method by providing much better throughput, even under high interference activation scenario and cell edge users can be prevented from going outage.     

基于Web的粮情测控系统的设计及实现

为了克服传统的粮情管理模式，拓宽粮情测控系统的监控范围，根据信息技术的发展，提出了基于Web的粮情测控系统。该系统由功能模块和B／S四层数据库应用程序组成，系统中测控计算机对现场的粮情信息进行实时监控，通过Web服务器上的接口和Internet上的客户端建立连接，构建了基于Web的粮情测控系统。实践表明，使用该系统在粮情测控中是可靠的，可实现异地测控，显著地提高粮情测控的效率，扩充功能后可向整个粮情管理部门推广。
