针对电力系统日益增多的三相不对称负荷所造成的电网功率因数低、电压波形畸变等问题,本文以平衡化原理与瞬时无功理论为理论支撑,提出一种静止无功补偿装置(Static Var Compensator)补偿导纳新算法。该算法通过对负荷电流有功分量和无功分量的解耦,利用提取出的无功分量计算理想补偿导纳,相比传统算法检测更为简便,且不受谐波分量影响。在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立TCR+FC型SVC模型,通过对三相不对称负荷的仿真,证明了所提算法的正确与可行,也验证了SVC装置对平衡三相不对称网络的有效性。  相似文献

Because of of the characteristics of high mobility, time varying and dynamic topology, how to provide multimedia streaming service for connected vehicles becomes one emerging and popular technical research. The motivation of this paper is to utilize cooperation among neighboring vehicles for video streaming's quality improvement over vehicular networks. In the proposed cooperative streaming scenario, a connected vehicle requests a video stream from the Internet by using its 3G/3.5G interface, which may not have enough bandwidth to receive good quality of video. Thus, the vehicle is suggested to ask neighboring members belonging to the same fleet to download the requested video data by using their 3G/3.5G interfaces. Then, neighboring members should forward video data to the requested vehicle by using another wireless technique, for example, dedicated short range communication (DSRC). Regarding the differentiation between the two access networks, that is, 3G/3.5G network and DSRC network, a buffer‐aware scheduling mechanism based on layered streaming is designed in this paper to adapt to the networking situation of the vehicular networks. Two selection algorithms are proposed to select neighboring vehicles from the fleet. According to our simulation results, the 3G/3.5G‐based selection algorithm is suitable to improve video quality for vehicles at low speeds. On the other hand, the DSRC‐based selection algorithm can get better performance when vehicles move at high speeds or too many data are transmitted among vehicles.Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

随着网络的不断普及和发展,视频数据在网络中有了越来越多的应用,随之也提出了视频安全的问题,通过视频加密可以很好地解决此问题。文中分析了目前主流的H.264SVC标准所采用的可分级视频编码技术,根据视频分级编码特点选取关键信息进行分层加密,实现不同级别的视频加密。同时,所提方案采用了序列密码进行加密,具有较高的安全性。试验结果表明:该方案具有安全性高、复杂度适中、实时性好等特点。  相似文献

稻干尖线虫病胁迫水稻叶片波谱响应特征及识别研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对植被病害的精确识别是采取植保措施的前提,同时对喷施农药也具有积极的指导作用。比较了受稻干尖线虫胁迫水稻叶片和健康叶片色素含量、光谱反射率、高光谱特征参数,受害水稻叶片与健康叶片相比,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量分别降低18%和22%;光谱反射率在蓝紫光、绿光和红光谱段分别增加1.5,1和2.3倍,在近红外和短波红外区域分别降低约28.9%和26.3%,红边和蓝边分别蓝移约8和10nm,绿峰和红谷分别红移约8.5和6 nm。以红边面积和红边位置作为C-SVC(非线性软间隔分类机)的输入向量,对受害和健康叶片进行识别,精度为100%。研究表明,水稻叶片光谱对病害胁迫具有显著的响应特征,利用C-SVC对受害和健康叶片进行辨别的方法是可行的。  相似文献

Citation represents the relationship between the cited and the citing document and vice versa. Citations are widely used to measure the different aspects of knowledge-based achievements such as institutional ranking, author ranking, the impact factor of the journal, research grants, and peer judgments. A fair evaluation of research required a quantitative and qualitative assessment of citations. To perform the qualitative analysis of citations, researchers tried to classify the citations into binary classes (i.e., important and non-important). To perform this task, researchers used metadata, content, citations count, cue words or phrases, sentiment analysis, keywords, and machine learning approaches for citation classification. However, the state-of-the-art results of binary classification are inadequate for the calculation of different aspects of the researcher and their work. Therefore, this research proposed an in-text citation sentiment analysis-based approach for binary classification which effectively enhanced the results of the state-of-the-art. In this research, different machine learning-based models are evaluated to determine the in-text citations sentiments. These sentiment results are further used for positive-negative, and neutral citation counts. Furthermore, the scores of cosine similarity between paper citation pairs are also calculated and used as a feature. This sentiment and cosine similarity scores are further used as features in binary classification. The classification is performed through SVM, KLR, and Random Forest. The proposed approach is evaluated and compared with two state-of-the-art approaches on the benchmark dataset. The proposed approach can achieve 0.83 f-measure with the improvement of 13.6% for dataset 1 and 0.67 with an improvement of 8% for dataset two with a random forest classification model.  相似文献

Adaptive video coding algorithms can encode a video stream dynamically on the basis of the amount of bandwidth available in a network. In this paper, a novel approach for adaptive video coding based on look‐up tables has been proposed. On the basis of the network conditions, the proposed codec estimates quantization parameter (QP) and also the spatial resolution for a group of pictures from the look‐up table. Then, QP for each frame is estimated on the basis of the motion content in each frame. More motion leads to more burden of bits while encoding the motion vectors. Also, quantization noise is less prominent in high‐motioned frames than frames possessing low motion information because of the temporal masking phenomenon of the human eyes. So, the main trick of the proposed scheme is to assign higher QP to the frames having higher motion than those having less motion. This method also reduces the requirement of excess bits for encoding of motion vectors having higher motion content. Additionally, QP is adjusted on the basis of the buffer availability in order to avoid bit loss error. Experimental results show the efficacy of the proposed codec. The scalable extension of H.264, known as scalable video coding (SVC) has been the main focus of the Joint Video Team's work and was finalized at the end of 2007. Synchronization between media is an important aspect in the design of a scalable video streaming system. This paper proposes an efficient media synchronization mechanism for SVC video transport over IP networks. To support synchronization between video and audio bitstreams transported over IP networks, a real‐time transport protocol/RTP control protocol (RTP/RTCP) suite is usually employed. To provide an efficient mechanism for media synchronization between SVC video and audio, we suggest an efficient RTP packetization mode for inter‐layer synchronization within SVC video and propose a computationally efficient RTCP packet processing method for inter‐media synchronization. By adopting the computationally simple RTCP packet processing, we do not need to process every RTCP sender report packet for inter‐media synchronization. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism by comparing its performance with that of the conventional method.  相似文献
