不同晶型和粒径的二氧化钛微粉对金属离子的吸附行为

考察了在流动注射的微柱分离富集体系中不同晶型和粒径的TiO2微粉对Cu2 , Cr3 , Mn2 , Ni2 , La3 , Eu3 , Ga3 , Mo(Ⅵ)和W(Ⅵ) 等金属离子的吸附pH条件及动态吸附容量, 并进行了比较; 初步探讨了TiO2微粉的吸附机制. 结果表明, 当TiO2的粒径大小相近时, 晶型对吸附容量的影响不可忽略; 当晶型相同时, 粒径的大小则起着重要的作用.     

Recyclization of 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives in acidic medium

The recyclization of 1,4-dihydropyridines in aqueous-alcoholic hydrochloric acid medium proceeds with cleavage of a C-N bond and pyridine ring opening. Cyclohexenone derivatives are formed as a result of the subsequent intramolecular crotonic condensation of the acyclic intermediate. The leaving carbonyl substituents depart simultaneously with recyclization, depending on the acidity of the reaction medium. Dedicated to Prof. Dr. E. A resonance light scattering method for determination of DNA using Ru(bpy)2PIP(V)2+

A novel method for DNA detection is proposed that is based on the enhancement of resonance light scattering (RLS) of Ru(bpy)₂PIP(V)²⁺ at pH 2.7. Under optimum conditions, good linear relationships were obtained in the wide concentration range of 16–5120 ng mL⁻¹. The linear equation is I _RLS = 13.15 + 171.4 c (μg mL⁻¹), the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.9999. The detection limit of calf thymus DNA is 5.02 ng mL⁻¹. Plasmid DNA extracted from bacillus subtilis was determined by the method with satisfactory results.     

First isolation of 1,3,2-dithiaphosphetane 2-sulfide

The treatment of tert-alkyl phenyl thioketones with Lawesson’s reagent (LR) gave two diastereomeric 1,3,2-dithiaphosphetane 2-sulfides in high yields. The structure of one of the major diastereomers was determined by X-ray crystallography. The reaction of 2-adamantanethione with LR yielded the corresponding spiro-1,3,2-dithiaphosphetane 2-sulfide derivative in 87% yield.     

(R)-4-Menthenone in the synthesis of optically pure sex pheromone of the peach leafminer moth (Lyonetia clerkella)

The synthesis of (14S)-methyloctadec-1-ene, sex pheromone of the peach leafminer moth (Lyonetia clerkella), is described to demonstrate a new potential of the synthetic use of (R)-4-menthenone.     

A novel heterocyclic system — dihydro-2H-1,5,2,4-dioxadiazine. 2,4-Dimethyldihydro-2H-1,5,2,4-dioxadiazine hydrochloride: synthesis and NMR study

The first representative of a novel heterocyclic system, namely, 2,4-dimethyldihydro-2H-1,5,2,4-dioxadiazine hydrochloride, was synthesized.     

共沉淀CuO-ZrO2复合氧化物分散态结构研究

用XRD、EXAFS、XPS表征了共沉淀法制备的CuO-ZrO2复合氧化物的分散态结构. 500 ℃焙烧的样品在一定组成范围内形成大体均匀的无定形态固溶体. CuO含量超过其在ZrO2中溶解度时，多余的CuO以CuO晶体形式存在；当ZrO2含量超过其在CuO中溶解度时，多余的ZrO2以四方相ZrO2晶体形式存在.焙烧温度达到800 ℃时，样品由单斜相ZrO2和CuO晶体组成.     

Synthesis of 3β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-en-12-one 3,20-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (chikusetsusaponin-LT8), a glycoside from Panax japonicus

A method for preparative production of 3β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-en-12-one 3,20-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), a glycoside from Panax japonicus, chikusetsusaponin-LT₈ was developed. Chemical transformation of betulafolientriol, a component of Betula leaves extract, produced the 12-keto-20S-protopanaxadiol (3β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-en-12-one) (2), exhaustive glycosylation of which by 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranosylbromide (3) under Koenigs—Knorr reaction conditions with subsequent removal of protecting groups formed 3β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-en-12-one 3,20-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1). The principal glycosylation product was 3β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-en-12-one 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside if equimolar amounts of (2) and (3) were used. __________ Translated from Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 1, pp. 44–48, January–February, 2006.     

On the magnetic properties of Lithium Vanadium Bronzes LixV2O5

Magnetic susceptibility of V₂O₅ and of the α-, ?-, δ- and γ-Li_xV₂O₅ bronzes prepared either at high or at room temperature has been measured between liquid helium and ambient temperature. The results are representative of the localized character of the V⁴⁺ ion d-electron and, for high enough x-values, of the existence of antiferromagnetic interactions in a low dimensional system. The intrachain exchange integral J has been determined using the Bonner/Fischer model for Heisenberg chains with S = 1/2 spin. It is larger for the γ- than for the δ-phase. This result as well as the occurrence of long range ordering below T_N ≈ 130 K in the γ-phase may be ascribed to ordering of V⁴⁺ and V⁵⁺ ions in the former bronze and to the random distribution of V⁴⁺ ions in the latter one.
