A CPW fed metamaterial inspired Quadband circularly polarized antenna is presented in this article. The proposed antenna consists of defected ground structure with a radiating stub, which is at opposite side of the feedline. A waveguide mode of analysis is carried out for split ring resonator (SRR) and complimentary split ring resonator (CSRR) to enhance the properties of metamaterials. The proposed antenna analysis is taken iteration wise and used FR-4 Material as the substrate material with Ɛr = 4.4 and analysed using ANSYS electromagnetic desktop. The designed antenna projecting the peak gain of 4.8 dB and it is working in the application bands of WLAN/ISM/Bluetooth at 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz and 3.35 WiMAX band, X-band downlink satellite communication system (7.25–7.75 GHz) and ITU band (8–8.5 GHz) with fractional bandwidth of about 70%. Proposed antenna exhibits circular polarization at 2.39–2.55 GHz, 3.05–3.1 GHz, 4–5 GHz and 6.3–6.64 GHz respectively. To know the signal integrity of the antenna, time domain analysis is carried out for identical antennas in two conditions (face to face and side by side) with the help of CST microwave studio. The designed antenna showing excellent correlation in measurements with respect to simulation results.  相似文献

该文提出一种新型开口谐振环(Split-Ring Resonator, SRR)缺陷地面结构(Defected Ground Structure, DGS)。这种结构与传统哑铃形DGS结构相比,具有陡峭的带隙和平坦的低通特性。文中详细分析了开口谐振环DGS单元的等效电路以及结构参数与电参数之间的关系。在此基础上提出一种加载开路枝节的SRR DGS单元模型以提高带外抑制,采用这种单元的级联周期结构设计并制作了一种紧凑的S波段低通滤波器。测试结果表明,该滤波器带内插损小于0.5dB,带外抑制度在30 dB以上。  相似文献

对太赫兹波超材料调制器的偏振响应进行了研究.提出并计算仿真了两种特殊结构的调制器,包括中心十字结构和双开口环结构.传统的开口环结构的调制器是偏振敏感的,而所研究的两种结构都是偏振不敏感的.中心十字结构是一个完全对称的金属结构,并具有完美的偏振不敏感特性.对于双开口环结构,它没有达到完全的偏振不敏感,但从太赫兹偏振透射率曲线来看,这种差别可以忽略不计.此外还模拟了双开口环的表面电流分布,并提出了产生两个谐振吸收波谷的主要机制.  相似文献

Because of strong nonlinear effects of CNT composite layer, a low threshold power pump for switching is achieved. 针对固态金属天线在受力弯曲后易产生裂纹导致功能失效的问题,本文提出一种频率可重构的柔性液态金属共面波导馈电天线.该天线由四个不同半径的开口谐振环(Split-Ring Resonators,SRR)构成,利用紫外光刻技术(ultraviolet lithography)制备天线的SU-8负模结构,其次浇注聚二甲基硅氧烷进行倒模并键合,最后将液态金属合金注入至微流沟道,完成天线的制作.通过机械施压方式改变不同谐振环间的通断状态,可在1GHz~6GHz范围内实现频率可重构,满足WLAN、WiMAX和部分C波段的通信要求.弹性体和液态金属的特性使天线具有更好的灵活性和耐久度,可应用于集成电子设备的弯曲表面.  相似文献

We propose a design of lowpass filter (LPF) using modified rectangular split ring resonator (SRR) that acts as a unit cell of metamaterials. Initially, a conventional LPF of 4.5 GHz is designed and the low impedance line is replaced to produce a sharp cut-off with a modified SRR structure. A brief parametric study is done to establish a relationship between the inner perimeter of the SRR to the cut-off frequency of the proposed LPF. Same study is also done for the outer perimeter. Using this relationship, another LPF of 2.4-GHz cut-off frequency is obtained. Defected ground structures (DGS) and microstrip structures (DMS) are incorporated with the 2.4-GHz LPF structure for the removal of harmonics and better pass-band characteristics. The IE3D simulation results and the circuit simulation results are in good agreement with the measured results. The obtained structure can thus be used for several useful applications such as in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cordless phones, computers, and other wireless communication devices.  相似文献

This research describes the detailed analysis and design of the compact complex-free structural metamaterial quad band radiating element applicable for Bluetooth, WiMAX, WLAN, and fixed-satellite service. The radiating element designed is composed of an inner angle-rotated circular Split Ring Resonator (SRR) placed within the outer square-shaped SRR interlinked by a strip to design the multiband operational characteristics and is fed by a coplanar waveguide. Suggested radiating element is imprinted over the FR4 substrate material with the electrical dimension of 28 × 31.26 × 0.8 mm3. The initial outer-closed square ring offers dual-band operation by resonating at 2.8 and 8.5 GHz frequencies, and the incorporation of a circular SRR offers quad-band operation. The unique negative permeability feature of the proposed Square and Circular Split Ring Resonator (SCSRR) structure is extracted, and its band characteristics are analyzed. Results obtained from the simulated radiating element are validated with the fabricated antenna. The measured E plane pattern resembles a numeric eight shape, and the H plane pattern is omnidirectional. Suggested SCSRR antenna offers a gain of above 3.2 dBi in all the operating bands.  相似文献

基于0.18μm CMOS工艺设计了一种用于WBAN 402~405 MHz频段具有低功耗全数字锁频和灵敏度校准功能的超再生收发机。采用具有噪声抵消技术的巴伦低噪声放大器,以减少无源匹配器件数量和适应低压工作;超再生数控振荡器采用数字控制电容阵列实现频率调谐,以消除猝灭操作期间振荡器的频率漂移;采用全数字锁频环替代频率综合器,以降低传感器节点的功耗;灵敏度校准环路与自动幅度控制环路共享组件,以减小校准误差,并能够在不中断接收状态的情况下动态校准接收机灵敏度。仿真结果表明,在1 V电源电压下,接收机灵敏度为-90 dBm,功耗为1.89 mW,其中全数字锁频环功耗为78μW;发射机功耗为1.96 mW,效率为28%。  相似文献
