环氧基的PCB对无铅组装的兼容性

综述了环氧树脂基的PCB与无铅化组装的兼容性问题。经过大量试验表明,常规的FR-4基材和双氰胺固化的高Tg基材是不能满足无铅化组装要求的,而采用酚醛固化的中等-Tg的环氧树脂基材是可能成为无铅化组装用基材的。同时,PCB制造过程也起着重要的作用。PCB设计和再(回)流焊的加热梯度也影响着无铅化的性能。     

Charge plate technique in recoil study: Evidence for collection of recoil charged species from solid targets on metal electrodes

The occurrence of charge on recoil⁵⁶Mn produced by the (n,γ) reaction in polycrystalline potassium permanganate has been examined using the ‘charge plate technique’. From considerations of capture gamma ray decay schemes and internal conversion it appears that, in a condensed medium, the recoil atom develops charge after losing much of its initial kinetic energy which allows collection on charged electrodes. Preliminary findings were presented at the International Symposium on Radiochemistry and Radiation Chemistry, RC-41 BARC, Bombay, Feb. 4–6 (1991).

Syntheses and characterization of 16‐arm star and star diblock copolymer and AB8 9‐miktoarm star copolymer via NMRP and ROP from dendritic multifunctional macroinitiators

A dendritic macroinitiator having 16 TEMPO‐based alkoxyamines, Star‐16 , was prepared by the reaction of a dendritic macroinitiator having eight TEMPO‐based alkoxyamines, [G‐3]‐OH , with 4,4′‐bis(chlorocarbonyl)biphenyl. The nitroxide‐mediated radical polymerization (NMRP) of styrene (St) from Star‐16 gave 16‐arm star polymers with PDI of 1.19–1.47, and NMPR of 4‐vinylpyridine from the 16‐arm star polymer gave 16‐arm star diblock copolymers with PDI of 1.30–1.43. The ring‐opening polymerization of ε‐caprolactone from [G‐3]‐OH and the subsequent NMRP of St gave AB₈ 9‐miktoarm star copolymers with PDI of 1.30–1.38. The benzyl ether linkages of the 16‐arm star polymers and the AB₈ 9‐miktoarm star copolymers were cleaved by treating with Me₃SiI, and the resultant poly(St) arms were investigated by size exclusion chromatography (SEC). The SEC results showed PDIs of 1.23–1.28 and 1.18–1.22 for the star polymers and miktoarm stars copolymers, respectively, showing that they have well‐controlled poly(St) arms. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Comparative hall measurements on wet- and dry-oxidized 4H-SiC MOSFETs

Hall measurements have been used to compare the properties of 4H-SiC inversion-mode MOSFETs with “wet” and “dry” gate oxides. While the field-effect mobilities were approximately 3–5 cm²/Vs, the Hall mobilities in 4H-SiC MOSFETs in the wet and dry oxide samples were approximately 70–80 cm²/Vs. The dry-oxidized metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) had a higher transconductance, improved threshold voltage, improved subthreshold slope, and a higher inversion carrier concentration compared to the wet-oxidized MOSFETs. The difference in characteristics between the wet- and the dry-oxidized MOSFETs is attributed to the larger fixed oxide charge in the dry oxide sample and a higher interface trap density in the wet oxide sample.

Vibrational spectra of (NH4)3ZnCl5

IR and Raman spectra of (NH₄)₃ZnCl₅ have been recorded. The observed spectra have been analysed on the basis of the vibrations of ZnCl ₄ ²⁻ and NH ₄ ⁺ ions. The appearance of multiple Raman bands indicates the presence of two different types of ammonium ions. The effect of anisotropic crystalline field over the ZnCl₄ and NH₄ tetrahedra is also discussed. The assignment of internal modes has been verified by the potential energy distribution calculations.     

叶绿素衍生物─CPD_4在人血清中的激发和发射荧光谱

叶绿素衍生物４号（ＣＰＤ４）是一种新型中药光敏剂，本文研究了不同浓度的ＣＰＤ４分别在含１０％不同血型人血清的生理盐水中以及纯生理盐水中的激发和发射荧光光谱，并对结果进行了分析，结论对ＣＰＤ４在光动力诊断恶性肿瘤的临床应用具有一定的指导意义．
