分别采用固相反应法和空间俘获法制备了Ca3Co4O9前驱体,并经冷等静压后常压烧结工艺制备了块体陶瓷样品。利用TG-DSC、XRD、SEM等方法对前驱体进行了表征,同时测试了陶瓷样品的热电性能。结果表明:空间俘获法可获得纯相、晶粒较小的前驱粉体,同时降低了合成温度,而且合成样品的Seebeck系数和功率因子明显高于固相反应法。在976 K获得最大Seebeck系数和功率因子分别为179μV/K、7.5×10–7 W/(cm·K2),较固相反应优化60%、16倍;电阻率略有升高。  相似文献

针对摄像机输出的高速数字视频信号的存储需求,设计了一种图像数据记录器,实现了对数据的存储、回传和转发等功能。图像数据接收采用点到点LVDS模式,存储电路选用K9WBG08U1M作为存储介质,使用CY7C4285V-15构成数据缓冲电路。通过采用交错双平面模式对FLASH进行页编程和对坏块的特殊处理使记录器很好的实现了对30.72MB/s高速数字视频信号的存储。测试结果表明,该记录器能够准确记录图像信息,图像还原后清晰准确。  相似文献

We introduce Erdélyi‐Kober fractional quadratic integral equation with supremum, namely . This equation contains as special cases numerous integral equations studied by other authors. We show that there exists at least one monotonic solution belonging to C[0, 1] of our equation. The main tools in our analysis are Darbo fixed point theorem and the measure of noncompactness related to monotonicity which was introduced by Bana? and Olszowy. Finally, we present an example for illustrating the natural realizations of our abstract results.  相似文献

Ageing characteristics of the metastable bcc γ-phase in U–9 wt.% Mo alloy, a candidate for high uranium density nuclear fuel for research and test reactors, have been investigated in this study. Analyses of the aged microstructures, employing X-ray diffraction and various microscopy techniques, revealed the decomposition mechanism of the metastable γ-phase to the stable α-U and γ′ (U2Mo) phases. A discontinuous precipitation reaction, leading to the generation of partially transformed cellular colonies with lamellae comprising of either the α-phase or the γ′-phase in γ-phase matrix, was found to be operative. The in situ transformation of γ interlamellar regions to the γ′-phase was noticed occasionally within the γ + α lamellar colonies. Thermodynamic analysis of the U–Mo system, using free energy–composition diagrams, could associate the observed attributes of the decomposition of γ-phase to the extent of Mo segregation and the chemical driving force required for the nucleation of α- and γ′-phases in the γ-matrix.  相似文献

In this paper, flows past two wing-body junctions, the Rood at zero angle of attack and NASA TN D-712 at 12.5° angle of attack, are investigated with two Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) and large eddy simulation (LES) hybrid methods. One is detached eddy simulation (DES) and the other is delayed-DES, both are based on a weakly nonlinear two-equation kω model. While the RANS method can predict the mean flow behaviours reasonably accurately, its performance for the turbulent kinetic energy and shear stress, as compared with available experimental data, is not satisfactory. DES, through introducing a length scale in the dissipation terms of the turbulent kinetic energy equation, delivers flow separation, a vortex or the onset of vortex breakdown too early. DDES, with its delayed effect, shows a great improvement in flow structures and turbulence characteristics, and agrees well with measurements.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new class of functions called pseudo ‐asymptotically ω‐periodic function in the Stepanov sense and explore its properties in Banach spaces including composition results. Furthermore, the existence and uniqueness of the pseudo ‐asymptotically ω‐periodic mild solutions to Volterra integro‐differential equations is investigated. We deal with the generalized Emden–Fowler equation f(x) + g(x)f?θ(x) = 0, where belongs to Lp((a,b)). We obtain a priori estimates for the solutions, as well as information about their asymptotic behavior near boundary points. As a tool, we derive new nonlinear variants of first‐order and second‐order Poincaré inequalities, which are based on strongly nonlinear multiplicative inequalities obtained recently by first author and Peszek. A simple proof is given of a new summation formula recently added in the literature for a terminating r + 3Fr + 2(1) hypergeometric series for the case when r pairs of numeratorial and denominatorial parameters differ by positive integers. This formula represents an extension of the well‐known Saalschütz summation formula for a 3F2(1) series. Two applications of this extended summation formula are discussed. The first application extends two identities given by Ramanujan and the second, which also employs a similar extension of the Vandermonde–Chu summation theorem for the 2F1 series, extends certain reduction formulas for the Kampé de Fériet function of two variables given by Exton and Cvijovi? & Miller. A simple and sensitive reversed‐phase liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of amikacin by derivatization. The method is based on the pre‐column derivatization of amikacin with 9‐fluorenylmethyl chloroformate (FMOC‐Cl). Isepamicin was used as the internal standard. The derivatization reaction proceeds in aqueous solution at room temperature with a borate buffer of pH 7.3. The formation of the corresponding derivative of amikacin is instantaneous and it is stable for more than 48 h. Detection was performed by fluorescence. Several factors influencing the derivatization reaction yields were studied and optimized. The system offered the following analytical parameters: limit of detection (LOD) of 90 ng mL?1 (3σ), linear correlation coefficient of 0.9998 and linear range response from 0.45 to 21.60 μg‐mL?1. The precision of the method was < 6%. As a preliminary application, the method has been successfully applied to the amikacin determination in parenteral pharmaceutical formulations.  相似文献

A selection of 22 rare Chinese cloisonné enamels, from fifteenth century to nineteenth century A.D ., has been studied on‐site in the storage rooms of the musée des Arts décoratifs in Paris. The Raman signatures of the transparent and/or opacified glass matrix are discussed and compared with those that were previously recorded on glazed pottery, enameled and stained glasses. Enamels mostly belong to lead‐based potash‐lime glasses. Three different compositions, lead‐potash‐lime (fifteenth, sixteenth, eighteenth and nineteenth century), soda‐rich (sixteenth–seventeenth century) and soda‐lime (seventeenth century) are identified according to the wavenumber maxima of the Si O stretching and bending multiplets. Most of the pigment signatures are similar to those recorded on ceramic glazes and glass enamels, which proves the link between the technologies but a specific opacifier is observed: fluorite (CaF2). Naples Yellow pigment variations give characteristic signatures. Additionally, a comparison is made with Limoges enamels (sixteenth–nineteenth century A.D. ).
