AT89C51单片机在电话远程控制器中的应用

设计以AT89C51单片机作为控制核心的电话远程控制器,重点介绍该控制器的各模块组成、原理及具体实现的电路,该控制器采用现有的电话线路进行通信,无需重新布线且通信距离不受限制,经实际运行表明,该控制器具有运行可靠、成本低、操作方便,适用性强的特点、可以广泛应用于城市社区,具有较大的推广价值。     

双掺(Tm3+,Tb3+)LiYF4激光器1.5 μm波长激光阈值分析

由速率方程推出了双掺（Tm^3 ,Tb^3 ）离子准四能级系统的激光阈值解析式，讨论了Tm^3 和Tb^3 离子之间的相互作用。分析了1.5μm波长附近的激光阈值和Tm^3 、Tb^3 离子的掺杂原子数分数及晶体长度的关系。结果表明，对于对应Tm^3 离子^3H4→^3F4跃迁的约1.5μm波长的激光，激活离子Tm^3 的掺杂原子数分数过大时，交叉弛豫作用将使系统阈值迅速增加。Tb^3 离子的加入，一方面能抽空激光下能级，起到降低阈值的作用；另一方面亦减少了激光上能级的寿命，使阈值升高。故Tb^3 离子有最佳掺杂原子数分数。对于Tm原子数分数为y=0.01的Tm:LiYF4晶体，Tb^3 离子的最佳掺杂原子数分数为0.002左右，同时表明，激光阈值与晶体长度有关。最佳晶体长度与Tm^3 、Tb^3 离子的掺杂原子数分数以及晶体的衍射损耗和吸收损耗有关。     

反铁磁晶体的红外频率特性

研究了红外频段非线性s偏振表面波在反铁磁晶体和电介质交界面上的频率特性，求出了非线性色散方程，揭示了非线性s偏振表面波存在一个临界频率，低于这个频率，非线性s偏振表面波的频率范围，发现功率不再是决定导波频率范围的唯一因素，两种材料的介电常数比在这里起了至关重要的作用。     

用于高频谐振器的PbTiO_3基压电陶瓷

传统的PZT压电陶瓷的相对介电常数较大,一般为1 000以上,用于高频谐振器不易与线路匹配;而PbTiO3基压电陶瓷的相对介电常数较小,一般仅为200左右,对于10 MHz以上频率的谐振器,用PbTiO3基压电陶瓷作为压电振子是最佳的选择。本文主要研究用于高频谐振器的MnO2和Nd2O3改性PbTiO3基压电陶瓷的性质。PbTiO3基压电陶瓷的性质的改善是与此种陶瓷的制备工艺,显微结构和电导机制紧密相关的。     

Diastereoselective Alkylation of (Diene-Aldehyde)Fe(CO)3 Complexes with Functionalized Zinc-Copper Reagents NuCu(CN)Znl

Addition of functionalized zinc-copper reagents to the title complexes proceeds in a highly diastereoselective fashion to afford dienol complexes. The relative configurations of adducts 3d were determined by single X-ray diffraction analysis.     

Angle theorems for the Lagrangian mean curvature flow

We prove that symplectic maps between Riemann surfaces L, M of constant, nonpositive and equal curvature converge to minimal symplectic maps, if the Lagrangian angle for the corresponding Lagrangian submanifold in the cross product space satisfies . If one considers a 4-dimensional K?hler-Einstein manifold of nonpositive scalar curvature that admits two complex structures J, K which commute and assumes that is a compact oriented Lagrangian submanifold w.r.t. J such that the K?hler form w.r.t.K restricted to L is positive and , then L converges under the mean curvature flow to a minimal Lagrangian submanifold which is calibrated w.r.t. . 极化子导电到能带导电的转变

采用交流法测量大功率商用钛酸钡(BT)陶瓷加热器的电阻和加热功率随温度的变化关系.结果显示,BT陶瓷的电导特性在80℃附近出现了明显的转变,从低温时的极化子跳跃导电转变为高温时的能带导电,此时,电阻出现极小值,而加热功率出现极大值.     

Global stability of the Armstrong-Frederick model with periodic biaxial inputs

The paper is concerned with the study of plasticity models described by differential equations with stop and play operators. We suggest sufficient conditions for the global stability of a unique periodic solution for the scalar models and for the vector models with biaxial inputs of a particular form, namely the sum of a uniaxial function and a constant term. For another class of simple biaxial inputs, we present an example of the existence of unstable periodic solutions. The paper was written during the research stay of D. On the realization of Riemannian symmetric spaces in Lie groups

In this paper we give a realization of some symmetric space G/K as a closed submanifold P of G. We also give several equivalent representations of the submanifold P. Some properties of the set gK∩P are also discussed, where gK is a coset space in G.
