First radical cation salts of 2,5-bis(1,3-dithian-2-ylidene)-1,3,4,6-tetrathiapentalene (BDA-TTP) with copper(II) metal complex anions: β-(BDA-TTP)4Cu2Cl6 and (BDA-TTP)2CuCl4

New radical cation salts based on 2,5-bis(1,3-dithian-2-ylidene)-1,3,4,6-tetrathiapentalene (BDA-TTP) with copper(II) metal complex anions, β-(BDA-TTP)₄Cu₂Cl₆ and (BDA-TTP)₂CuCl₄, were synthesized and structurally characterized. Single crystals were prepared by electrochemical oxidation of BDA-TTP under galvanostatic conditions. X-ray diffraction study demonstrated that the salts have a layered structure, in which the conducting BDA-TTP layers alternate with the [Cu₂Cl₆]²⁻ or [CuCl₄]²⁻ anions. Synthesis of a biotinated amphiphile

The synthesis of a biotinated amphiphile assembled from d-(+)-biotin, ethylene diamine as spacer, galactaric acid and 1-dodecylamine was achieved in six steps. The key step was the synthesis of a bisacetonide protected galactaric ester, the structure of which was determined by X-ray analysis. Aminolysis, spacer attachment, coupling with biotin and deprotection led to the amphiphilic galactaramide.     

Total synthesis of d-(+)-biotin

A total synthesis of d-(+)-biotin is described starting from d-(+)-glucosamine using acyliminium chemistry.     

Reaction of vinyloxyalkylamines with mercaptoacetic acid

N-[2(3)-Hydroxyalkylj-4-thiazolidinones have been synthesized by the reaction of 2(3)-vinyloxyalkylamines with mercaptoacetic acid in 24–69 % yield. Nitropyrazoles

The double Vilsmeier formylation of theC-methyl group in pyrazole derivatives has been shown to occur when a nitro-group is in the adjacent position of the ring. 1-(2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯)-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯与铜的显色反应研究及其应用

研究了新试剂1-(2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯)-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯(DCNPNPT)与铜(Ⅱ)显色反应。在表面活性剂Tween-80存在下,pH 9.0～10.0范围内,铜(Ⅱ)与DCNPNPT形成1:4黄色配合物,其最大吸收波长为460nm,用双峰双波长法测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.I×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。铜(Ⅱ)含量在0～240μg·L~(-1)范围内符合比耳定律。拟定方法用于铜矿和环境水标样中铜的测定,结果满意。     

流动注射在线阴离子树脂预富集火焰原子吸收测定痕量铜

研究了以阴离子交换树脂作吸附剂的流动注射在线微柱预富集火焰原子吸收测定铜的新方法。在最佳条件下富集１５０ｓ，富集２３倍，检出限０．２μｇ／Ｌ，ＲＳＤ为１．６％，分析速度２０次／ｈ。天然水样中可能存在的离子不干扰铜的测定。所建立的方法已用于水样中痕量铜的测定。     

苯并单氮杂15-冠-5-与α, β-不饱和羰基化合物的 Michael加成

本文报道借Michael加成使苯并单氮杂15-冠-5与α,β-不饱和羰基化合物反应,合成了氮支套索冠醚(1,2)和酯型双冠醚(3,4)。并提供了合成酯型双冠醚的一种方法,该法条件温和,操作简便,收率高。产物均经IR,^1HNMR和MS鉴定。     

Interaction of aryldiazonium salts with some schiff-base complexes of cobalt and ruthenium

The interaction of aryldiazonium ions with some Schiff-base complexes of cobalt and ruthenium have been studied. With cobalt, one-electron oxidation of [Co(II)Salen] occurred; with [Co(I)Salen] the corresponding Co(III)-aryl complexes were isolated. In the case of ruthenium oxidation also occurs, [Ru(Salen)(CO)py] gave the corresponding monocation. The results, especially for ruthenium, are in contrast to the stabilisation of both nitrosyl and aryldiazonium adducts in analogous porphyrin complexes.     

An unusual synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo[f]isoquinolines

A facile and short synthesis of 2-oxo-4-sec-amino-2,3,5,6-tetrahydrobenzo[f]isoquinoline-1-carbonitriles has been delineated through base catalyzed ring transformation of 5,6-dihydro-2-oxo-4-sec-amino-2H-benzo[h]chromene-3-carbonitrile by cyanoacetamide in excellent yields.
