网络和串口交互接口设备的实现

主要研究了网络和串口交互设备的软硬件实现方法。首先介绍了实现网络和串口交互设备的意义,随后介绍了基于51单片机的网络和串口设备硬件设计;在分析了TCP／IP软件结构的基础上,详细地分析数据处理过程中的问题．并提出了解决方法。     

Numerical elastic-plastic simulation of interlaminar stresses in a notched angle-ply thermoplastic composite laminate

A thermoplastic angle-ply AS4/PEEK laminate with a hole is considered. The interlaminar stresses along the hole edge at different interfaces under uniaxial extension are investigated. According to the symmetries of the structure and loading, a suitable finite-element model is developed. Utilizing a three-dimensional elastic-plastic finite-element procedure elaborated previously, a finite-element modeling of the interlaminar stresses in a thick angle-ply composite laminate is carried out. Based on the interlaminar stresses obtained, the dangerous locations of delamination initiation are predicted. The results obtained indicate that there is some relationship between the dangerous locations and fiber orientations in the adjacent layers, and it maybe inferred that the critical locations are near the regions where the hole edge is tangent to the fiber orientation in the layers adjacent to the interface. The interlaminar stresses at the same interfaces are not sensible to distances from the midplane of the laminate. Very high interlaminar tensile stresses are found to exist on the hole edge at the +25°/+25° or –25°/–25° interfaces, and delaminations can initiate there first. 基于ARM和CPLD的温度控制器的设计

采用ATMEL公司的AT91M40800微处理器作为温度控制系统的核心,结合CPLD技术,完成四路温度信号的处理。ARM微处理器处理两路控制信号,一路通过网络接口传送至网络;另一路经光电隔离和功率放大后控制加热片．实现加速度计温度控制系统的闭环控制。实验证明该设计达到预期目标,满足系统精度和高速实时性要求。     

Design and Research of Remote Debugger and Upgrade System for DSP

On the basis of the actual DSP system development, illustrated is the design of the connection between DSP and Flash, compiled are the integrity procedures of Flash erasure and programming. Besides, designed is the connection between full-duplex Ethernet controller RTL8019AS with the external memory interface of DSP. Furthermore, the steps of flash online programming through Ethernet are described in detail. The remote upgrade and uphold are realized by the design.     

油水分析控制仪网络接口的软硬件设计

为了实现仪器设备与以太网的互连,文章以油水分析控制仪为例,讲述了使用S3C44BOX ARM CPU与RTLS019AS以太网控制器的接口技术,给出了硬件连接图和软件接口代码,详细分析了在网络接口软硬件设计过程中遇到的具体问题和相应解决办法,通过这些接口技术,油水分析控制仪最终实现了数据对以太网的收发。     

基于C8051F120的以太网数据采集的技术研究

随着嵌入式的发展,基于WEB的应用开发已经进入了工业控制领域.本系统实现在CYGNAL公司8位单片机嵌入裁减的TCP/IP协议,完成了单片机的Internet接入和温度的数据采集,给出了嵌入式通信的硬件电路设计和软件实现.     

智能存储系统硬件平台和驱动的设计

面对数据爆炸性的增长,数据存储领域面临着前所未有的挑战,传统的存储体系结构存在服务器的单点故障与性能瓶颈,为此,提出了一种全新的基于嵌入式的存储体系构架,分析了其硬件平台的关键点并实现了其系统硬件平台和底层驱动的设计。     

Two new triterpenoid saponins obtained by microbial hydrolysis with Alternaria alternata AS 3.6872

Compound 1, a triterpenoid saponin from Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf showing potential anti-tumour activity, was hydrolysed into two deglycosyl derivatives (2 and 3) by Alternaria alternata AS 3.6872. Both these derivatives are new compounds. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D, 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS and optical rotation spectral data. Compounds 1–3 were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against human hepatocellular carcinoma and normal liver cells by Cell Counting Kit 8 colorimetric assay.     

Purification and characterization of an analgesic peptide from Buthus martensii Karsch

The scorpion Buthus martensii Karsch (BmK) has been one of the indispensable materials in Chinese traditional medicine for thousands of years. In this work, an analgesic peptide was purified through four continuous chromatographic steps. The mouse twisting test was used to identify the target peptides in every separation step. The molecular weight, isoelectric point, and N-terminal residues of the purified peptide were determined. Based on the N-terminal sequence, the cDNA was also cloned by rapid amplification of cDNA ends from the cDNA pool of scorpion glands. This peptide was identical to BmK AS, an agonist of rabbit skeletal muscle ryanodine receptors. Preliminary pharmacodynamics revealed the following: the dose-effect curve plotted by the mouse twisting test showed an ED(50) of 1.42 mg/kg; and the time-effect curves plotted by a hot plate procedure showed a similar effect to the painkiller morphine. We report a purification procedure that yields substantial amounts of natural BmK AS having high activity. BmK AS has the potential to become a new analgesic medicine.
